Location is OK if you need to be in that part of the city. It is good 20 mins walk from the Central station of Amsterdam and the main turistic part. Rooms seem quite new, nicely decorated and decent size. Bed comfortable. View straight to the water, very spacious and open. Beautiful on a good weather day.

Very poor breakfast choice. For 21 euros/day you get to choose between muffin, croissant, yoghurt or waffle. Only not sweet position there was croissant with ham and cheese - very fatty and hardly nutritional. No toasted bread, no eggs, no cold cuts or cheese, veggies not too mention. Check in process - I received quite a few messages to do the online check-in process to make it "faster". Upon arrival had to ge once again through exactly the same steps as in the online procedure, arrived at almost midnight and was wrecked. What was the point of wasting my time on the online filling in the check-in?

The hotel is very new, up to date and clean. The bed is huge and the mattress is one of the most comfortable mattresses I've ever slept on. The bus stop with a direct line to Centraal is close by which makes it easy to get around. Although the hotel doesn't do food, they were happy to recommend local places to eat or let us order Uber Eats to reception (which we did). They also stored our bags for us when we turned up early, very helpful staff.

We chose a windowless interior room, but two of the walls were made of glass that look onto the hotel hallway. They have curtains, but we worried a lot about gaps in the curtains and people walking past and looking in. It's a weird design choice, you feel a bit like a goldfish.

The position of the TV in the room 14 is very uncomfortable - very close to the bed. So, in the night when goint to toilet - I slipped touched the tv with elbow (because the space beween bed and TV is very small) - I broke the tv. I had to pay for it then 507 euro despite this was accidental. So, it was not fair, because the hotel chief did not pay atention for my arguments, and said this was only my fault. Absolutelly unfair. Allas, thehe was no discussion. Just pay. And what about insurance.

Close to the ferry pier and the bus stop, easy to get to NDSM and the Central station. Quiet and peaceful environment. Great river view, the room is right next to the river, I could even see the ducks swimming! I also like that the toilet, shower and sink are all separate.

Need a better water barrier at the shower, water leak easily through the door after shower. The rubbish bin is too small.

The room was very clean when we arrived and tea and coffee were stocked up everyday Lady from the reception was very friendly and the food from catering delicious

We were a little disappointed that there was no window to open in room 12, we had to relie on air con which is not the best option for everyone. It would be nice to let some fresh air in the room. Price for such a small room was a little too much.

The location and the view from the room is the best! The reception is a bit far away from the room so it's like you have your own appartement in the building. The staff is friendly and helpful quick check-in and check out. The hotel is very good located! And you can park! It's like only 10min walk from the central station. You also have a ferry from the hotel straight to NDSM.

We can't decide about the pressure about the water in the bath. Less outlet for charging stuff in middle of the room.

stayed in this hotel for 3 nights one being my birthday,The view from the deluxe room was an amazing and romantic setting. a little far from the centre but the walk was nice and peaceful. The shower was on point and bed was really comfortable. coffee machine and speaker was a really nice touch.

only bad point we have is that we arrived late at night and reception check in wasn’t clear as the hotel complex is so big,

Window view, surrounded by water; Good location - 10mins by bus to central station; Huge bath in the room.

Junior suite is much smaller than it looks in the pictures; Sometimes water is not hot enough for the bath. Some days it was hot, some just warm, no idea why; We requested double bed but it was two twin beds pushed together - not comfortable to sleep.

Very nice hotel - clean, modern, quiet. Room was beautiful with a beautiful view. Very friendly staff. Ferry stop just outside the hotel (which is free) - direct access to NDSM but does involve a change of ferry to get to Amsterdam Central. About 30 mins walk to center and Jordaan district - beautiful walk along the canal.

The best thing in my room was a Marshall bluetooth audio system. They had cooled the room before entering. The interior design was very modern and eye-catching. There was a young girl at the reception who was very friendly and escorted me to my room.

The only negative point from my point of view was the cleaning of sheets and pillows. The sheets were clean and smelled good, but there were old stains on them that hadn't been removed after washing.
