Very conveniently located next to the station. The bathtub was very spacious and the hotel was able to hold luggage we had forwarded on our check-in day. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We were not able to leave our luggage with the hotel on the day we checked out. This seems a bit unusual for an established hotel. We got a locker at the station instead.

Close to the JR Station and Alpico Bus terminal. Refreshing interior design. Relatively bigger faucet sink size, better for washing face (compared against other hotels within same price range). Breakfast: main meat changes everyday; 2 types of rice; 3 types of soup

Just a minor hiccup: Although the check in was fast enough, my passport was not read by the machine even though those in JR stations can read it.

No umbrellas and when we asked for check out only 30 mins later were asked pay extra $ but were allowed leave out luggage which was nice. We still returned on time 10am for check out but work have appreciated a little flexibility and not having to leave and pick up Luggage. But we h der stand rules are rules in Japan and followed those.

Comfortable, well appointed, clean and quiet hotel. Japanese breakfast was very good. Only 100 metres to bus terminal and train station. Walking distance to all of the main attractions. A very good variety of restaurants close to the hotel.

Minor things only. The room was a bit squeezy but certainly adequate. Very little English signage around the hotel and our room so the phone camera got a big workout with Google Translate.

Next to the station, but only a few minutes' walk from the centre. Comfortable rooms and breakfast included in the price.

The hotel does not accept to keep suitcases on the day of check out and honestly it is very inconvenient. The last half-hour of breakfast you can only eat in Styrofoam plates and not a ceramic plate. It is neither ecological nor pleasant.

As many Toyoko Inn, it is very difficult to find available rooms, as this is such a good value for money hotel.

Though hotel lady staff I contacted with during my check in was not familiar with English, she used mobile phone to translate and trying her hard with effort to communicate with me. I appreciate that! Room is nice, Location is best. I could reach train and bus station in a few minutes. Hotel also offered free breakfast, I love it!

Nothing Really!

Very close to train station, eateries and malls. Walkable to castle. Enjoyed the variety of dishes at breakfast. It would be good if there is a coffee machine to dispense freshly brewed cafe latte or cappuccino like the one we enjoyed in your sister hotel in Toyama. Providing an iron with ironing board would be more suitable for ladies’ clothes instead of the trousers press.

Clean and comfortable bed with adequate amenities. Great shower, strong flow. Staff is very helpful and good breakfast provided. Though I stayed on the lower floor, it's quiet enough to have a peaceful sleep.

No other facility - just good for short or business stay. Even a lobby, it's just a place near check-in counter, no chair or couch.
