Convenient access to shops/restaurants and metro. Check-in/out is hassle free. Staffs are very helpful. The open air bath is fantastic. The buffet breakfast offers local seasonal dishes for a detox healthy diet.

I’m afraid the property needs extra effort to keep and uplift the hygiene standard. For example, the air-conditioning air filter/cover in the room/corridor are full of dust. Guess it’s owing to the shortage of staffs. In addition, the Simmons mattress is too soft, guess it’s time for replacement.

The breakfast is very varied and offers a choice of time slots, making it feel very organized. The public bathrooms are divided into outdoor and indoor, and the outdoor area has a beautiful view of the moon. Location is super and many delicious food around.Pan（Bread） downstairs across the street and Ramen is super.

1. There is a step when entering the bathroom, although it is understandable that it is necessary for waterproofing, but it is still dangerous. 2. On the night of our stay on June 3, we asked the front desk if we may borrow some soy sauce, and it was perfectly fine if we couldn't have any. The person on duty at the front desk was a compatriot, and instead of telling me "we can't provide it" or "the kitchen is closed", she told me like "In Japan, we put a lot of emphasis on hygiene, so we can't give you soy sauce! ". This condescending tone was very uncomfortable, , as if we were "unhygienic people". We have been to and from Japan many times and have never encountered such a situation. I also hope the accommodation can give an explanation.

This hotel is is the perfect location for exploring Kobe and also exploring the waterfront. It’s close to plenty of food options. The room and bathroom was a great size, with lots of seating and I loved having a kettle and fridge in the room. The toiletries, pjs and slippers were all great and the rooftop spa was perfect. Tattoos are allowed as long as you cover them up, just ask at reception and they will provide you with something to cover them with. Breakfast was great, plenty of Japanese and western options and never busy either due to allocated breakfast times.

I had no view as my room faced the next building, which meant very little natural light entered the room and it was impossible to see what the weather was like. I did request a room with a view if possible, but it wasn’t the end of the world, especially when everything else was so great.

We loved everything about this hotel! The location is perfect. It's close to the subway and many shops, restaurants and malls. The front desk staff at the hotel was super helpful! They put our luggage in our room while we were out sightseeing after our room became available. We opted not to have our room cleaned for a day but the service staff left us a bag with fresh towels, toothbrushes and bottled water. Their breakfast was also very good - a variety of meats, veggies, fruits, soups, breads and other things. Their hot tub and sauna were absolutely amazing! We highly recommend this hotel to everyone vising Kobe!

The breakfast buffet was good and it had a variety of different options. The room was nice with a big window and a comfortable bed. The tv in the room was high quality and it was great to be able to watch Netflix. They kept our luggage before check in and after check out without extra fee which was very convenient for us.

The sky spa was very nice but the sauna on the women's side was not great. There was a real sauna only on the men's side. Kobe is famous for good bread but there was only cheap toast available at the breakfast. Having a face wash and lotion also in the room and not just in the spa section would be nice. More tourist information like maps and leaflets would've been helpful.

the location is quite handy, especially to all of the major train lines. the rooms are comfortable and it was nice to be able to access my youtube account on the tv. even though i was on the fourth floor in full view of the train tracks and the road, the noise wasn't too much and i could still easily sleep. i really appreciated that the staff put my stored bag in my room for me before i was able to check-in, they were always super polite and helpful (even when my key didn't work the first time). it was a bonus to be able to use the sky spa on a sunny morning, as well as the sauna and cold bath, and the views from the 13th and 14th floors are really beautiful

it would be nice if the allergens were on display at the breakfast buffet. as someone who doesn't eat animal products, it was a bit difficult to navigate and to be completely sure whether or not i could eat certain things

Room was spacious for Japanese hotel. We enjoyed the small sitting area next to our bed. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The location was an easy walk from the metro station and close to Chinatown, shopping streets, and the harbor area. The breakfast buffet had nice variety and tasty food. The breakfast was very organized and you had to reserve your time in advance. While this might sound annoying, I've been at hotels where there are too many people for the staff to keep up and it gets chaotic. At this hotel, the breakfast buffet was well-managed and it was a relaxing atmosphere with good views of the mountains. The spa on the top floor had two hot baths, a cold bath, and a dry sauna. The facilities were well maintained

My air-condition was very loud and opening the window was not recommendable because of the traffic noise. I did not complain since I stayed only 2 nights. I am sure that the staff would have attended to it if I had mentioned it. What could be improved is the information in the elevator, which is the only access to the hotel from the street level. It took me a while that I had to press the 13th floor to get to the reception. The label said front lobby restaurant. Would be good to write reception.

Good location; just a few minutes walk from Motomachi Station and one stop over from Sannomiya Station. Some nice shops in the area as well. Staff were helpful and courteous. I liked that there was an onsen but I didn't get around to using it. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options.

Having to choose a time for breakfast wasn't the greatest. I should have picked a later time slot but it did get me up early, so there's that. I didn't mind the time limit so much as the rest of my family.

Spacious room for being in a Japanese city. Excellent location, only 500 m from Sannomiya station, and roughly 200 m from Motomachi station. The breakfast was excellent as well, very good and varied. If anything, I would wish for more vegetarian dishes. The public bath at the top floor was also lovely. I liked that the reception and restaurant was at the top floors, it made for great views during breakfast.

I wish the changing room for the public bath was a bit larger, because it gets really crowded in the evening. For such a large hotel I would’ve expected a bit more space in the bath area.
