The location of this comfort in was wonderful for all the shopping in Brentwood and Franklin. the indoor pool is a must for our kids, too. The room was clean and the staff was very personable and friendly. They also made sure to enforce pool hours and kept the breakfast going so seamlessly. I appreciate staff who make things happen and enforce property policy while maintaining friendliness. Good value for the $! definitely would stay here again for the night if I wanted something with a pool for my kids for the value.

Nothing particular I’d say I “didn’t like.” I feel like it was kind of what you’d expect for the price. The entrance was much less than grand.

The staff was very helpful. I had left the power cord to my Cpap machine at home and they were able to find me one to use. so thankful for that. They were always asking if we needed anything. Very friendly people.

They only thing that could have been better was if they varied the breakfast food a little. We were there Monday through Saturday, and the breakfast was the same everyday except Sat they had added eggs.

Didn't like the breakfast All other comfort inns where I have stayed have scrambled eggs and pattie sausage or bacon The biscuits didn't taste fresh and we went down early to eat breakfast

The king size bed & pillows were comfortable. There was a jetted tub in bathroom which was unexpected & fun to use. Restaurants & kroger/starbucks 5 minute drive away. Walgreens around the corner. The bathroom & room was clean, i didn’t feel nasty just being there like at other places.

We got this hotel specifically for the indoor pool and the water was freezing, as if it were outside, so my 9 year old was extremely sad that we did not get to use it. Rust pockets all over ceiling in indoor pool & some seen at the bottom of the pool so i guess its better we didn’t get in. We paid the breakfast included fee hoping to get buffet style breakfast but were told they offer bagged breakfast & we decided not to get it, went to eat somewhere else instead.

I had two rooms. They were huge and very clean. We had everything we needed for our short stay. The staff was friendly.

Only local tv. Didn't bother me, but if you think you are going to be watching hbo or something, you won't. It's not very soundproof. I could hear the baby next to me running. No bother to me, but I know it would bother some people. And, the hall echos.

The front desk mgr Ron, was amazing. My daughter had an anxiety attack, locked herself out of our room. Ron totally saved the day, got her a new key card and made her feel Way better! Great Job Ron

Customer service from Thomas was exceptional after speaking with him over the phone and greeting me with professional customer service after traveling for 4 hrs

The breakfast was horrible the biscuits were hard sausage was cold and they had no eggs for the price i paid breakfast could have been better

pillows were too few and waaay too small. i searched on 3 floors for bottled water and found none. hot tub worked great but was very tricky to get started bc all the knobs were broken. no coffee pot in room. awful tv viewing choices.
