Hotel Concerto is a comfortable, well-run hotel. The location was very good: a 3-minute walk to a tram stop and 5 minutes to Peace Park and the Atomic Bomb Museum. Glover’s Gardens, the port and Chinatown are a short tram-ride away. The street is a quiet one and our room was also peaceful. Reception was friendly and professional, and communication with staff was easy. The size of the room was comfortable, as were our twin beds. The bathroom was nicely appointed, and the jacuzzi bath was large enough to suit my almost 6 foot tall husband. Lighting was bright, all appliances worked well and the wifi was quick and stable. There is a guest laundry on the 6th floor, which was a bonus. We highly recommend it.

Room lighting is controlled by a tablet computer, which we never could get to work easily. Far better of have a simple on/off switch, or to have the option not to use the tablet controls.

This hotel is situated within 5 minutes walk of the Bomb museum and peace park and the tram stop into town. The room was much bigger than most Japanese hotels I've stayed in , jacuzzi style bath , in wash room , automatic toilet, lights controlled by tablet , best room on this trip easily. And comfortable bed. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. I did not have breakfast so cannot rate it.

We liked friendly staff, excellent room service, bathroom is great. On new year eve we were served with traditional japanese dishes. Walking distance to all kinds of transportation, shops, museim. 5 out of 5!!!!

Taxi driver was confused where was entrance to the hotel, had to ask people on street. Clear sign on the main street showing where is hotel would help to find place.

The hotel is of a good design, beautiful interior. The stuff was very polite and prepared breakfast tickets, though there were initially included in the plan but fit the price as they said. It was a nice surprise! The room was very clean, the bathroom has a comfortable bathtab with jacousie and a TV. The location is very close to the bus stop to go from and to the airport. Nearby small local restaurants and bars in that area. Convenient to go for a drink in the evening!

Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. More than expected commodities inside the room (very comfortable and clean). The bathtub has a jacuzzi option (and a TV, if you need that). They have coffee and different types of tea to use inside the room. Profesional masseuse options until midnight.

Only issue was a lack of information about breakfast at check-in. They just informed about normal breakfast hours, but didn't make clear I had to make a reservation the day before (still, they had coffee in the room, so it wasn't that bad).

Excellent value for money. The room was really spacious, luxurious and spotless. You couldnt fault it. Staff were more than helpful. They were always very polite and gave me great assistance with booking taxis, ferries and getting around town. I left my earrings behind in the bathroom and they found them and kept them for me so that I could collect them on my return to Nagasaki. Thank you very much to all the staff at Hotel Concerto.

The breakfast was great (Japanese style). My wife preferred western style and the hotel was happy to accommodate. Location was great for touring as the hotel is located two blocks from the tram and The Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum and Hypocernter.

The property is a little dated and seemed to be modeled on western european hotels. The lighting could be improved with brighter bulbs.

Room was so clean and the jacuzzi bath was so good… Also room was really big and had a small fridge. Also there were watching machine and tumble dry room in the corridor. Access to the hotel was also good and it was right next to a small playground

I wish the bath had a window and could access to the balcony (window was locked - probably for safety).

The hotel is in a great location for the Atomic Bomb Museum and surrounding sights. The room was a good size, comfortable and clean, with all facilities .

Some of the furniture was a little large, which cluttered the room.

Close too all amenities. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They recommended where to eat, arranged our taxis and phoned one of the local attractions for us. Would highly recommend this hotel for other travellers.
