Book this hotel. Book it now. This hotel was a delightful find at a fantastic price. We were travelling with my brother, who travels extensively in Japan for his work, and he rated it very highly as well. Located about 7 minutes easy walk from Nagoya station, the hotel is immaculately clean and nicely presented. The check in staff are very welcoming and although they spoke limited English, were quick to grab a phone with a translator to make communication easy. The room was very well laid out and spacious (we paid a few extra Aussie dollars for an extra large double and it was worth it for a bit more space in the room as well). Bed was really comfortable, linen was crisp and clean and the top sheet under the quilt was a nice surprise - most unusual in Japan. As is typical of Japanese hotels, a full selection of toiletries was provided. Less typically, the shower head was fabulous and there were nice fluffy towels instead of the usual rough over-laundered ones. On check-in we were surprised to receive a voucher for a light breakfast which you redeem from reception in the morning (there is no hotel restaurant). The food is not particularly western, but if you're happy to explore Japanese cuisine then you'll enjoy the selection. Highly recommend.

Really comfortable cabin bed, very spacious and a big luggage storage area. Showers and powder room area were great, toiletries all included and there were a range of hair tools free to use. All the other guests are very respectful and it was very quiet, no issues sleeping even without ear plugs. The location was brilliant as well, I was staying for the F1 at Suzuka so travelling in and out of Nagoya station every day and it was the perfect base.
The temperature was a bit warm, and not controllable per cabin; I was there during a heat wave so that will have contributed. The only area to eat was where people were also doing their hair etc so it wasn't the most comfortable.

The staff was good and attentive. Very good service. 1) I made 2 separate bookings on booking.com for 2 separate days due to a change in plans. During the checkin, I requested to have the same room for both days, and they said they had already arranged for it. 2) I was moving in and out of Nagoya (and checking in and out of the same hotel). They noticed that i had a pair of socks drying in the bathroom and packed it nicely in a bag for me. They passed it to me when i checked-in next. I didn't even notice that it was missing. A big thank you to the staff at the front desk!
The beds are slightly lumpy due to age, but overall it wasnt a big deal.

Nice staff, good location, clean, nice, modern. So clean that even the TV remote control is in foil it's brilliant! I suspect it only needs to be cleaned with spirit or replaced. Otherwise there will be millions of bacteria between the buttons on the remote control. • I highly recommend the Toyota museum.
My advice is not for the hotel but for the people. 💥 Dear foreigners, please remember to behave nicely... don't put your feet on the seats (not only in Japan, don't do that anywhere else), don't shout, mute your TikTok's - smartphones (not everyone is brainwashed). There not moronic tipping in Japan (respect people).

the hotel didn't advertise they had breakfast option, but all guest got a little coupon for "light breakfast" option. They would give you either 2 riceballs or 1 rice ball with another pairing item (drink or cup noodles) which was a nice touch. Also free coffee/tea/miso soup at the lobby machine.
Location was a bit far from the Main shinkansen station, so walking to and from the hotel with luggage might be difficult for people with mobility issues.

We only stayed for 2d1n and since we will be riding JR shinkansen, we opt for this location which is near the Meitetsu Nagoya station. On our checkout day, we left our luggages to roam around the city before we head to the train station and the reception was kind to call for our taxi to Nagoya station because it was raining. Overall, we enjoyed our trip!
Our room is a bit small but we managed. we only have one medium luggage each so if you have a bigger luggage you might want to upgrade your room.

Location is not too far from JR station, however pushing a heavy luggage might take 15 minutes to reach the hotel. The hotel provides coupon in exchange for 2 free items for simple breakfast daily. There is a choice of onigiri or cup noodle and a juice or a chocolate bar. There is a free drink machine where you can have coffee, tea or miso soup.
There is some stain on the wall in the hotel room.

The room was a decent size compared to most hotels in Japan. The hotel provided grab and go breakfast and had a machine in the lobby for free coffee, tea, water and even miso soup (very good). The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. It was a short walk to Nagoya Station and surrounded by lots of shopping and restaurants.

It was really close to Shinjuku center so all of the nightlife and shopping was easy accessible. Also Korea Town was right next to it with many Korean restaurants, Kpop merch stores and Kbeauty stores.
The hotel had a spa but if you have tattoos you can not access this so unfortunately I could not use this.

Great location. Walking distance to Nagoya station. Fish market is two blocks down the street and an enjoyable place to get meals. Lots of nearby restaurants and izakaya. Room are small but clean and have everything you need. Staff were very helpful with any requests (holding our luggage early, etc).
