The room was very clean and a good size compared to some other Japanese hotels that I have stayed in. The staff were friendly and helpful and I liked that it was close to Nagoya Station. My room was also nice and quiet.

I felt that the breakfast was not as good as I had been lead to expect by other reviews, although it was fine and there was nothing wrong with it. Although the hotel is close to Nagoya Station, it was further from attractions than I was expected and public transport to these areas was only okay.

Good buffet breakfast with a wide range of food for a diversity of people, including Japanese and western food in the menus; very friendly and helpful front desk staffs; modern amenities in the room and clean services.

From a foreigner perspective, would have preferred if the language instructions on the use of amenities e.g. air-conditioner, TV in the room can be helpful if it also included one in English; TV news channels to include ones in English e.g. CNN, NHK (English); manual and tourism leaflets at the lobby also in English.

Overall it was clean and comfortable and the price was good. Breakfast was good.

For a hotel labeled “Nagoya Station” it’s a little far from the station. There was only one thin pillow in the room. There were extra pillows you could borrow in the lobby but not enough because they were all taken. The first morning I was not able to eat breakfast because I had to catch a 7am train and breakfast didn’t start until 630. The second morning I was able to eat, but as I left the breakfast room at 910 the sign said closed, even though it was supposed to be open until 930

I slept well because they also provide extra pillow that suit your personal preferences during check in. Close to station, free coffee and amenities. Will come back again

The shower curtain was smelly when I check in. But after I informed the cleaner lady, she immediately pass me a new one.:)

The property was well located near train stations and restaurants. The breakfast was just what you needed to start a day too. Staff were friendly and always willing to help.

The location was great, however, if you prefer walking instead of taking the trains, it was a little far away from the heart of the city, especially when you’re looking for something to do at night.

Child slippers, child animity and water service are above the expectation.. hotel is very clean and staff were friendly.

Young male staff were looks like tired. They should be more hospitable and shows smiling face..

I asked beforehand for a room on a high floor and they delivered the view from the hotel window was beautiful and the room was very clean and spacious. The hotel staff were very friendly and spoke good English as well as being very helpful and gave lots of freebies.

Room felt big enough. Especially for the price and location. Relatively close to Nagoya station. All around a solid hotel experience.

The bed + pillows was not the most comfortable. You could pick a different pillow in the reception, but the supply was very limited.

The place was clean and does not smell smoke even if the hotel have rooma for smokers. They are accommodating and breakfast was good as well. Free toiletries at the side of the elevator and they do have washing machine available for laundry. Great place and affordable :D

Great location and spacious room. Very friendly and professional staffs. During my stay, I walked to Nagoya Castle and other major tourist attractions. The room I stayed in is spotless clean.

Perhaps a bit more variations for the breakfast?
