Clean and easy to find. Close to lots of restaurants and to station. Favorite part was the wifi - each room had its own login, which was great for work. Also strong wifi. Free tea and coffee 11 PM - 6 PM. Bed was quite comfy, and all amenities you can think of were supplied (or downstairs at reception). Loved that the room lighting could all be controlled from the bed. Would definitely stay again!

Soundproofing was a little dodgy, but for the most part this is a business hotel, so it was very quiet after 10 PM.

The staff at reception were extremely friendly and helpful, really very accommodating. The hotel was clean, stylish and is also very well located (in Motomachi Shopping street, next to Harborland and a train station with connections to Osaka and Kyoto).

The cleaning staff was quite chaotic, every day there were laundry baskets all over the hallway and it was also very noisy in the morning.

Great location, right in the centre, close to the train station. The room had a smart TV with streaming services. The restaurant had free drink service every day, even if you didn't have breakfast there.

There was a table and a chair in the room, but you couldn't work on it, because it was too small for that.

Convenient location to the main shops road. relatively close by to many good kobe beef restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free coffee and chocolate was drinks was a nice addition. Also has a Toyota 2000GT displayed at this hotel, which was interesting to see.

The room is spacious enough for us to move around. The hotel location is very convenient. It’s near everywhere!

The food during the New Year’s. Maybe having more options would be helpful. For those who bring cars, there are no cheap designated parking around the hotel.

Check in Reception was pleasant & friendly. Room decent enough. Aircond very good. TV huge! Bathroom tiny. WC very good. Breakfast good. Curtains excellent. Maid service impeccable.

Why are there no wall hooks in Japanese rooms?

Amazing location in the heart of Motomachi. Pretty much everything in walking distance. Free coffee machine outside of breakfast hours, not gunna lie I absolutely rinsed it while I was studying for a test.

Cheaper/Reasonable brekky options.

It was a great location with lots to do around. The staff were very helpful; when our AC unit was leaking they quickly moved us to another room.

The rooms were a bit small, but overall good.

Located in the middle of a covered shopping street, close to Chinatown, the harbour and main eateries. The room had everything you need, a bathtub, giant smart TV, and blackout curtains. The TV also lets you know if the washing machines are available for use, which is great, so you don't need to go down to check.

The AC turned itself off during the middle of the night, even though I didn't set a timer. It wasn't nice to be woken up because it got too hot in the morning....

The location es amazing.

In comparison of all the rooms we booked in our whole Japan trip, this was the smallest. Is nice for one person but not for 2 tall persons.
