Everything ok but with this price of the room i have seen much much better ..the price is definitely overated..as all of the dubai city..nothing to see except one mall...one time is enough..never again for sure..so much better places..

Last weekend, we had the pleasure of staying at the Kempinski Hotel, Mall of the Emirates, for a staycation to celebrate my son's 8th birthday. The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is connected to the Mall of the Emirates and conveniently located next to Ski Dubai, where we spent an entire day having fun. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. At check-in, I mentioned we were there to celebrate my son's birthday. Fatima, the reception ambassador, went above and beyond by arranging a delightful surprise with cakes and balloons in our room. When we returned from Ski Dubai, my son was overjoyed to see the surprise, which made the day even more memorable. The room was thoughtfully designed with guests' comfort in mind, which added a special touch to our stay. This was our first time at the Kempinski, Mall of the Emirates, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment, creating unforgettable memories. I highly recommend this hotel and we can’t wait to return for another stay.

I think it has the best location for a family and business trip. the hospitality of the staff

lack of variety in their breakfast. the additional fees for the breakfast . they need to work more on kids entertainment

Exceptional location. Great access to Mall of Emirates and activities for the whole family. The attached mall offers incredible eating and entertainment options. The food at the hotel itself is fabulous. The breakfast buffet a huge highlight. Nothing was a problem for the team at the hotel. Concierge assisted with amusement park bookings and onward flights. Moses in food and beverage was a delight, highly professional and made us feel like we were celebrities! Cannot recommend highly enough for families or even solo travellers

I wish the pool was open a little later at night. Due to the day time heat we were not able to swim as much as we would have liked.

The room was very well appointed. Amazing shower, comfortable bed. Breakfast selection was excellent and the food was delicious. The check in and check out by reception staff was seamless. In fact all of the staff we interacted with were super efficient, friendly and obliging. They truly made you feel like royalty. No request was too big. If you asked for something they would say “off course Ms Amina and is there anything else I can help you with?” Incredible! Our room cleaners Alex, Munna and Alim (I can’t remember the other guys names, but they were all perfect!) were very polite and our room was always spotlessly cleaned with our toiletries beautifully arranged on little linen mats. The attention to detail in this hotel is truly 5*. The easy access to the Mall of Emirates was also a huge asset.

There is absolutely nothing I didn’t like. This is our second stage here and we will definitely visit again!

I liked the friendly, professional and hardworking staff. They couldn’t do enough for us. It was first class service. We only had breakfast at the hotel so can’t rate the other meals. However the breakfast had a wide variety and the service was great.

Slight criticism we booked for 4 people however we got one room with one bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. We asked for a comfortable bed/ mattress and we got a comfortable single bed which was fine but only one person could sleep on the single bed. This meant there 3 of us on one bed. Sharing a bed with children is not such a great idea as you know.

Being connected to the Mall of Emirates was beyond ideal. If you use the Metro then that’s also within walking distance and accessible via the mall. If you prefer to use a cab, the hotel has its own cars which I used a lot. I very easily was able to book a private driver to Abu Dhabi via the hotel which made everything so convenient. The room was very spacious and the bathroom had two vanities which was perfect.

It was great I wish I had more time during the trip to try out some of their restaurants. The cakes on display at the Aspen Cafe looked amazing!

Hotel lovely I had a room that opened out onto the pool. The staff were excellent, and the food in the restaurants and at the poolside was very good.

Poolside service was a little understaffed - it sometimes took a little while to find someone to take an order - but I wasn't in a rush, and when it came it was very good! Things to note - the traffic around the hotel can get nightmarish even for Dubai - this has everything to do with the fact that all the visitors to the mall use the entrance nearest the hotel's driveway so it can take time getting in and out. Note that in winter the poolside area doesn't get a lot of sun, due to the high sides and the sun being lower in the sky. It will defo get more between say April and October, but in the winter months it can feel chilly if the wind is blowing and you're damp from the pool.

Kempinski Mall of Emirates is a luxurious hotel. I had the Grand Deluxe room on a higher floor. It was very spacious and well designed, with clearly separated 'living room' and 'bedroom' areas. The view from the room was very nice, although it still overlooks the highway (that's just the location; there's nothing you can do about it). The staff is warm and welcoming. The concierge service is very good. Ahmed provided amazing food spots. I stayed during the huge flood, and the hotel still operated normally; that's a huge plus, as many hotels broke down. Being directly connected to the Mall of Emirates is convenient if you need anything. Overall, you will feel well taken care of during your stay and it's definitely a hotel to recommend.

The service is not always 10/10. Once, I asked for my room to be cleaned and left a hefty tip just to come back to my room with no cleaning done. While the room was clean, the air wasn't fresh—it felt like entering a dated room. I had to open my windows a lot to have a 'clean' air, but it's possibly because of the floods.

It’s my second time this year in this hotel because i love everything in it /on arrival I reserved grand deluxe room which the one was available at time was at 4 th floor with bad view to the roof of reception and the room looks old and annoying smell and need renovation because all room was full and we reach some late at 6 pm but they changed it next day with perfect one at 9 th floor the staff as usual was very friendly house keeping excellent also thanks to reception mr amjad and mohammed was very helpful,breakfast buffet more choices than the previous visit

The funds deposit on check in which is added recently and not mentioned in rules of booking /also the responsible must trying always to keep the good reputation of the hotel and not give bad room even if not available and even if upgraded the costumers
