A ver vibrant hotel. Since it offers free ramen, ice cream, as well as a great variety of liquor(!) at night, there is always a great crowd at the lobby dining area at night. The hot spring facility was and. It too crowded.

The location is a bit harder to get to from the airport if you have a lot of luggages. The nearest train station does not have an elevator so will have to carry luggage up or go through another exit which is a further walk. There is a shuttle service available for a reasonable fee to take you to the airport but you have to book by 2pm the day before.

Location is great! Right next to a Station exit and across the street is a police station. It felt very safe. Supper was great too! There’s ramen every night with different soup bases to try. Room is comfortable, nice addition with the tatami Mats which was really nice. They had staff who were able to speak multiple languages which helped a lot

The rooms were spacious and clean, with lots of amenities and free drinks. Since we stayed in August, it was very comforting to know that cold water, juices and coffee were always being offered at the lobby. We also got to taste takoyaki at the hotel free takoyaki all you can eat.

I was disappointed that tattoos are not allowed in the public onsen, not even small ones. There is the possibility of getting a private onsen but only with an additional fee.

So me and my partner stayed in a double for 1 week. The room was small as per Japan so not a suprise. However the way they utalise the space was brillant. The staff were extremly helpful and polite. The free drinks and ramen where great and overall we would fault this hotel. The onsen was amazing we chose private as i have several large tattoos. I think his name was Sai one of the front desk people was especially helpful.

COuld have had more channels on the tv. the choices were funny game shows or news. But we only spent minimal time in the room. I was just hoping to catch some japan specific shows. This is a really busy hotel, but the service didnt fail.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my 5-day stay in this hotel. Their counter staff were friendly, patient, and helpful. The hotel room is super clean and spacious. I have problem with the auto aircond only. Location is superb, just beside the station which is very convenient and I cycle to the tower is which about 5 mins away. The hotel’s boss is so generous and provided so many complimentary stuff such as onsen, bicycle, ramen, ice cream, liquor, cold and hot drinks, kimono clothing plus many more for guests. I love this hotel and it is strongly recommended.

Everything was exceptional. From the comfort of the rooms, amenities, daily free flow of drinks, ice cream, and ramen to the super cleanliness and extraordinary staff. The free pocket wifi use throughout our stay and travels plus a facial steamer was awesome for us. No complaints whatsoever. Thank you, Hinode Osaka Hotel staff, for making our stay so special and comfortable. An added bonus is the fact that it's 150m away from the train station and Family Mart/7-11 are a stone's throw away, Tsutenkaku shopping and food are 5mins walk. There's even a zoo 10 mins walk!! It might not have been a central prime location but it is surrounded with what was needed and it was well worth it.

Great location, right near a subway entrance and close to Den Den Town. Plenty of food and entertainment options nearby. Included breakfast and evening service was excellent value. Private baths in onsen and public onsen both excellent, though behaviour of some guests was poor. Highly recommended!!!

Not the hotels fault, but a lot of Chinese tour groups that were poorly behaved in the common areas. The pillows were not as comfortable as I would have liked. Whilst I was not stopped from entering, the onsen should allow tattoos for foreign visitors.

The area is nice with alot of shops and food around. It is also super near the mega donki and shinbashi. The breakfast buffet spread is good. When we stayed, there was a lot of different tour groups staying in this hotel. The room is considered big as compared to other hotels in Japan.

The nearest train station does not have lift. The dryer also took quite long for it to be dried. As we tried the same exact machine at another hotel and it dried faster than this hotel. Not too sure why...

best part of the hotel was the amenities; freeflow soft drinks, coffee / tea all day, ice cream bar from 3pm, alcohol and ramen at night! Plus all the other items you can borrow for free. location wise, is very convenient as it is right next to the metro + Family Mart is across the road!

rooms were typically Japanses size, so can be a tad small and cramped. but you get used to it. the aircon system is a little different, it has sensors that turn off the AC when room temp reaches a certain temp, so could be quite annoying

Fantastic hotel! Had a free ramen bar in the evening which was so tasty! There’s also free ice cream always available. The free public onsen is really relaxing (if you have tattoos, they’ll ask you to cover them up with tape), they also have a private onsen that you can book. Within the onsen there’s a milk machine for after and massage chairs. The cleaning is really in depth and takes them a while but it’s very well done. You can also leave a magnet that says to not clean the room, but they’ll leave you a bag with fresh towels and waters. The front desk was super helpful and spoke really good English.

There is one train line right beside the hotel (K line) but it’s not a main line so it’s about a 10 min walk to any of the main lines.
