The location of the hotel was excellent as I spent time in the city and the country. It is in a relatively quiet area. Parking readily available in well-lit area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I arrived early and they were able to accommodate my early arrival. They were friendly to my puppy. I was able to spend the mornings relaxing in the room without being disturbed by the staff. There was a large grassy area for my dog to walk.

I found a box of pizza in the fridge on arrival. I did take the time to throw it out and wipe out the fridge with a facecloth. I was across from the laundry and housekeeping and on occasion if contact was made by the carts on my door and my puppy would start barking as she thought someone wanted to come in the room however that was more of an inconvenience to others in the hotel versus for myself.

We've stayed at this hotel quite a few times over the last 2 decades. The Covid-19 virus caused many hospitality businesses to struggle with recovery, but this one seems to have done quite well. The building is aging, of course, but we were comfortable in our room, and family members from Saskatoon were pleased to visit us during our stay. It represents one of the better hotels in the city in this price range, we believe. So, we're staying here again!

The front access to the property is narrow, and you need to be careful when reversing out of a parking spot, as you may contact another vehicle there. However, the rear lane on the east side of the hotel, was quite accessible, and secure.

Location was good, very easy to find and the Dennys behind hotel was a walk away. Check in clerk was nice and quick in checking us in. We got to have coffee/juice while waiting for others to check in before we checked in.

Interior was dated but it looked like it was getting some renovations. I am not a fan of having to use Credit Card for inccidentals but the $100.00 hold was ok compaired to other hotels. The continental breakfast was low when I arrived at 8:30am but front desk was busy checking out a few people so she coulnd't restock. It would be nice to have someone else restocking while front desk is busy.

Hotel staff were very nice, courteous and helpful. Rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. I needed the hotel internet for work and didn't face a problem with it even when having video calls.

Breakfast included could be improved. Most hotels usually provide scrambled eggs and sausages as an option. There were none here. The English muffins were low in quantity and so we didn't get a particular variety on both days. There were no cupcakes as well on the 2nd day. The blinds in the rooms do not close all the way. So we woke up early in the morning on both days we stayed, since the room was flooded with light since the crack of dawn.

We've stayed at this location quite a few times over the years, because we find it's a good value, fairly quiet, and close to the places we like to frequently shop, when in Saskatoon. The competition is high in this area, with all the other hotels close by, but we like this hotel, and will stay here again.

We miss the days before Covid, with the hot breakfasts, but I guess this is the new normal, and it can be managed. There's a good restaurant close by, and others just a short distance away, so we still feel that our stay was relaxing and satisfying.

Although the hotel is dated, the price point was exceptional. The room was of good size and did not feel cramped. The overall cleanliness was very good but the carpets do show their age. I would definitely book here again without hesitation. The staff where very friendly and even with a late 11 pm arrival a staff member was at the desk and very cheerful. The continental breakfast was also very good for this price point. Although there was not a hot breakfast item it was still quite good and satisfying.

The hotel could use some updating in the rooms in the future.

Big, clean room with very comfortable beds. Convenient buffet-style breakfast in a bright friendly room. Very conveniently located close to the airport. While our plane came in late in the evening (and there was no meal during the flight!), we were pleasantly surprised to find a choice of restaurants at walking distance from the motel. For those who don't have a car, City bus 11 rides straight into downtown Saskatoon.

As most "chain" hotels, it feels a bit impersonal

The breakfast was quite acceptable - maybe a little more fruit would have been nice. (Only apples)

As a handyman, I noticed lots of things that just need maintenance such as several missing knobs on the dresser, the shower rod coming off the wall, the receptacle missing a cover plate, the closet doors needing a new track and alignment and even the toilet mounted at quite an angle. These are the little things that not only people notice and get turned off by, but when not taken care of often just lead to a greater fix being needed. While this isn't really the fault of the hotel, we did put up with a barking dog across the hall for several hours the first evening and continual thumping of what sounded like some very large overactive kids above us.

Good breakfast, available early, accessible location, good value. Staff were courteous and helpful in coming to my room to check on the not working airconditioning. The hotel was full and there was not an alternate room available. They brought me a fan which was most helpful; I did get a good night's sleep

It was a very hot day, I was disappointed the air conditioning wasn't working in my room when I arrived after 9 p.m.

the hotel was clean, the room we had was nice and big. bed was very comfortable. want to say a special thank you to one of the front desk "Poojitha" She was very easy to talk to and very friendly. She was able to answer any of the questions I might have had. thanks to her and all staff i came in contact with.

Was there anything not to like? if there was anything, i did not find anything.
