The room was comfortable. There was a kitchen and a laundry machine in each room. There is a big carpark for hotel guest to use and if that is full, there are another 2 more carpark nearby that can be used as well. The breakfast is superb. Must try. Every morning offers fresh sashimi don, ten don and kani don. Well worth the value. The onsen was good as well. A bit crowded but none the less comfortable. Walkable distance to the busy streets.

The check-in experience was less than ideal. The person that checked us in (a young man) was very rude to us. I understand it is hard to use English to communicate and we offered for him to speak Japanese to us as my husband understand Japanese. He was still very rude afterwards. It is not about the language barrier but the attitude he is showing. He is by far the rudest staff I have seen in the whole of Hokkaido. Disappointing. The next time round we were served by Sato, and he was very friendly. The kiosk downstair only sell very simple items.

Onsen is great and relaxing. Has many facilities like washer and dryer on ground floor. Also their in-house house shop sells many nice local products like local milk and fruits. Lots of space in our twin bed room with an amazing view of the seaside. Taxi to JR train station is also very good for 700¥, walking is a bit far with luggage as it's 1km. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

I had an earthquake at 3am :( next time please no earthquake. Also I didn't win the PS5 from the claw machine game.

The hotel is a bit of a walk away from the train station but very easy to find. It’s easy to get around Hakodate too. The room was spacious and more like an apartment than a hotel room. I had a lovely view of the sea too. The staff is extremely kind and helpful on all manners. The breakfast was very delicious. There were different dishes on both days I’ve been there. And the focus was always on fresh and local ingredients. The hotel has a public bath, a convenient store and gaming facilities as well, so there’s a lot to do inside as well!

The room facilities were a bit old, and the bed/pillow was a little too hard for my liking.

I got upgrade to Deluxe king room with genius program which is very satisfy, the room has a big space with sofa bed, dinner table and a kitchen!! but unluckily that we got room on the 3rd floor so we didn't have a nice view. The bus stop for airport bus just in front of the hotel. but a bit far from JR station, few minutes to nearest tram.

When we check-in,staff didn't tell us any information just give the paper with english on.

Loved my stay here, amazing value. The deluxe twin room is pretty much an apartment, including washing machine, drying rack, stove and freezer. Friendly staff, there was an English speaking staff member. Buffet breakfast is Japanese/Western with a lot of choices. Onsen and sauna available free of charge. Great view of the sea from the balcony. Very nice atmosphere at this hotel. Walking distance from station (although the footpaths were not cleared from snow in Hakodate, so wheeling a suitcase will be difficult. You will most likely want to take a taxi).

No laundry detergent provided, although I think you could buy some from a dispenser at the communal laundry. The Seicomart down the street has travel size detergent satchets however. It would be nice to have coffee satchets available. Bed and pillow were very hard (even for Japan).

This is a excellent hotel with a very good price-performance ratio. The room (Premium Tower) is very comfortable, sufficiently large and very well equipped. It is about 3 minutes walk to the coast. To the train station about 20 min. Very good breakfast. The onsen is a special offer for foreign guests.

There is really nothing to complain about.

The atmosphere, the professionalism of every single staff member, the help i recieved for everything i needed. This hotel helped me to do business in peace and quiet, and recover from long days travelling. I could not thank them enough for all of their service during my stay. They were amazing! The restaurant staff, the reception staff, the cleaning staff and the spa staff are absolutely perfect at all their jobs!

There is a small kitchenette and a proper dining table which allows us to sit down together to have breakfast together. The onsen is a plus.

Hakodate is a stopover, from Sapporo to Tokyo, for us. It’s a bit far from main sightseeing attractions so by time we check in, it was already too late to explore. However, this hotel is definitely a great place to stay if visitors are spending a few days in Hakodate.

The room is spacious. Onsen within the property is so convenient and big. The opening hours also convenient. Our room includes washing machine and kitchen. Breakfast is delicious too. The view from our room is magnificent. Love this hotel so much.

It is rather far from supermarket or JR if you have to walk in the snow. There’s airport limousine passing in front of the hotel though.

Everything we as perfect, staffs were super nice. The room is so spacious, we even got a big terrace, you got everything in the room even a washing machine. And a true public onsen in 1F of the hotel, like it was a superb experience. The breakfast is quite amazing, I never got fresh sashimi and fresh tempura like this in a hotel in Japan

The pillows were to stay hard but again because I prefer soft pillow
