Hotel is in a great location. It was about a 10 minute walk to multiple train lines and the Harry Potter Village. The 7 eleven and ATM downstairs were also very helpful. The breakfast was nice being your standard Hotel breakfast and the rooms were stocked with toiletries. The room was very clean and we had it cleaned by staff on our middle day as an inclusion of the eco plan.

The room was small but this is to be expected in the Tokyo area. Our main issue with the room was the pillows. They were rock hard and arguably not usable. Tea and coffee was also not replaced daily on the eco plan and there was no milk provided. Overall for the price I would still recommend this hotel but these are definitely things to think about.

Room are complete (although a bit small as is typical in Japan). Showers are good. Wifi is good. Free washing and drying machines on the top floor are a good service.

Breakfast used to be very good. Now you have to select a takeaway box. They are not bad, but I was expecting the breakfast of three years ago and by comparison the box was a disappointment.

Good location, in between two subway entries ~300-400m each way. A lot of cafes/ restaurants in the area to eat at. Directly above a 7/11 which was convenient Laundry was easy to use- 50 yen (50cents) for washing powder, washing machine & dryer were free of charge. A clean & basic room, comfy bed.

The hotel didn't have any communal areas to relax in besides a few couches in the reception area, which isn't a deal breaker but it can be nice to have a tea/ coffee and relax somewhere that's not in your small room. Part of our reason for staying here was the gym facility. It was a good space, but dumb bells only went to 5kg. 2x treadmills worked well, there was also a bike & elliptical. For some reason other hotel guests put the heater on while they were working out, and one person even walked in and cranked it up to 27 degrees (celcius) without asking anyone.. certainly that was a luck of the draw about other people in the gym at the same time, but just something to be aware of

The staff at the front desk were really helpful and polite. Their English was no problem, which made for communicating very easy. The room was better than expected from the photos. The size was small but that is typical for Tokyo. One of the photos shows you the only space I could find to put my suitcase on the floor. I stayed here for 6 nights for work and it was totally fine. I had everything I needed. The gym is really small and not great, but if you are happy with a machine to get some cardio done, then this is fine. Having the 7 eleven on B1 floor is super handy for grabbing a quick bite, getting drinks, ice cream etc. The location is excellent, you have 2 stations within 6 - 8 mins walking distance. The service to send your luggage from the hotel to the airport is super convenient and when I was there it was 30% off, so the price was great and totally worth it. I could then work that day and not have to worry about returning to the hotel to get my bags. Finding the bag company at the airport was super easy also, the company that does the bags send you maps and information by email. It is very well organised. I would stay here again next time in Tokyo.

My satin PJs went missing after the cleaner had been in on one of the days. I can only imagine that they were scooped up with the sheets. I was told they would contact the company that does the cleaning and see if they have them. They would then send them to me in Australia. It has been 2 weeks since I got back from Japan, and I haven't heard from them. I got a message from them today. They couldn't find my PJs, so it seems they were stolen. Be careful what you leave out and perhaps don't leave your PJs in the bed, place them on top each day! I have received no compensation for my stolen goods. A bit disappointed considering how well they managed everything else at this hotel.

This is my second stay at the Mystays Premiere Akasaka. I am very satisfied. The rooms are quite standard in size and look as most hotels in Tokyo. But it is clean and the amenities are great. The lobby comes of as quite luxurious with its waterfall and generous size. The best thing is the location. I would generally recommend staying in Akasaka if you are visiting Tokyo as it has its own charm. There is both nightlife and plenty of restaurants to choose from in close proximity. The nearest subway station is just a couple of minutes walk away and an easy access point to all lines in Tokyo.

The bed is a bit hard. Could have had more breakfast options.

Super nice staff, always ready to help. Location is great, close to Akasaka Station (Chiyoda / green line), 15 minutes walking to Roppongi, but the area itself is full of nice bars and restaurants. Laundry options for free at the hotel, also has a convenience store at the basement, that you can reach with the hotel elevator. Rooms size is standard for Japan, but they provide device chargers which is very convenient. Great value for money!

Restaurant was closed (and they didn't posted when I booked), but considering the options in the neighbourhood, no drama at all. Having a bar would be nice.

All conveniences were provided including nice complimentary skincare products, various phone charging adapters etc. Very clean. Laundry self service is very convenient. Restaurant food quality is good. 7-Eleven access is so useful. Gym is good and clean with two treadmills in good condition and air-conditioning. I was very grateful the hotel accepted a couple of deliveries for me as it made my life a lot easier, thank you

It was a shame the restaurant was not open for dinner service at the time, and the breakfast service finished quite early (last orders at 9.30).

Good value for money. Rooms were very clean and had plenty of amenities including nightwear and bathroom toiletries. We did have a lovely view over Tokyo skyline. The surrounding area of Akasaka is lovely - easy to reach by public transport, quiet with plenty of coffee shops and amazing restaurants. We also absolutely loved that there was a convenience 7-Eleven store located at the basement of the hotel making it very easy to reach from your room via the elevator. There is possibility to store your luggage in their storage facilities for a few days if planning to visit surrounding areas near Tokyo with ease. Highly recommend this hotel for location, price and helpfulness of staff!

Room a bit small but as expected in Japan.

Stayed at this Mystays Premier location and also at an APA location in Roppongi. This place was the clear winner. Room was "large" by Japanese standards, with a pleasant view, quiet, clean, new and well-maintained facilities as advertised. Gym was small but not busy. Wonderful park nearby around a palace that I ran at each morning. Elevators came fast. Beautiful lobby. Staff were courteous, let me keep my bag there after check-out, no upsells or extra charges for anything.

A bit of a walk to the nearest transit, but the neighborhood of Akasaka itself was quiet and still had plenty of solid dining/bar options. The restaurant was never open when I wanted to go, and the food there looked pretty basic anyways, but there's a 7 Eleven on the ground floor and plenty of places for food and drink nearby from cheap to upscale.
