The whole hotel was super clean, the staff were very friendly and the food was excellent.

The bathroom was a little tired. Also, like every other hotel, the default is for extremely soft, uncomfortable pillows.

Solid hotel, stayed here last time in 2018 and the hotel is still great. The "old" rooms are now slightly dated, but perfectly OK, clean and comfortable, and we had a note in the room that an "intensive renovation program of rooms" is under way. The beds are comfortable and the rooms have a very good size, especially for Japanese/Tokyo standards. The rooms (I guess all?) have a Nespresso coffee machine. The location is really convenient, there is usually no shortage of taxis (exception: New Years eve and New Years day as well as probably other holidays, but that is to be expected) and the Ginza Line metro Station Tameike-Sanno (No. G-06) is right outside the hotel. The Ginza line is one of the most important Metro lines (and probably the only one you really need as tourist) as it goes to Shibuya or Ginza as well as to Shimbashi and all the way to Asakusa, with many interchange options in between. Around the hotel you have various convenience stores (2 family marts, 1 Natural Lawson, 1 "normal" Lawson a bit further and 1 24h small supermarket) in walking distance (2-5 mins) as well as a dutour coffee place right next to the hotel. The staff, especially front desk and concierge, speaks very good English. As we had some issues (not related to the hotel) we needed the concierge frequently and the personnel there was always very helpful, professional and went out of their way to assist us. We also had some interactions with the bell captain for taxis etc. and they were also helpful and especially the younger personnel spoke good English. The hotel restaurants during our stay were fully geared towards New Year with special menus but we did not try them. In the room we found he information that on 31.12. evening you can order the noodle dish "toshi koshi soba", which are believed to bring good luck for the new year, for a reasonable price to your room. The noodles were good and came with a tasty broth and some nice tempura.

The staff makes the difference. Great team - highly cooperative, speed of delivery is too good. The location is good and close to all relevant business districts. I will certainly stay here during my next trip to Tokyo. Thanks ANA Intercontinental Team !

Nothing specific ! Rooms are small, though that seems to be common in Tokyo. If possible, please add 1-2 more Indian dishes in your room service menu.

Excellent location with easy access to the trains. Breakfast buffet was very good. Staff were very helpful in organising extra transfers etc.

We were upgraded to a suite due to a longer wait for the room. The breakfast buffet was great and the location perfect. Staff very helpful.

A reason we chose the ANA was for the pool, it’s not included in the room cost and a couple of hours in the pool for the kids was quite expensive.

The location is fantastic! It is close to the metro, and there are always taxis available. It is a nice, quiet area, but only a short walk to a more lively area when the moment is right. It was always clean and comfortable, and the little extras made it special. Free water bottles, pajamas, and all the toiletries made it very easy to transition to a new place temporarily. The front desk staff and the gentlemen who coordinated the taxis were beyond kind and helpful. The cafe area is lovely, and the piano player gives it a luxurious ambiance.

There is a high charge to go to the pool, so we didn't go. The concierge was passive-aggressive with our few questions and gave us incorrect information about the hotel on more than one occasion. The restaurants in the hotel do not have much availability, but the food is phenomenal if you can go. They are closed midday, and they close at 9pm for the night.

Room was big and comfortable. Enough elevators so there has been no "elevator" traffic. Location (very close to Ginza line tube station) Very good choice for breakfast. Attentive and friendly staff. Swimming pool:) Clean, sufficient.

Swimming pool charge also for hotel guests (and charge has not been "minor"). I was aware prior to booking, appreciated having the pool, nevertheless price for hotel guests was questionable. I guess this has however made usage of the pool so nice (not overcrowded, lounge chairs for everyone etc) Food options in the neighborhood weren't very impressive.

High standard. Good resturants and very good breakfast.

a large hotel in a good location. rooms are small but comfortable. the bed is exceptional with very soft linen. the bath towels are large and fluffy. WiFi around the hotel is good. numerous restaurants within a short distance. the buffet breakfast on level 2 is exceptional with something for everyone. the French style coffee shop is great for sandwiches and salads if you are on a tour. ALL staff members are efficient, professional and kind to guests. walk to the adjoining block for a wide selection of restaurants. coin operated laundry just across the road. use the underpass to cross

I assume the hotel and related restaurants are short staffed as numerous facilities are closed. whilst everything in the room worked, visually it is very old fashioned with a brown colour scheme. if you are looking for 5 star luxury this is not the hotel for you.

The hotel breakfast have variety food, and even their lunch and dinner menu have halal things. The room to clean and comparing to the room size in japan hotels they are big. The sub station near to the hotel.
