Centrally located with many variety of restaurants and shops. Airport limo shuttle just opposite the hotel. Good breakfast though you have to queue after 8am.

No concierge service. On arrival, I needed a hotel staff's help to call up a restaurant to confirm an address which was different from the one given during phone reservation. The hotel staff simply gestured a big cross with her arms, saying she could not make the call for me as there's no concierge service from this Hotel ... then she turned away. In any case, this was the first most unfriendly encounter from a hotel staff in Japan which I frequently visit. If you envisage assistance required on restaurant booking or transportation etc., this hotel may not be a good choice for you. You may get a big 'cross' in response.

It was close enough to Osaka station as well as stores and restaurants. Clean, modern and stylish. Separate toilet, shower/bath and sink if you’re sharing the room with someone. Being in a department store complex, we could easily go down to floor 8 for a meal or drink, and floors 3-7 for shopping. It was all in the same busking!

It was close by but because of the multiple walkways (many things are on different levels) you have to learn how to navigate the area. For example, check-in is on floor 9 of the department store complex, while our room was on floor 20 for which there are several elevators to choose from. Floor 1 would be for parking, while floor 2 would be street level.

Super clean, had all the amenities (located in the lobby), helpful staff, self check-in. Close proximity to Osaka station (<5 min walk) and 3 or more massive shopping centres (plenty of food options, shopping for literally everything)

Tight space but that is expected in Japan and I would recommend watching a tutorial on how to get to this hotel to save you the hassle.

Hotel is located from floor 9 upwards so good view from the room. Large windows, blackout blinds that fully blackout, comfy bed, good shower. Plenty of space in the room, bathroom area looked good but design meant floor space was used up when standing at the sink - toilet and shower room exits into the same space. Plenty of lifts & clean. Very close to departments stores and a range of restaurants.

Check in at 15:00 - they have everyone waiting in the reception area and this means that you have to queue to check in and it gets a bit chaotic. Rooms were probably already available but they will not let you check in before 15:00. Not a good experience. Could be organised better. System to allow you to log you are there and if your room is available to be able to check in straight away.

Perfect stay in Osaka! First time in Japan and we started our journey in Osaka. I was a bit nervous when we arrived to check-I’m because I had been trying to contact the hotel to request early check-in and had to receive any answer. We arrived at around 11am and official check-in was at 3pm. The front desk team was very friendly, helpful and welcoming; they were able to accommodate the early check-in request and provided us with the details about different amenities and breakfast. The view from our room was beautiful! The location of the hotel is outstanding. Direct and easy access to the JR and so many different restaurants/shopping in the lower floors. There is always coffee and tea available at the lobby, very convenient and much appreciated. As well as overnight necessities such as mini toothpaste and toothbrush. When arriving to the hotel via Taxi: Take the elevator to floor 9 for the main lobby of the hotel, breakfast is also served on the same floor. Delicious breakfast with so many options to choose from. There are escalators from the main lobby (floor 9) that you can take to access to the restaurants area (floor 8). Of course you can also take the elevator. The hotel is also a short walk away from Umeda Sky Building. Floor 2 is the one that provides access to the JR Osaka station. Shin-Osaka is one station away from here, easy transfer to take and enjoy Shinkansen routes. We look forward to staying at the hotel again in the future! Highly recommended!

The location was excellent. It is really close to the station and is located within a mall which makes it super convenient. Links Umeda is located there and it is located in a very vibrant area with lots of good shops, restaurants, clothing stores, etc. It was worth the money. Uniqlo is there and many good shops such as Daiso, Gu, etc. A karaoke shop was just near the hotel. Everything is super convenient and walkable. The rooms were clean. The lobby was spacious and lively with coffee and tea available. Check in and check out was easy thanks to the self check in machines. Our trip to Osaka was awesome and memorable thanks to the hotel. View from the room was nice.

The rooms were incredibly small with an open basin located in the middle of the room which we didn’t like. Packing and unpacking things was difficult due to the size of the room. Bed was small. My husband is 6 feet tall and didn’t fit in the bed. 🥹🤬

Location - It was close to the train stations and shopping centres. We booked two rooms. The rooms were clean and pleasant. The hotel also provided general personal care which were a bonus. Our girls really like the lady skin product offer as complimentary. The availability of coffee at the lobby, table and chairs while we wait for our turns to check in was a plus. We caught the airport limo bus directly to the airport. It was so convenient. The bus station was just 7 mins walk from the hotel. So close. Bought the tickets and Q in the line. Easy as.

Lots of tourist will hang around the lobby area. Most of the just made their coffee or teas and stand around do nothing. We find it hard to get through in and out of the hotel when it's really busy. Apart from that, I can't fault our stay.

Location is quite good. Staff are nice. Hotel is clean.

This hotel is located among big shopping mall where a few shopping mall opens at 11am, but hotel check out is by 12pm. When I request to extend half an hour as I need shop some thing urgently and come back to pack, hotel staff says can not and I have to pay extra.

the hotel is walking distance to OSAKA station or Osaka-Umeda station (around 5-7 mins) but it was quite confusing to exit the correct gate.. we found that central or north gate is the nearest. the entrance connected to the walk pathway to train station is located at 2nd floor while the reception / hotel lobby is at 9th floor. The check in and check out process is self service through machine and it is very smooth and fast!! they provide free coffee and tea, self service with the coffee/tea maker at the lobby. The room size is acceptable although not very big.

One thing I dont like is the washbasin is within the room where it might have noises when your partner are sleeping while you need to blow your hair etc. it is not enclosed inside the toilet. But I like the concept they have separate room for toilet bowl and the showering room.

So convenient, can’t get any better than this place, room is new and nice, tons of restaurants just a floor down from lobby, not to mention the shopping malls around it, you need at least 3 days to explore this place if you shop.

will be great if they have a card to put on the bed for no need to change bedsheets option, and they throw away the slippers and give you new ones everyday which I think it’s wasteful.
