This is a great option for a family or group that wants to be together and not separated in separate hotel rooms. The location is perfect and the facility is well appointed. The kitchen is small but efficient and the combined washer dryer is especially valuable in the midst of a long trip (which makes for lighter packing)!

This is a very family friendly and cost effective option in a great location in the beautiful city of Kyoto. The only limitation is that our 3 bedroom unit had only one shower/bath but the walk in shower was quite efficient.

Iwe were greeted with the most friendly smile and really made to feel welcome. I loved having 3 seperate bedrooms : quite a rare thing in Japan accomodation The washer dryer was fantastic and quiet. Thaw fabulous location!! we could walk to the manga museum, the markets, awesome cafes, Lawsons & 7/11 The air-conditioning was great and the 2 bathrooms were generous in size. The towels were always fresh, think and fluffy! … & the dishwasher was the best! Fabulously presented and incredibly clean. We were walked to our taxi on exit and waved with a smile By far the best accommodation experience we had in Japan - thankyou

The sideboard, table and chairs took up a bit too much space - maybe better to have a couch and a smaller table & chairs

the location is fantastic, close to the bus and train station, close to shopping malls and Nishiki market, Lawson is just in front, can get daily consumables easily. In terms of amenities, i particularly like the washing machine and the dryer (2in1), they provided the detergent pack, need not pay extra $ for it. we had luggage transferred from Tokyo and the staff helped us to receive it and place it in the apartment, very nice.

as i need to transfer the luggage to Osaka and the amount R&R charge is with commission. I do agree that R&R should charge the commission for this service, as they helped to contact the vendor and helped us to fill up the details to send to Osaka hotel. But i think it is a bit expensive, i hope the commission can be calculated based on actual charges by the vendor (eg Yamato) and then R&R can add on a mark up on the cost to charge to us, eg 30%.-50%.

The location and space was perfect for our big family of 2 adults and 5 kids. We were even able to add an extra bed (for additional cost of course) but it helped us all feel at ease with our stay in Kyoto. Staff were very attentive and easy to communicate with. We were able to do a bit of laundry, which took time, but we were thankful to have. We walked around from the location and were able to easily get to Gion district and the markets and really most places we wanted to go. We did easily take the train to visit some sites further away and all was easy to manage. We just loved the location and the facility - had dinner in at night one night and everything was great! My kids' favorite stay of our 2 week trip.

The location was prime. Excellent walking distance to nearby malls and famous Nishiki Market. Subway and bus stops nearby. Great restaurants in the neighborhood. Fabulous boutiques. The staff was welcoming. Extremely helpful, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. Always willing to lend a hand. The units were immaculate and even better than the photos online. The showers were glorious and we made wonderful use of the efficient washer/dryer machine.

We enjoyed every element of our stay. Nothing to complain about. Just a note that the elevators are snug and the doors close quickly!

Situated in a quiet neighborhood, it provided a peaceful retreat from the bustling city center. However, it was still conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore all that Kyoto has to offer. The amenities provided by the hotel were top-notch. The kitchenette was well-equipped with everything I needed to prepare meals, and the complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The hotel also offered a laundry service, which was a convenient option for longer stays. The staff at the Kyoto RnRun Apartment & Suites truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. They were always available to answer any questions I had and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Their warm hospitality made me feel like a valued guest throughout my entire stay. Overall, my experience at the Kyoto RnRun Apartment & Suites was nothing short of exceptional.

Absolutely nothing!!

The apartment was fantastic... we had been touring Japan in several cities and wanted to spend more time in Kyoto, but didn't find the ryokans too great. This apartment was a great way for us to relax at in the evening, cook our own meals if we wanted to and was close to a grocery store and restuarants... best of both worlds! The bathrooms and showers are fantastic!! The gentleman that checked us in was terrific, he showed us around the apartment, letting us know where things were in the kitchen and gave us a little insight into the area... a great introduction when we got there. There were 3 of us and this place was big enough to have our own privacy when we wanted and come together in the kitchen area when we wanted... it was clean and stylish. It was such a comfort to come back to our "own" apartment each night.

Nothing really... the place is great! I had a hard time finding the silverware at one point because the drawers are so efficient there was a drawer inside a drawer. Honestly, that's the only thing that was off for me and my daughter showed me where it was so no real problem at all.

Well staff and service, we check in after 7pm so they keep our room door open for self check in on first night. The room is perfect for us with 5 people, two washroom is great and room sound insulation is good. Kitchen tools are well prepared. Location is great, 3 mins walk to shopping street and two convenience store near the apartment. Just 8 mins walk to two 24hrs supermarket!

Just a little far from Metro station if walking with luggage (around 12mis walk), but acceptable. Can call taxi from/to Kyoto station if needed

The apartment was cosy and comfortable. Location is great as it is walking distance to Nishiki market. Enjoyed our stay thou weather was a bit rainy and cloudy. Staff are friendly and helpful. We were able to keep in contact with them via WhatsApp even after office hours, which is great in case of any emergency. Highly recommended!

The toilet was a bit small.

Spacious apartment close to everything with great facilities and super comfy beds. Special shout out to the staff who were particularly helpful in providing advice and recommendations, and were great at their jobs! Loved that we had a washing machine and coffee maker in the apartment and two bathrooms felt particularly luxurious. Supermarkets and a huge range of shops and food options close by.

Not a single thing we didn't like about this apartment.
