The staff were all very friendly & helpful, especially Aslam (Bell Captain), who went out of his way to help us organise a tour of the city & a boat tour. Aslam is an exceptional ambassador for the hotel. He made us feel very welcome & he takes really good care of the guests. The breakfast was excellent too - lots of choices. Bedrooms were a very good size. The lounge on the 3rd floor was very good. Lovely selection of light refreshments & snacks.

We took a half-board package. The dinner is amazing, has lots of choices and is very delicious (credit to the Chef on duty). the breakfast is good, a usual breakfast you can find at any other Hotel. I recommend you try their dinner, you will not disappointed.

The outdoor swimming pool is stunning with the lifeguards always onsite to watch the kids. We ordered a cappuccino and ice latte on the poolside. The cappuccino seems like the 3 in 1 instant coffee taste. I appreciate a good taste of coffee and I feel a bit frustrated about it.

Location is very good, right on cornishe road in Hamra area.. Staff is very helpful, on check-in, I was upgraded to sea view room which was enjoyed by the kids. Hotel is very clean and green though dated. It scores well on sustainability by providing refillable body wash and shampoo bottles instead of disposable ones.

Room doors should have peep hole for security reasons and covered waste bins should be provided in toilets.

The lighting of the room is poor. One light is out of order. And the one over the bed was difficult to switch on and when we put on. We failed to switch off again we reported to the cleaner. But was not fixed so it is very uncomfortable to sleep with a light. Over your head

The public areas are beautiful. we arrived at night so it was beautifully lit up and the staff were very attentive. check in was dealt with very efficiently. Our room was clean but a little tired. there were stains on the armchair and the balcony was covered In bird poo and feathers and there was an empty cigarette packet on it. The facilities were good we had a kettle and a nespresso machine. we had a club room so had breakfast in the club lounge. There was a great selection of fruit, cold meats, cereals etc and you could order eggs which came with sausages and beef bacon.

The balcony in the room as we didn’t use it due to the bird poo and it just wasn’t clean. It was a shame as it had a lovely view of the sea. The pool was very disappointing too. The towels were of poor quality and the pool itself was freezing cold.

Property looks so old. Needs to be renovated and rooms can be more luxurious

Very good facilities, good restaurant and breakfast. All personnel speaks very good English which you cannot find easily in Jeddah.

Rather small room compared to competition. Vety high prices except of offers times.

Rooms aren't of price value they are very basic in terms of interior. When we enter the room there is a specific smell that we get used to after a while, but it isn't pleasant.Breakfast quantity is minimal along with few variety of sweets. No kids area for playing.

The hotel in general, the facilities, the staff, the room were all absolutely great. It was a very nice hotel to relax after such a long flight. The hotel also gave me an early check in.

I arrived very early on my arrival date and so I had a breakfast, the cost after my breakfast when I paid almost made me fall over.

Breakfast was exceptional. The whole place has real character -- and the staff is just amazingly good and nice. The facilities are excellent, especially the gym is world class. The restaurant Spears -- thoug unfortunately not too popular -- was really great, as well.
