The Room was very clean, the bed was extra comfy, The price was exceptional, The location was great. It was a good experience all the way around. Definitely will be staying again.

The only thing I did not like is when the other parties that stayed at the hotel, when they would leave their rooms at night I could hear their door slam, but was no big deal.

The breakfast was amazing 🤩.....rooms were very clean!! Beds were super comfy, ac worked.....I froze my family out by keeping our room at 60 haha!! Staff was cool!! Pool was big and clean, hot tub as well!! Perfect weekend stay!! Most definitely will go back, just wish it was a tad bit cheaper 😞

It was a little expensive, but well worth it!

My stay was great! The price for the motel was just right and the room was very comforting and noise free. Breakfast was great and motels need more people like the front desk lady. I can’t remember her name but she is the most sweetest and polite worker that made me feel welcome and comfortable. I would recommend this motel to anybody!

The only issue I had was the smell in the facility.

Room was clean and comfortable. Fridge, microwave, desk. The hot breakfast was good. Plenty of food and they kept restocking until the breakfast hours were up.

Price seemed a little high but consistent with the area. Hotels prices seem high in Lubbock possibly because it was homecoming weekend at Tech.

no towels in the pool area. we had to ask the front desk for some. the beds were comfy while sleeping but a little hard and a pillow case and one comforter were stained.

Staff were nice and place was clean and price is very reasonable.

Our shower was broken and the fridge was leaking that had a little flood in the room but we were switched to another room. We were disappointed that the pool was not heated and the jacuzzi was not working.

I had a UHaul and Trailer and it was easy to park parallel on a weekday. Could be an issue if they had been busier. Food was decent and plentiful. Front desk was helpful, polite and informative. I have very good/sensitive hearing. Overall there wad little noise except from the freeway occasionally.

.The facility was well kept and the staff was very professional. It was perfect for my weekend of relaxation.

At the time of my check-in, there was a communication with Booking.com and Quality Inn as to my online payment. Thankfully, the staff fixed the issue right away.

You could have been you're playing with more help from the staff TV could have been working more better so other than that
