The location is Excellent, the room is bright, clean and comfortable, the room was prepared early, the breakfast is varied and delicious, The black female receptionist is very professional and friendly (upon check-out), The people working in the restaurant are professional and cooperative, everything was clear with the hotel's messages. We are happy with our stay.

The room lacks some things such as a water boiler, tea, and coffee maker .

Location: 5*. Provided one accepts the short walk (about 100m) from the nearest point a taxi or car get to Amenities: 4* Gym, restaurant, hairdresser, etc. There's a lobby bar that closes at 4pm. Why? It would have been such a good place to sit and have an evening drink before or after dinner in the restaurant Service: 5* Friendly & helpful both at reception and in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner. Restaurant: 4.5* Excellent buffet breakfast with wide choice. Dinner options a bit limited with a focus on its American steakhouse name. Get your expectations right and you shouldn't be disappointed. Bedroom (in new part of hotel): 4.5* large, comfortable beds, good bathroom with shower over. Couldn't find a shaver socket but now think it was part of the hairdryer. Plenty of sockets but not quite in the right place. As a business hotel, a little surprised they didn't have USB sockets

This is a very good 4* hotel, almost a 5* in the heart of zagreb on the main square in the middle a great bar a restaurant district. The renovation has managed to update the communist-era facade very nicely, and while not in the top league of modern 5* hotels, it is absolutely a great hotel to stay at. Bonus: parking is 100m away literally, as long as you find the right passage to to through.

Overall very good. There was a mixup with our room cleaning on arrival, but they immediately put us in another room was full ready. Breakfast is ok, not special, but nothing to complain about.

Very central hotel on the border of lower and upper town in Zagreb. Very spacious room, offering a king bed, comfortable chairs, kettle and small fridge. Perfect for a city break. Loved the view onto the main plaza. Also the little touches, like a chocolate by our bed. The buffet breakfast offerings covered everything from cereals, fruit, cold meats, cheeses to eggs, bacon, sausages and even littles cakes to enjoy with tea and coffees. We even enjoyed a glass of bubbles to celebrate our holidays end.

The double glazed windows were not quite enough to lessen the noise on the plaza. We did sleep well once asleep, but just be mindful if not a solid sleeper

really great location for access to both the upper and lower towns. the breakfast included in the room rate was one of the best buffet breakfasts we have had during all our many travels in many countries. They catered for all tastes and diets. The room was a good size as was the bathroom.

The room safe did not work. following instructions did nothing. the shower hose was stuck in a position where it sprayed directly on the shower screen so hard to operate unless manually holding the hose so spoiled the shower experience as great water pressure etc. also some flooding on the tiles occurred which meant us using our towels to mop up. the room had a view of some adjoining building roof tops (we were on the 6th floor) so that wasn’t as pleasant as it could have been but this may be due to the hotel kindly allowing us to checkin 4 hrs early so this room may have been the first available. I will give them the benefit of the doubt.

The stay was good, everyone at the reception was fantastic and really helpful. I chose the central location as I wanted a chance to explore the city while I had the time. The hotel provided both hot and cold breakfast food and lots of it. I asked for a kettle and it was there for me. The room was clean.

I suppose there was only one slight problem for me - the overhead heater made the room dusty as soon as I turned it on. I suspect that the filter hadn't been changed or cleaned for a while.

Hotel is a fantastic location........within walking distance of most attractions.....hotel is lovely, with extremely friendly and helpful staff.....my room was very comfortable, a good size and extremely clean which is so important

Would have liked to have seen some poached or fried eggs at breakfast for non meat eaters

Location was great right in the City Center. The staff gave us recommendations for 2 nights of dining. 1 restaurant was good the 2nd terrific all within 2 blocks. As for activities 2 museums were in easy walking distance. The included breakfast had just about anything anyone want to eat hot or cold. The staff was great helpful and very friendly.

The only complaint was the TV was not a Smart TV so we couldn't stream anything mist channels were not in English. When we came in for the evening we were very limited in things to watch.

Great location, spacious and comfortable room/bathroom, helpful staff. The hotel is in the heart of the city so easy walking to everywhere. If you get there by car, the parking is on a separate street because driving is not allowed in the city center, but it is an easy walk to the hotel (cross the street, go through a covered alley way and the hotel is immediately to the right).

1) we were on the 4th floor but could hear noise from the street all night long. 2) parking is very expensive.
