Excellent location, very clean, wonderful little touches (note, duck).

The balcony didn't open, the bathroom was cramped

I’ve stayed a few times and the staff have always been extremely accommodating and friendly. The room is always clean though I find them a little cold so you may want to request a blanket. It’s perfect if you’re interested in the Harry Potter exhibition nearby and it’s easy to move around the area. It’s a great value for the convenience of location. The WiFi didn’t work for me during my most recent stay, but the first time was fine. A great value if you want something comfortable for a reasonable price in a busy area.

Very solid price. You can get anywhere in Tokyo quickly with multiple transit options in walking distance. The akasaka area itself is not the most exciting in the city but there is certainly still plenty around, including great food. Staff was pleasant and accommodating, allowed me to drop off my bags a few hours ahead of check-in.

The beds and pillows are bad. The chair is uncomfortable. Very few tv channels.

The hotel is close to the metro station(aprox 10 mins by foot). The area was quiet. The hotel staff was very welcoming and willing to help us when we asked for help. The beds were comfortable.

The WIFI connection didn't work, the signal was very weak or absent; fortunately the room had internet cable so working remotely was ok. Theoretically the room didn't have ventilation. The balcony doors were "locked", but we managed to unlock them and get some fresh air from outside. I am not sure about other rooms, but you should ask the reception staff.

The location is great, in a quiet neighbourhood but with good places to eat and not far from M stations. The room (902) is small but well aranged, the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is small but has all amenities and soft towels. All is very very clean. We loved the small duck that you got to keep 😊. We hope to come back some day.

The hotel is nice, clean, very close to various metro lines and in the proximity of smal restaurants and bars. Ideal as a base for few days in Tokyo.

They added one rubbee duck but after they removed it 😭 www. The ceiling in the bathroom was quite low, at most 185cm high. Not much space for two people. But for one is perfect

The location is perfect. Shops, restaurants and bars are local. Three train stations are nearby meaning anywhere in Tokyo is easily accessible.

The staff were very kind, the room was very clean and the location is perfect. The shower was small but powerful.

The pillow was very hard and uncomfortable. I would prefer the choice of a soft pillow.
