Auto open toilet cover and auto flush. Wow so high tech. Washing machine with dryer makes my clothes smell fresh after use. Watch youtube for video of the hotel, exceptional facilities but still things to improve

Toothbrush is hard. Confused by Kyoto station, need to find from subway to Avanti mall then walk to hotel more convenient. Video provided by website is not still not easy to navigate the actual road, we walked round and round Kyoto station, lost. Waited few minutes because staff was away around 1pm when we were there to check in. Not 24 hours staff is around.

Boutique hotel, down a side alley a block away from Kyoto Station. This is a quiet part of town and worked for us, if you are looking for nightlife this is not the place. However, there are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance including Aeon mall and Avanti shopping center and of course everything at Kyoto station. Rooms (we had 2 for my family) were spacious enough. The shower was great. Bed was comfortable. Having a washer/dryer was really convenient even if a bit slow. Kitchenette allowed us to buy food and have breakfast in the room. Even loved the way they designed the window to the outside the make a vertical zen space instead of a view of the side a building.

Because it is down a very small side street, it can be hard to locate at first, but that is a minor issue.

It;s location to Kyoto Station Ifor travel throughout Kyoto and Airport Bus Limousine service to get to KIX. They are the few hotels that offer connecting rooms that was great as I was travelling with my family, not to mentioned they have a washing machine and kitchenette in the room. They allowed me for a late checkout at 2pm which was a bonus!

In Japan, it is difficult to ask for a hotel with a swimming pool. So, I guess this is irrelevant. But I definitely wish there was one. The room is without a window with a view, because it was only 4 levels, they compensate with a large window with a art wall that allows natural lights into the room.

The property was tucked away in a quiet side street but was a five minute walk to literally everything--Kyoto Station, the Airport Limo Bus, Don Quijote and tons of food options! Rooms were decent-sized with a fridge, toaster oven and microwave, with one of the rooms having a sink and a single burner. Rooms were decent-sized and quite clean. Fresh towels and water bottles were provided daily which were appreciated because of the summer heat and humidity. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Minor detail that didn't detract from the stay: the washing machine/dryer combo took forever to dry clothes. The fact that the room had a washing machine though was great!

Location: Quiet side street 5 minutes walk south of Kyoto main station which made it easy to get to and from things while being away from the crowds at night. Place has a washing machine and dryer combination - only used the washing function. Rooms have everything you need. Smart lighting concept outside the windows to make it more pretty that there is no view but a wall. It didn't even bother us and you have maximum privacy with the curtains open. :) Beds comfy, staff super helpful and friendly. Clean, modern, not worn down or dated at all. Highly recommended.

They didn't have a cloths horse to hang your washing but they helped us out with plent of coat hangers. needed to get a little creative on where to hang those, but it worked out. :)

Very nice and quiet hotel in the vicinity of the main train station, with good restaurants and pubs nearby. Courteous and helpful staff, informing you about sightseeing and lending you an umbrella if it rains. Cool Japanese design room decorated with care, comfortable furniture, fantastic private bathroom with shower and Japanese bath. Convenient kitchenette: electric stove with 2 hotplates, kitchen utensils, fridge, grill, ... and efficient washing machine/dryer in the room! Welcome tea, coffee and juice anytime. I will come back!

Nothing, really. The lack of outside views reported by some is really not a problem: the room is spacious and the window that overlooks an external wall lets daylight through.

Location was excellent. Room size was good for us (2 adults and 1 4 years old). Quiet at night as it is not in the main street. Overall, our stay was super comfortable. Having a mini kitchenette and washer in the room was super convenient and main reason why we booked this hotel. Smart tv was good.

The room we stayed didn’t have window that we could open but the bright wall art was good replacement as it didn’t feel suffocating.

new designer hotel. very kind staff. very good location close to the train station (walking distance). laundry including detergent in the room is very helpful.

the room's window was huge, but facing a designed artistic wall. I understand the concept, but i would have still preferred some sort of view. The room design was based on piano black, which contributed to the darkness and cave feeling of the room. a brighter room design might have been better? But this is a matter of personal taste.

Very close to Kyoto Station with Combini and restaurants nearby. The front desk staff were very polite and friendly. The lobby did offer some self serve coffee but we never utilized it. The room itself was fantastic and very lovely 🌹. There is both a microwave and a toaster oven, as well as the expected kettle and mini fridge. For me, the best part was the in-unit washer/dryer. The front desk gave us instructions in English on how to use it, and liquid laundry detergent was stored beside the machine, under the sink. In-unit bathroom with a tub to have a good soak after a day of walking everywhere in Kyoto.

The room was huge compared to other hotels in the area. Basically it's a studio flat. It was amazing to find a washing mashine/dryer, grill oven and a microwave. Proper coffee and real mugs/cutlery. I loved contemporary and beautiful interior design. It is a smaller hotel and very quiet with no city noises. Staff were amazing. We arrived much too early but they kindly checked us in regardless. It's only 10 minutes walk from the train station and there are mini supermarkets nearby.

1.It was difficult to find without using maps which we couldn't as had no data. We walked around the block at least 5 times and didn't realise it was tucked away on a small alley. Our fault for not preparing really. 2.Smells travel from toilet to room a bit and no window to open. 3.No smoking area. You literally have to stand in a street. I don't normally smoke cigarettes but good luck finding nicotine vapes in japan so felt uncomfortablehavingto smoke in an alley!! 4. We ended up ordering domino's pizza but would have preferred something more authenticl. Missed business opportunity there.
