This is my return stay after a day away. Very glad I booked it again. Different room from 2 nights prior but just as clean and comfortable. making me feel I was the only guest using that room.

Again it is learning to maneuver the short undergroind walk from Sannomiya bus terminal.

Koko hotels are our favorite hotel. This one in Kobe was very nice, staff was very friendly, breakfast was great with many different options, laundry availability was very helpful and very easy to use. The neighborhood is great, and well located with 10-15 min walk to Sannomiya station. The hotel offered multiple discounts for restaurants nearby, we used one of them for a Kobe beef restaurant and we were very happy because otherwise we would have not come to such great place. The room was comfortable and clean.

Wonderful location just a short walk from Sannomiya station and the biggest entertainment district in Kobe. Also was a short walk to the port and coast. My room was as described and quite comfortable.

According to western standards this was an incredible hotel and very well run. But by the standard of Japanese hotels which I have stayed I have only one small, minor complaint. The bathroom could have been a little bit better laid out and there was a lack of storage in the room. There was a lack of space to store my things and the counter space was very limited. The closet in the room was tiny, allowing me to only fit few shirts and not really have anywhere else to put luggage. Perhaps a few more shelves or extra drawers would have helped with the problem. Also the bathroom is not a wet bathroom, so if you want a place with a wet bathroom as opposed to just a shower with a curtain be aware that this is not the standard Japanese wet bathroom set up.

Nice vibes and atmosphere. There are various amenities you can pick at the lobby. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in good environment not noisy/crowded. Easy to walk to shopping and restaurant areas.

The location isn’t close to JR station much. A little bit far if you have to walk with big baggages. However, it is acceptable if you don’t need to carry heavy stuffs. I notices some dust on couch corner but overall is clean.

The hotel are new and clean, which also near the shopping belt. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Room are well designed with more than enough amenities for us to use.

The pillows are too soft and the room is not bright enough as 2 of the light bulbs are burst (not working). We would expect the hotel will check all are in order before releasing the room to us. As we only stay for a night, we didnt made any complaint.

Efficient staff with handy Japanese-English translator in hand. Very good for comfortable overnight rest. Highly recommended Clean room, and the bathroom in the 22m2 room was spacious enough to bend forward to sit at the toilet properly. All the essentials laid out nicely. Bed so very comfy.

Walk from Sannomiya bus terminal underground is a bit confusing, so took a while to locate.

quiet location but just short walk to two train stations , Sannomiya and Motomachi . hotel is clean and the bed is comfortable . staff is most helpful and professional . walking distance to Daimaru Department store and shopping streets . near beautiful parks and numerous restaurants .

Lovely place to stay and lovely staff! My partner left her ring there and they did their best to get it back to her which was so lovely! Definitely recommend

Little small so we couldn’t open our suitcases without hassle of other person but nothing too surprising for the Japan sizing.

Quiet area in downtown Kobe. Not far from the port area or Chinatown or Sannomiya station. Good for the night, especially for the price.

Not particularly full of amenities but good for a night of quiet sleep and exploration of Kobe. Room size typical by Japanese standards, so good for 1 person but might feel cramped with more.

location near train stations both motomachi and sannomiya in a quiet part of town but not far from shopping areas and beautiful parks . clean room . comfortable bed . very helpful staff .
