I would like to thanks the following staff who made my days at MD hotel super and enjoyable. Islam ( Receptionist) Ibrahim (bellboy) Iqbal (bellboy) Laraib( Receptionist) Always great to see happy faces and welcoming talented staff at the front office.

The Housekeeper (Suk bahadur) entered my room without giving a such a time for knocking my door and waiting for ensuring guest inside or not. He did not refill shampoo and shower gel for 3 days, and yes I did not ask him to do so, but I wanted to see if he will notice and check or not. The shower towels rack is very rusty and looking unhealthy. I would like to thanks the HK supervisor lady who was friendly and asking me if everything was good (sorry i dont know her name). I wil give the hotel 10/10 for better (HK) improvement in the future.

The location of the hotel is central to tourist spots. The metro is 5mins walk which connects you to Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall, Emirates Towers for Museum of the Future and Mall of the Emirates etc etc The area is safe and you can walk late at night / wee hours of the morning with no issues at all The metro is also manned by Dubai police for extra safety They changed the breakfast menu everyday allowing us to explore different dishes which was amazing Special shout out to Esther in Food & Beverage for going above and beyond to make my stay memorable

Personal preference - I didn’t like the 2 in 1 bath and shower. Would be best if the bathtub and shower were separate. The bathroom was a bit tired.

Friendly and personal service. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. Room"s good and large and comfortable and location is also good nice view outside the window and metro station just one mint walking distance. staff also very helpful and special Mr. Rammy and Mr. Shishank they are very good person and very helpful ......

I like the room a lot it was clean and quiet. Also the I was easy to access from the metro and with front door taxi service

The only thing I didn't like was the staff's behaviour in reception. The way she talks is very arrogant and kinda racist behaviour hence, I was the only Asian checking at that moment and the others were westerns. The way she assisted me and them is totally different. For them, she was polite and calm. To me, she was arrogant and hurry

BE AWARE that The non-smoking floor is actually a smoking floor. The bedroom has strong unpleasant cigarette smell ( furniture too) . I talked to hotel staff about this issue but They showed no care about it at all. If you don't mind your clothes stink cigi smell then this is the right for you.

Hostess good smile at after noon time at 1pm and received nice way and explained us. Hostess did check back from us by call after few hours if we indeed anything. Housekeeping the boy was nice and friendly behave .And all staff cooperative and room are big this we liked and it's place above from our imagination we made plan if we will come back in Dubai we will stay again at this hotel.

It's not we did not liked , but we liked all things. Just advice for rating more your hotel reputation. U must do rose or jasmine spray bit in room or check in time. Like good fragrance makes more room meditation. And plz in room phone available there must be mention dial number so we can contact housekeeping , restaurant or hosting staff.

location is awesome. its right infront of the metro station called “Mashreq”. super market, haircut, pharmacies, rent a cars, massage centers, restaurants are within 2 mins walk. great location indeed. hotel building is very good. i faced a lot of issues with other hotels like smoke stinks through the central AC ductwork, noisy upper floors and neighbors etc. no unpleasant smells here, comparatively much less noisy place. rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. the only hotel where I found the TV having couple of meaningful Urdu, Hindi and Arabic channels including news, entertainment and sports.

just that if you’re going to stay there, make sure you ask all questions including how to park your car, when and where’s the breakfast served, whats the wifi, where is the nearest elevator to your room etc. front office staff, in my experience, was least bothered to give such details but only interested to charge the card and pay attention to the next customer. thats why I’m not giving full five stars. another point - the hotel has two entrances. the back (north) entrance, which is clearly visible from metro station and main roads (SZR) is almost permanently closed but you wont know till you get closer to that door only to read a vague sign saying “please use the main entrance. Main entrance is on the other (south) end of the building.
