The hotel was in a good location, being a short walk to multiple stations and also being a 20 minute walk from DenDen Town. The overall space was pretty nice for the room of that size and felt like enough space even with 5 people.

The beds and pillows were insanely cheap and not comfortable at all. It really put a downer on the whole place unfortunately. One of the walls had water dripping down on it from the people upstairs using the shower incorrectly, but the owner was quick to respond and helped make sure it was all good.

Space, comfortable bed, clean, good location only a couple of minutes walk from subway entrance. Special thanks to Joe for helping with checkin.

Pillows were super hard. I ended up using a spare doona as a pillow. Checkin using the tablet was not straightforward in English but Joe realised (remotely) I was trying to figure it out and rang me which was much appreciated.

It was nice and very Homey. Very spacious for a family of 4. The double bunk bed was comfortable enough and a nice tatami sitting area to eat and relax. Even without a staff to assist you, the system was very organised. And assistance when needed was there.

Not a big issue, but the karaoke bar beside was quite loud.

The owner allowed us to check in early and met us personally to do so despite it usually being an automated thing. The flat is well located for public transport and has several restaurants around. There is a small room where you can sit on cushions to play cards/eat etc.

The top bunk has a very thin mattress which made it uncomfortable to sleep on.

Although we do not see the check in staff. However, he is very patient and helpful during our zero staff check in. And the check out is also very easy. Good for family and group travel. There are many eateries around and near the train station

Will be good to provide face towers and table cloth.

the room was spacious and the beds quite comfortable. The location was quite near to some stations. Especially the host/staff (Jo) was really helpful, he answered my inquiries and was even on stand by to help us do the self check-in with the tablet.

few minutes away from train stations, denden town and dotonbori is also a few minutes walk. Room is clean, it’s good if the only purpose is to sleep and shower. Heater is also working, there was a small balcony so you could peak outside in the morning. There’s a tv to watch on, an induction cooker, a small freezer and a microwave

The bed has a window opposite which has no curtain/blind so the room didn’t get dark enough for us.

Near ebisu station.Yet a little bit far from Shin Imamiya station which i used more during my trip. I got confused when trying to identify which one is the blanket /futon

Poly Hostel is a little jem. Clean, comfortable, spacious, well connected with public transport. Even though it is said to be un-staffed and with self-checkin, the host came over to make sure we were OK and gave us plenty of great tips for around town. To have a laundry machine in our room was super nice.
