Great location and solid value for the prize. Clean and efficient rooms. Only complaint would be the stiffness of the pillow. Breakfast option excellent. Three blocks from Entrance # 3 for the Subway and from there you can get anywhere. Staff very helpful. Supper experience.

Good location, good housekeeping. Staff wasn't very fluent in English but very helpful. Super close to Nakatsu station.

Fantastic location close to train stations and easy commute to centre areas and easy access to Nara and Kyoto by train. Shops close to hotel with 7/11 and family Mart 2 min walk. Lovely helpful staff. Umbrella supplied to guest when it rains and staff held out cases when we went to Kyoto for a few days before coming back to stay for 3 nights. Vending machines on each floor and cheap laundry

The coin laundry was helpful and easy to use, staff were very friendly and the hotel had a lovely homely feel which we appreciated. The cleaners did a great job and we loved the location of the hotel near major train stations such as Osaka-Umeda which was a mere 7 mins walk. Breakfast was always an option if we struggled for ideas also.

The buckwheat pillows were uncomfortable and difficult to use as a westerner.

The room was comfortable and had a window that opens - this was great. It's a flat walk from Osaka station so easy enough with luggage and useful for getting to Osaka Station City for shopping and food.

It was further away from the popular tourist areas than I thought which made exploring Osaka harder with the very limited time we had. The hotel itself was terrific.

Location, staff and the room size that was a bit bigger than the Japanese hotel standard. Laundry service.

Shampoos is not for sensitive skin, pillows were dreadful, aircon instructions

The hotel was great and very satisfying. It's near everything you will need like convenience stores, train stations, mall, restaurants etc.. I find it actually cheap for its services, comfort and convenience. I loved its area too for it can give you a secured and cozy vibe. If I'll go back to Osaka, I will certaintly stay on this hotel again. I loved it..

I think it could have been better if you have smart TVs instead since you are also accommodating foreigners, so we can watch movies and stuff not just Japanese programs which we do not understand entirely.

The breakfast was great, nice choice of hot and cold options and fresh fruit. Room was very small but did what we needed. Close to a metro line and combini.

There was no lamp or smaller lighting, just the main light which made it difficult to relax in the evening. Pillows were extremely hard.

Great hotel, minutes walk from train/bus with easy access to transport links to Kansai airport and Dotonbori Osaka Namba centre and direct train links to Koyoto and Nara. Hotel very kindly let us leave our luggage for a few days while we visited Kyoto and returned for a longer stay at Hearton.

Liked everything staff are great and helpful

Staff were very courteous. Hotel is at the center of the city. Very near to metro station and near to Train and airport shuttle bus station. Hotel was very clean. Good wifi and air conditioning.

Room was very small as per the rate. Breakfast could be different everyday.
