Booked this hotel because of its close proximity to Osaka castle. It is surrounded by dining options. A little far from subway station but it’s no issue for my family as we tend to take taxi a bit in Osaka. It’s about 2500 yen from Shimsaibashi or Osaka station.

Perhaps the 10am check out time and away from subway station. But it’s non issue in the end since we left at 9:30am and took taxis most of the time in Osaka.

Very clean rooms with big space. We had two connected rooms with two living rooms in tatami and Japanese style coffee table and chairs. Very good room size. This hotel is located in a neighborhood with local restaurants and shops. Very convenient. We had very good breakfast and lunch near by. I bought a nice carry-on suitcase in a near-by store. Really like the location. It is also just a short walk to Osaka Castle. There are subway stations near by so it is easy to go somewhere. Overall we had wonderful experience and highly recommend this hotel.

Beds were super comfy and I loved how spacious it was. Lots of amenities too! Which was great as it was a long plane flight the night before.

Getting breakfast was a bit confusing but it was yummy

Very friendly and helpful staff (they helped us sorting out how to send our luggage to our hotel in Tokyo). The room very comfortable and cozy. Laundry option with 100yen coins (300 wash + 200 to dry). Daily room clean (you can choose not to have the room clean but they still drop a bag with clean towels and pajamas at your door to renew in case you want). Location pretty good, easy for transportation and 2 restaurants I really enjoyed 2min walk (Okonomiyaki Shinchan and Sakidoriya - traditional and you should try them out). Definitely I will book again this hotel whenever I visit Osaka.

Walking distance from osaka castle a its park. Near by metro stations, restaurants. It is a nice location. If you have JR pass it is not well located. Room are bigger that Normal as per japan standard.

The shower was smelly

The team was extremely welcoming and helpful. Even let us leave our luggage there on the day of check out until 5pm and called us a Taxi. Very kind, I would consider staying there again. To be honest, I misread the 4-Star review rating on google and thought it was a 4-Star hotel (my fault, not theirs) and although it's more of a 2 1/2-3 Star facility we didn't feel slighted at all. Price was great and we were close to everything we wanted to see. Pleasantly surprised.

The breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Mostly pickled veggies and fish as well as some general breakfast bread products. But the coffee was good and the juice was cold - for the price it would be unfair to expect anything above that. Fact of the matter is: there WAS breakfast and was more than edible :)

it is an amazing experience to stay at this hotel for two days. its location is quite near popular tourist destinations in OSAKA and also a few minutes' walk from the metro station. the service is quite satisfying. the room is traditional in that it preserves traditional Japanese style and has TATAMI. the breakfast is the most amazing part of the hotel, which includes varieties of traditional Japanese cuisine and is really tasty. the dining room is decorated nicely and is quiet and peaceful, which is worth a try.

Walking distance to Osaka Castle and the park, very clean rooms, spacious bed for solo traveler or for couple, clean bathroom with strong water pressure shower. Bottle waters and pajamas are nice and get topped up automatically (bag left outside your room for the next day)

I am a heavy sleeper but those who are not may find the room location facing the street rather bothersome due to vehicle traffic noise. Some may find this to be a con but the building does not use a key card system, so be sure to remember or keep the code the hotel gives you for your room access. The same code can be used to access the hotel during after hours as well.

Friendly English speaking staff are very welcome and helpful throughout our stay. We had to use Yamato service for shipping our baggage to our next destination and the staff helped us to complete the forms. The hotel is very closed to lots of convenient stores, especially family mart which is just across the road. Also they use free of charge coffee machine at the lobby which is what you normally pay for at 7 eleven stores. The room layout is functional and spacious. I think it’s a new hotel because everything is so clean and well maintained. We had a good memory as a family. Thank you Luxcare for the excellent services.

This hotel is perfect for family. We booked 2 connecting rooms. Each has its own tatami living room that converts to sleep area for 2 with futon provided. Each room has its own toilet and bath area which is good for a family of 5 not having to wait. Hotel lobby has free fresh coffee available and coin operated washer dryer are on 5th floor. Many interesting restaurants around the area. This is a quiet area nearby hospital and Osaka castle. There are at least 2 subway line within 5 min walk.

Nothing in particular. If the hotel location is nearer to shopping area will be great. Otherwise, we're very satisfied with Luxcare Hotel.
