I stayed mixed dorm and it was very comfortably big space . Also, each room has quit enough space for bunk bed. You can bring your backpack in your private room. They have many shower rooms, so I didn't need to wait for the shower. The room, shower rooms, toilet, common area, and the kitchen were so clean. They even have hair strainers, cotton puffs, shavers for free. The location of this hostel is also huge plus. It takes 5min to Uragami train station, bus stops, and tram stops by foot. It was very comfortable and was very quiet even in the daytime. No one was talking in the dorm area and the neighbors were also quiet. I definitely want to come back here when I visit to Nagasaki.

It’s very comfortable and close to the tram-station and Urakami Station. The Dormbeds are more like big capsuels with a small space for the luggage (it even fitted my big backpack) and there is also a tiny built in table. The showers and powderroom were spacious as well. Since the whole checkin and out process is online I didn’t see any staff but as long as there is no issue that’s fine. The kitchen was a little small and there was not much eating space. I guess if the Hostel is fully booked that could become overcrowded quite fast.
nothing really

The privacy of each bed was great. The bathrooms were big and very clean. Common area had microwave and other cooking utensils. Towels provided, easy check in process. Comfortable pillow and doona.
The slippers only went to a size 26, quite typical for Japanese sizes but as a hostel that will likely have many westerners a few bigger sizes would be helpful. No lift, which was fine just something to note if you have heavy bags. The ventilation in each cubicle was not the best and there was this weird noise each night which made it a little difficult to get to sleep. Not a social hostel, very to yourself.

Very clean and organized, showers, sinks, common area, and beds were exceptionally clean. Felt very safe and welcoming. Was very quiet and easy to navigate, temperature in the rooms was perfectly on the cool side (but with plenty of blankets provided). Iron, ice water, toaster, and kitchenette in the common room. Beds felt very private for what they were. Everything you need in a hostel and much nicer than I expected for the price.
Did not ever see a staff member. Everything worked well from the automated system they had set up, but I would have liked the option of talking to a person. Also, while the rooms felt very safe I wish there was a more secure lock box, or at least one I could put my own lock on. The keys did not inspire confidence, I would not feel comfortable leaving valuables there. Also, the showers were clean and comfortably hot, but seemed to not adjust to a lower temperature at all

Great dorm rooms! Each capsule bunk had its own desk and space for a bag - it was one of the most spacious dorm beds we've had so far on our trip. The facilities were great too, there was a well stocked kitchen with stove top, pans and chopping boards, and it is possible to do laundry at the hostel too. The location is good if you want to go to the peace park and atomic bomb museum (both walking distance).
Not much! The atmosphere was a bit dead as there weren't many people staying there, and we didn't really see any staff whilst we were there as the check-in was done through a touch screen. It might be more lively at other times of the year though!

Rather a capsule hotel than a hostel, with all the benefits this brings in terms of privacy. The separate space isn't even filled entirely by the bed so that there's even some space to keep the luggage. The cabins are made entirely of wood which makes for good, well breathable air. Towels and toothbrushes are provided abundantly. Common facilities are in excellent condition and thoroughly cleaned every day. Location is convenient as well.
Due checkout time is rather early (10 o'clock), with staying even in the common space just a bit longer being strictly prohibited. Luggage can't be kept any longer either. Checkin is fully automated with no reception staff ever being present. Customers are basically left to them themselves with nothing but a long list of strict rules. The system also spams customers with a lot of messages before check-in.

it’s a good base to see the A bomb center, and within walkable distance to the train station and the bus terminal that leads to the airport. there’s was also a large supermarket above the nearby bus terminal. it was possible to arrive early to put bags down. it was also a nice personal touch from the owner to offer a nail clipper when in need. the kitchen was adequately equipped. Capsules or cabins were more spacious than the average and were warm enough. it was also near to the main road where the teams were operating. it’s liberating to also be able to self check in with no curfews.
the corridor leading out of the rooms wasn’t really heated so it was cold. although I didn’t need it, it would be nice to be able to leave bags at the same storage area after check out as baggage storage would not be possible after check out.

The dorm room is so much better in real life than the pictures implied. I was impressed. My capsule was very spacious. Plenty of room inside my capsule for personal stuffs. Not at all cramp like some other capsules in other hostels. Everything about the hostel looks very modern, new, clean and stylish. Towels, toiletries were provided. Common room was huge. Internet / wifi was strong. I arrived late at night. So there was no staff physically in the hostel. All check-in was done by entering details on a tablet. Then the tablet showed the bed number. I asked some check-in questions to the staffs using booking.com app and were replied quickly. So i didn't encounter difficulty even though staff was not physically there. The location is excellent. The best way to reach here from Nagasaki station is to take JR train to the next stop, Urakami Station. From there it is just a short easy walk to hostel. I will stay again here.

Super clean with loads of amenities Great capsules with space for your bag and shelves etc Lots of toilets and showers Large space to relax Wifi good Location close to peace park but a little far from centre
The property is honestly great there’s just absolutely no social atmosphere (or wasn’t when I went). I stayed 3 nights and probably said 10 words to 4 people across the whole time.

Staff were very friendly, I am very thankful for helping me with my 20kg luggage when I checked in. The dormitory was clean and I was for most if my stay alone in a huge female dirmitory room. The space in the dormitory, and what's more importand, my bed was clean and comfortable. I appreciated some space for legs/luggage and even a small desk where I could work on my laptop. I also liked the specious common area with the kitchen. The location was also perfect for me. Although little far from the very center of Nagasaki, it us located in Urakami, where the Atomic Bomb Memorial is located 10 min by walk.
No elevator. Door to female dormitory was not locked, unlike other places I've stayed in.
