This felt like a very relaxed stay. The room was large, the bed comfortable and the bathroom well-appointed. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the hotel had a spacious, unhurried feeling. The breakfast buffet was large and more varied than almost anywhere else I've stayed at this price in the UK (and extraordinarily good value!)

Prices in the bar were a bit steep - £25 for a double g&t and a single g&t was fairly eye-watering. It wasn't easy to find information about the facilities - there was a QR code on one bedside table with a link to information, but I couldn't find out, for example, how to set the air-conditioning, which was set rather high when we arrived

The staff were excellent especially the duty manager Neha. I arrived at the hotel at 9.15 having flown 11 hours from Johannesburg. I explained that I could do with a shower as I was then going to Wembley to watch the cup final. she checked the system and my room was not ready. However, she said I will upgrade your room as one of those rooms is ready. She also allowed me to have breakfast on her. I travel a lot and stay and hotels all around the world and I know that what Neha did was way beyond the service I would get elsewhere. This extra ‘added value’ meant so much to me and she should be congratulated by Hilton on this.

The staff from check in, the evening bar, cleaners to breakfast staff were exceptional. They were highly friendly and happy to help in any way. I couldn't fault a single one, made us feel really welcome. The room was very spacious and the bar had great food and drink selection.great location close to the motorway but very quiet.

We had a room next to the corridor entrance. Despite the hotel being quiet, you could hear everyone using the corridor door. Could potentially use a slowing mechanism as with the bedroom doors.

The staff were absolutely brilliant! They catered for everything and made sure you were always comfortable and relaxed. Check in was simple. I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile. The breakfast is 11/10. Food is piping hot and there was so much variety from cereals, breads, cold meat options, vegetarian options, fresh fruit to full English breakfasts. I've never seen so much choice! The bar and sitting areas were always cleaned and kept to a high standard. The restaurant staff were very observant to making sure you're ok and you're satisfied with your breakfast. In my case, my wallet fell out my pocket onto the floor and I didn't realise. I'm thankful for the staff seeing this because anyone could of picked it up. The lift were smooth. Some I go in I don't like because it's very wobbly and makes weird noises and it scares me. The room was immaculate in terms of cleanliness but few minors things I weren't keen on. Usual tea and coffee with kettle. Fresh linen and towels. Lavender shower gel, soap and hair wash. 2 glasses, 2 bottles of Harrogate water. Plenty of lights in the room and wall sockets. A dressing table, hairdryer, hangers etc.. The whole team is very professional and I felt extremely comfortable with my stay which made me want to come back if I'm ever in the area.

The bins in the bedroom and bathroom needed bags. I wish there were more milk in the rooms as they only leave you with four small capsules. However the staff will give you more on per request. Small stains on the couch and carpets.

Friendly helpful staff throughout especially breakfast room team and housekeeping staff, clean and comfy room, but for us the fact we could open the windows and control the heating made it perfect for our stay. Top marks for the very clean, non mouldy bathroom too. (stayed at other supposedly more superior and expensive hotels lately and all had mouldy half cleaned bathrooms, even so called boutique ones)

Nothing, it was all good. Cannot find fault with anything during our stay.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was good. Breakfast was very rich with many options. Many Thanks to hotel staff for providing cold drinks and lollies at the lobby. We would like to especially thank Mr. Jamie (Food & Beverage assistant) for his smiley face, for the small chat and for his hospitality. If we are ever in town we will definitely choose to stay again.

No slippers provided for the room, shower curtains seems not very clean.

Arrived at the hotel to pleasant check in staff, they recommended local restaurants to use during our stay. Check in was prompt. Free car parking is a bonus. Room was clean. Hair dryer, iron, kettle facilities provided. Rhe bed was comfy. Breakfast was a good selection, frequently re stocked. Very helpful older lady asked us of we wanted tea and coffe bringing to our table. Restaurant was clean. Overall a pleasant experience.

I would expect from a hilton hotel a nicer selecrion of complimentary toiletries.

Our check in on 17/09 @9pm ish was quick and easy, the service provided by Nayha (unsure on spelling sorry) was exceptional! We stayed for our daughters birthday and she made a real fuss over her, personally delivering a special slice of chocolate cake adorned with happy birthday to our room! Cannot thank her enough for her hospitality and service, she made us feel so welcome and relaxed after a long day at legoland. Cheeky glass of Prosecco and drinks vouchers to really go above and beyond 🥰 We all slept well and enjoyed a lovely breakfast before heading off to Harry Potter Studios which was a 10 minute drive away. Will be staying again when we go to Harry Potter!

people leaving used plates and cutlery outside their rooms on the floor, the hallways were lined with peoples used pots.

Spacious room. Clean . Tea, coffee, water supplied. Breakfast was excellent. Staff all very helpful, in particular a lady whose name was , I think, Raina or something similar. She was a breakfast waitress and was the best waitress I've ever encountered at any hotel. I would come back to this hotel first and foremost because of her quality of service.

No aircon in room.

Good location for visiting Warner Bros. Harry Potter Studios (5 min drive). Big rooms with comfy beds. Free parking. Good and rich breakfast. Surprisingly quiet rooms to the back. Table ventilator provided.

No Air Condition - may be no problem normally in UK, but we stayed on a hot August night. At least, the room went to the back so we could open a window for ventilation. Comfy Queen Size Bed but the Sleeper Sofa to convert the room to a family room was quite narrow and uncomfortable, suitable better for children under age of 10. All in all the building and the rooms show their age.
