good location , you can walk 800 m from the hotel to the station . You can choose subway and JR . It is very easy to go back to Kansai Airport , just walk 4 min to the next hotel . I cannot remember the name of that hotel, but it is the similar name of this hotel. It looks new hotel . You can buy the ticket and catch the bus on the schedule. I went to the hotel with 3 people , i got a big room with 3 beds. I can open 3 luggages for packing many thing in the last day. It is very comfortable for us .

The lobby and the room is old style fashion . It is no modern style .

Good location,value for money .If u coming out from Jr Osaka, turn right towards umeda in second floor.thats a link brigde.then go down the staircase before the hankyu umeda. Once behind, walk straight 3 kind u can see the hotel.u see walk past hotel hankyu new Osaka first. And the hotel is kind enough to refund my money out of goodwill as I have shorten one night stay due to change of plan. Good hotel

Only thing is the air con which seems not able to be cold at all. Even when u turn to max as there is no reMote control for it. It only turn very cold in the middle of the nighy

Location was awesome next to Hankyu san ban gai and shopping malls around Umeda subway station.

Rooms are small but that might be normal for Japan.

Very convenient location close to Osaka Umeda station complex serving as platform for us to travel within and outside of Osaka. Room was adequately sized to unload luggage while providing us room to move. Comfortable bed/chair and reasonable bathroom amenities. Overall a very enjoyable one week stay and would be very happy to stay here again when coming back to Osaka.

More vending machine drink options would have been fantastic! Otherwise nothing much more to nitpick on.

Good location. 5 minutes to main Osaka station and Umeda station is closer. If you have breakfast as part of your stay you can have it at this hotel ( the osaka annex ) or even better you can go a minute up road to the larger sister hotel at Umeda station for a buffet breakfast that has a very good selection . Can walk to Umeda sky. Lot of restaurants, shops nearby especially around osaka station. Was quiet even with room overlooking train lines. Normal size room for Japan. Clean.

Location is excellent, especially for food and shopping. It's in a city centre where it is convenient to walk around the shopping malls and many nice cafe and restaurants. The staff is super helpful. I'd love how they help me phone up a sukiyaki place in Kobe for a reservation for our family of eight. Nothing much to complain with this price.

Rooms are a bit dark, prefer better lighting.

Very close to Airport Bus stop located inside Hotel New Hankyu which sits on top of Umeda Station next to JR Osaka station.

My room faced the train tracks in the back where Tower Records is located. So the there is noise from the trains. But the noise stops around midnight to 6:00 a.m. Noise doesn't bother me so I opened the window to get fresh Winter air instead of using the heater. Also the pillow was hard.

Excellent city view. Room not the biggest we had, but still manageable for 2 people. Close to metro, trains and airport bus. Handy left-luggage facilities if you arrive before check-in. Was supposed to be a dodgy area but we didn't feel that at all.

Neighbourhood not that easy to navigate. We tried to get reception to call us a taxi to the airport, and for some reason this was a problem for them, though it was easy enough to get one outside.

Very near to train stations/lines. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. Also close to lots of malls in the area so you won't run out of places to eat in or visit. The view is also quite nice, I can see trains and tall buildings from the room.

Room is small, but expected. You can only stand in between the bed and the wall/table. To pack my luggage, I had to put it on the bed or on the path to the door.

Location - very convenient at Umeda station. Airport limousine direct from airport and also other bus pick ups for eg to/from Arima Onsen. Hotel housekeeping - very thoughtful in replenishment of room amenities. Staff at front office were polite and helpful. We had the family room for 4 - which was comfortable, neat and clean. There was ice machine and microwave at certain floors within the hotel. Compliments for the good hospitality!
