Very good location close to Kyoto Station. The room is fine, equipped with everything I needed like a mini fridge, kettle, cups, hairdryer, fresh towels and amenities. There are ventilation fans in three places (bathroom, toilet room, and main room) which is very nice if you are someone who likes an odorless room with a little fan sound going. It’s soothing at night (or you can turn them off). The room was right next to the elevator, but I didn’t hear the noise at all. I would use this location again. :)

The hotel is very near to Kyoto train station. 10 minutes walking distance. The hotel equipped with kettle and hair dryer. Toiletries and bath towel also provided. The host was friendly and reply promptly. Self check in only. Need to get password before check in. Within walking distance there are Lawson and 7-11.

The room was quite small. Limited spaces for luggages or walking in the room. The tourist tax not included in the room rate. It needed to pay separately upon check-out. No early check in or luggage storage before check-in and after check-out.

The place is really close to Kyoto Station, only a 5min walk. Very easy to get around from there either via bus or train. The place was pretty standard, exactly like the pictures and was exactly what we were after. Checkin was pretty easy too, just follow thr instructions they give you as there are no staff on site

The beds were very stiff so not as comfortable. We were a little confused and were not told exactly where you put the cash for the accommodation tax required to pay as per laws in Kyoto.

Location was not too off from main Kyoto station. Place was clean and well maintained. It was peaceful and quiet at night. Hotel is easily found along the side road.

Check in process was not smooth. While it was self-check in concept, it was not well stated in the website upon booking. Arrived at the hotel to find that there was no staff and could not check in. Had to borrow a phone to call in, which the staff send across the pin code to my email.

8 minutes walk to the main Kyoto train station. Easy to find using Google Maps. Big window - (not much of a view, but airy). Clean bedroom, excellent wifi, clean bathroom. For the price we paid (which was less than the price of most of the shared dormitories that were on offer in Kyoto) this hotel was absolutely amazing.

The lock and key system was not modern. A key card or pin number on the door would have felt more secure.

Staff was really friendly and understanding when we missed out first night due to the typhoon. Rooms had just enough space for 2 people and there were extra towels available for consecutive stays. The room's bells were the combine sound so that was amusing.

The room was much more spacious than the other rooms I stayed in Japan. And the bathroom and toilet was separate and it was spacious than other stays

Super clean, staff were helpful and kind.
