The room and beds were excellent as was the in room laundry

the location and access to public transportation. it was a fair walk from the station with luggage over rough pavement and streets. The Osaka subway have limited lifts or escalators adding to the negative experience. The subway tunnels are also dirty. There was also limited dining choices close to the facility and no coffee in rooms for overseas guests.

My family and I loves this property very much! - Staff are very kind and nice - Room is very spacious and clean - Has all we need from utensils, washing machine, heater, dryer, small fridge, etc - Property is a walking distance to Mega Don Quijote Shinsekai - A few steps away from Ebishucho station - 4-5 walk minutes from Shin-Imamiya station and Dobutsuen Mae stations - Has Lawson and Family farm 1 minute walk from the Property - Has Yakiniku, Yoshinoya, Ramen Restaurant, Dessert store nearby. - Whisky and Wine tasting for free! We will definitely book this hotel again in our future visits in Osaka.

Very near Ebisucho station exit 4. Few eateries near the hotel. Actually it's operation feels more like a service apartment. This is great value for money. Staff are helpful and friendly. If you want more eating places go to Shinsekai near the the tower. The hotel provides all the toiletries!

I noticed the bedframe and the coffee table is kinda dusty when I checked in. and the power supply at the bedframe isn't very stable, I charged my phone, ended up it stopped charging after i fell asleep (only noticed it next morning) I had feedback to the staff regarding the power supply.

Overall, my experience was great. The cleanliness of the room was great, love that the staff was able to tell us exactly when and what time the cleaning was every two days; the view was nice, got to see Tsutenkaku Tower from our balcony; washing machine/dryer was in the room so it was nice washing our clothes after spending one week in Japan; ease of checking in, staff was helpful and quick; no keycard required to open the room door and that was nice; they provided a lot of amenities as well like shavers, soap, washing machine soap; love that it was so close to Ebisucho station and just a 10-11 min train ride to Dotonbori; love that there was a Mega Donki 15 mins walking distance; lots of great food options nearby with a Family Mart just around the corner; Shiinsekai was just across the street and offered lots of restaurant and food options.

Staff wasn't helpful initially when we needed to call a cab, they seemed like they were annoyed with the fact that we were unable to hail a cab on our own. Once the cab was hailed, they didn't seem like they wanted to help translate what the driver was saying. Perhaps the person was just having a bad day but it definitely was something that stood out during our experience. The rest of the staff we encountered were friendly and very helpful.

There was always someone at the front desk to help us whenever we needed anything. The room included a washing machine with complimentary washing powder, so we could do our own laundry. Also, Japanese toilets are the most wonderful devices! Free Wifi was perfect, with good speeds and no dropouts, even with all 4 of us using it,

The location is not the best, as we always had a 20 minute train ride to Osaka station in order to connect to other lines, and it was too far to walk. Next time, I would probably pick a location closer to Osaka.

This hotel is great if you want more of an apartment style room and a bit more space than you might get in a traditional Japanese hotel. It was comfy, spacious and useful to have a bit of kitchen space too. Having a washing machine and a dryer function in the bathroom was great. Really good location too. Right by a number of subway stations and a couple of minutes walk from Tsutenkaku tower and the streets around there with lots of restaurants and karaoke bars.

This definitely wasn't the smartest hotel we stayed at, I'd say it was more functional. But to be honest we booked this knowing that and it was more a case of needing space and a washing room after nearly two weeks of travel! Would recommend if you're looking for the same thing.

room is adequate for our family of 4. having YouTube n Netflix on Tv helped a lot as all local channels were in Japanese. staff is very attentive and polite. well done! hotel was behind a family mart and less than 5 mins walk to Ebisucho metro stn.

Wish it provided more amenities like shower cap , coffee/tea and a separate air con at the living area. we had family room and wanted to close the sliding door between bedroom n living room as kids were asleep but once sliding door is closed , the air con can’t reach the living room

The room suited our needs perfectly. It had all the accoutrements that made our stay pleasant. We could cook, wash and dry clothes, store leftover food. Toilet was separate from the bath and that was so convenient. It was close to many convenience stores and restaurants, as well as train stations. Location is among the best in Osaka. Although it's largely a self service hotel, staff was still ever so pleasant and helpful.

a few floorboards in the kitchen area creaked when stepped on but that wasn't a huge issue since there was a door separating that area from the living and sleeping areas.

Superd!! We met a young man staff which can converse in Mandarin which ease us a lot in understanding n he s very very friendly and helpful. Locations: 2-3mins to Ebishucho station under Sakaisuji line. 3mins to Tamade,local grocer which run 24hrs,u can cook come light food in ur room s mini kitchen . Less than 10mins to Osaka Kizu Market 12mins to Kuromon Ichiban market Nearby Shinsakei Lots of restaurant nearby . Take note ,this hotel s far from Kansai airport do take note if u need to take earlier flight in the morning ,u may have to change to a nearer place to Kansai Airport. Room: I love the room too ,mini yet compact omos ready us everything. The room won't be clean everyday but we r good 2 days once. Dryer and washer even cloth detergent oso provided ,we washed every night after back from tourist spot owas quite late n the cloth will dry up right the next day. Suitable for family with 6 adults. Very family friendly hotel. You can leave ur luggage before or after check in, staffs are friendly n helpful. Very happy and convenient throughout the 4nights staying , very quiet environment.

May be some clothe hook on the washing machine wall easier to hang for changing ...

- complete amenities for families: kitchen, cooking & eating utensils, dining table, washer, dryer, bathup - The room is pretty spacious for Japan standard - great location, really close to train station (Ebisucho), 24 hours supermarket, Family mart, and Lawson, Shinsekai market and Tsutenkaku tower. Just one train station away from Dotonbori - The area feels pretty relaxed with many residential houses and family-run shop, you will feel like a local staying here

- there is no draining space after washing the dishes - the pillow is a bit hard
