The Hotel has 2 locations-each about 5-6 minutes away from each other. They are located about 10-15 minutes walking distance from the Train station. We had to check in at the first location and then walk to the second location to stay. Rooms are well sized and beds are very comfortable. Towels and toiletry items are kept outside the room to be picked up as needed. Wi Fi is good. Front staff speaks good English and is very helpful. We needed to extend our stay by one day and they offered us the same room at 25% discount compared to what we had paid via Booking.com

1. walking distance from Train station is 10-15 minutes by walk- especially with baggage- it is a tiring walk.2. You have to check in at one location and stay at another hotel 3. Front staff is only available during banking hours and not available 24/7.

i didnt expect the room comes with microwave and also washing machine which is a plus for me. location wise is not at a busy street so at night can be really quiet and peacefull. rather near to kyoto station and many convinience store nearby.

since it located at quiet area, may need to be carefull to not make noice especially in early morning or night. check in need to be done at different location so get ready to walk around.

1, staffs are keen to do their jobs well in all aspects, well, except their level of English. 2, the room is newly furbished and really well equipped with an air purifier, a refrigerator, a microwave, a water cattle, 3 exhaust fans, a washing machine, a wall mount heater/cooler, an electronic biobidet toilet, etc 3, minutes walk to bus 205 that will take you to Kyoto station and quite a few scenic spots around Kyoto city, 4, really detailed info folder available in every room,

a bit confusing and thus annoying learning separating room garbage in varieties,

Nice, almost spacious room with a washing machine in the bathroom. checking in and out was easy. In walking distance to the train station.

The information folder is practical, but seems almost unfriendly at points (instructions on waste separation with threats of penalties).

It was a big room for the price, nice and quiet residential area and accessible transport nearby. Nice and clean with your very own washing machine in the bathroom as well.

The check-in area is just in a different building from the room, though it is just 2 minutes walk but its a bit inconvenient when you have a lot of baggage.

Check in is at a different hotel. After check in you need to walk 160m to your hotel. They don’t provide luggage storage before check in or after check out so you will need to pay 700 jpy to store 1 large suitcase at the station

The location is very convenient since it is a walking distance from Kyoto Station and Kyoto Tower. The staff can speak English and very detailed with handouts about the rules and regulations of JP INN. The room also has a washing machine and free detergent☺️ Overall we are satisfied with our stay, Arigatou Gozaimasu.

It's situated in the local quiet residential area. Inn was generous with supplies of toiletries and beverages. We got lost looking for accommodation despite map given by staff during check in. Overall pleasant stay.

Most eataries don't open early or don't allow takeout. Look for Mcdonald, BK and Starbucks near Kyoto tower.

The location wise is about 8 to 10 mins walk from Kyoto Station. Kyoto station is also the place you would get most of your meals from, so being near is a plus and the property is also in a very quiet and peaceful area.

Room size. Ok for 2 paxs, anything more is going to be a squeeze without much space left to move.

Good location near station. Spacious room with comfortable bathroom, shower room and washing machine. Everything worked as planned.

The instructions in English could include how to use the drier. Communication: too many long emails with repetitive information.
