Great location, beautiful view from the room and the lobby, good selection of food at the breakfast buffet. Highly recommended for couples.
We asked for a taxi on the morning of the checkout and was told that the driver and staff will be helping us at the hotel lobby. However, there was no one at the lobby to help us get our luggage down. Thankfully, there was a taxi available at the ground floor. Perhaps there was some miscommunication among the hotel staff but that was disappointing.

The staff was very helpful but a bit struggling with English, the location was excellent. They don't have a publicly available microwave, but the staff at the receptionist help us reheat our food. They also helped us send our luggage to another hotel
It's a long way up to our room, with 2 elevators. First to the lobby and then to the room floor. The public bath was crowded, and often male children came in with their moms. Once there seemed like a 10-year-old boy in the public bath and it made us very uncomfortable being naked. The staff did not tell us on our first day there is an elevator next to the hotel that goes directly to the station below.

Hotel is near the Station and close to a very high end mall. The entrance to the elevator is on the first floor through huge (think King Kong) doors. Walk into a square room with two elevators that take you up to the 18th floor. There you will find the lobby. Check in was easy. I printed the reservation from booking in English and Japanese as offered by the site. The rooms were nice and the views are excellent. Very happy with the hotel amenities. If you wish to use the laundry room please note it can get very busy from 7pm - 9pm. There are only two machines. They are both a combination washer and dryer. The dryer feature is not great, so either plan to hang dry the items or run the dryer a second time. Best part of the hotel is the view and location.

Convenient and comfortable. Walking distance from Nagoya station. Abundance of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Good hotel amenities and cafe. Very central. The food at the hotel restaurant was good.
Small room. Hotel restaurant staff didn’t have the service level to inform dinners they were stopping the breakfast buffet and cleared it out. This is basic service where buffet are served. When asked for specific items I need because we weren’t informed, they declined but after lecturing them, the went back to kitchen to bring out the items I requested for.

Staff were very helpful when we inquired about the Takkyubin service from the airport to the hotel a week before our trip. They gave us address instructions so our forms were filled out correctly at the airport. Our bags were already at the lobby when we arrived. The location was excellent! There’s a special access / elevator right outside the main entrance of the door - this access allowed us to cross underground (past restaurants and a mall with luxury brands) to get to the main Nagoya station. For breakfast, you could see that they exercised a lot of care and thought in ensuring food safety. Back then, guests were asked to wear a face mask and plastic gloves while getting food from the buffet. They also controlled the crowd inside the restaurant. Food was quite varied - a good mix of Japanese fare and some western items. Don’t forget to use a tray so you can haul all of the plates and saucers for the breakfast you will assemble. The room was pretty standard per Japanese standards - meaning, one should expect it to be small BUT very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed using the yukatas for bedtime, and bathroom amenities were complete (including hair ties). The hotel has its own public bath, and as a foreigner, it took a bit of courage to try it. They have posters listing standard etiquette - and I particularly noticed how thorough the experienced patrons were in bathing before submerging themselves in the bath (head above water at all times for hygiene).
Other than the room being small (as expected in most Japanese hotels), we were very happy with our stay and have nothing bad to say.

Room was clean and the view on the city was beautiful! Staff was helpful. We could leave our luggage at the reception without any problems. I didn't try the spa because tatoos were not allowed but we tried the breakfast. Large choice of food, good quality. The station is 5min walk from the hotel so very useful. Thank you !
I feel like we didn't have enough space for our luggage in the room. We have been to many other hotel that were much cheaper and the rooms had much more space. And for the breakfast, I would have appreciated much more choices for the tea.

A very nice, comfortable and luxurious hotel with a wonderful panoramic view from the room for a very reasonable price. Great view from 22 floors (the lowest reception is on the 18th floor). We were greeted by extremely friendly and accommodating staff. They took our things long before and after check-in and check-out, so we saved extra. The breakfast was extremely substantial with a lot of delicious options with a panoramic view of the city. 3 minutes from JR and metro station is a bonus. I recommend it - a very special experience.

Good view of the city landscape (especially when there's a good sunset) Close proximity to Nagoya Station Professional staffs - managed to send my luggage to Tokyo and this is the only hotel who calls up the next hotel to confirm on the stay Great variety of breakfast items - Japanese & Western. Stayed here the second time & food is consistently good, with local delicacy. The last time, there were local Nagoya eggs and this round, it was Unagi (Eel).
Room is a bit small for more than one person i booked a double room as a solo traveller.

I felt relax at public bath's atmosphere. And I like that it's open 24hr. As a foreigner, I'm not used to getting undressed in front of strangers. Being able to go at late night with few ppl around was more comfortable.
The included breakfast was really nice but the restaurant itself was too small. I believe the hotel was not fully occupied when I stayed. Cannot imagined, when the business fully back to normal, how longer it would take for us to wait for an available table to sit and eat. There had to be a lot of complain before bcoz the hotel put signs here and there explaining that they will serve breakfast to everyone as long as the breakfast hour is not over and ask the guests to come eat early to avoid the crowd. Please, I was there to relax, not to compete for a table.
