The staff the management to the Sweet ladies that clean the room those ladies are phenomenal I mean they are wonderful the ladies that do the breakfast they are amazing I can never thank the staff for such a wonderful stay man they made you feel like family thank you so much and I will return this was the first time I was supposed to stay one night ended up staying for nights it was amazing I will be back

Great location, near our granddaughter and very easy to access. We felt it was a good value for the area.

Needs some upkeep. The room was nice and comfortable but there was rust and missing paint at the baseboards of the bathroom. They had no coffee pods for the in room coffee maker and no cream or creamer in the breakfast room. said the supply truck didn’t come.

The room was clean, and if it had a kitchen, I would've stayed longer.

Breakfast hot items weren't available with 30 minutes left for breakfast. The Cook said she made enough sausage for 50 people, and if there were only 10 rooms booked, what happened to the rest? Also, why'd she refused to let me take two patties to heat in the microwave in my room? Is she still making extra and taking home food after getting written up for it,

location and price

it is in need of some renovation. we came as a group for a soccer tournament in town. Our room was good but had no confuter just a sheet and thin blanket so it was cold at night. some of the other parents rooms had poorly patched holes in the ceiling and walls. The gazebo was falling apart. The pool area is missing all the base molding and water damage to the walls. the AC did not work and was extremely hot in there.

Super helpful staff. Fridge did not work so they repaired it when I was out. Next morning I realized that they had swapped it, not repaired it and my freezer bags were not swapped. staff searched all possible nearby refrigerators and recovered my freezer bags. Love this place.

There were very few guests that day and breakfast offered less than it usually does.

The bed was very comfortable, but I only stay 1 night, my daughter was having surgery so I was with her the rest of the stay, while my husband and son stayed in the hotel

The first night we were without power for about 1hr . We had to check what was going on.. Friday 18th husband and son arrived after being at the hospital all day with our daughter , came back to the room. Other guests had there music up high, the hallways smelled like weed, and cigarettes. Thank God the room didn't smell. Charged are cards an extra 20 bucks just in case we broke something, but got it back 2 days after checking out.

Room and staff was ok. It was pritty quiet only because they didn't have very many gest.

Needs updating one bed was a little lumpy the pillows where to soft had to use three to make one, The tv didn't have very many Chanel's and a lot of them where so fuzzy u can't see them. The breakfast was OK but I don't like cheese with my eggs.

The staff was super friendly and incredibly helpful. The air conditioner in our room stopped working on our second day there and they got us moved into a new room right away which showed that they cared about our comfort.

We were looking forward to using the hot tub while we were there and, unfortunately, it was out of commission for repair when we arrived and we were never able to use it. I do wish this had somehow been information we received beforehand.

This ended up being the wrong hotel I had thought. There were two hotels named the same and they were not affiliated with each other, location was across town. It was a bit frustrating. I had stayed at the other hotel before and liked it, but when I got there, they did not have my reservation. I found that I had booked the other hotel. They said it happened often and encouraged me to cancel and stay there, but couldn’t match my nice rate. I asked how the other one was and one lady said it was older and most people chose to come back to them. Ugh, I didn’t know what to do and didn’t want to spend more money, so I decided to check out the other hotel. I’m glad I did! I was met with a calming, cheerful smile, asking if I was…..my name. I said yes! Feeling at ease. She totally understood my predicament and let me see my room and another room with a jacuzzi, since the pool was closed due to the bursted pipes in the bathroom from the freeze days before. The room was great! Bigger, very clean, nothing old like they warned, unless the fact the didn’t have charging ports, plenty of plugs though! The outside walkway was the only thing that seemed old and could use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s just well used from people liking to stay here, I’ll be back! Plus breakfast was great too!

The room set up was nice and efficient. The girl at the front desk was very pleasant.

I was a very late check in (like 1am) so I didn't get to experience much. With that being said, I don't feel as though I should have been charged full price. I also disagree with the fact that the online prices cannot be matched. I had booked right after midnight by a few minutes on booking.com and I was unable to get that price simply because it was not in the system yet even though I had a confirmation number otherwise I'm fine
