Central location close to several train stations. Lots of places to eat in the area and there is a 7-11 convivence store on the 1st floor of the hotel. There is a convenient work space and self-baggage storage area on the lobby floor. The wifi works well and I was able to do zoom calls and play games over steam with no issues. The onsen area on the 3rd floor was great. Very new, clean, and relaxing. There is shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body scrub towels, hair ties, q-tips, cleanser, toner, moisturizer, and fancy hair dryers available. I especially enjoyed the microbubble pool in the semi-outdoor area. You can use the smart TV in your room to check and see if it's crowded. The hotel also provides lounge wear top and bottom (likely need to be US size L or smaller to fit!), toothbrushes, and tea. The breakfast is buffet style and there are a variety of options to choose from. Drink options include green tea, herb tea, various types of coffee, various type of water, orange juice, milk, and a green smoothie. Food options include breads, soups, rice, curry, veggie based salads, eggs, Japanese style sweets, and 2-3 meat/fish dishes. I really enjoyed the buffet, but one thing to note is that only 1-2 dishes change daily, so it does get a bit boring in terms of choice after a few days. On Sunday there was a line for the buffet as seating was full. Didn't take too long to get inside, but could cause issues for anyone in a rush.

Check in process is done via an electric screen and people from overseas have to scan their passport. The system auto input my address as overseas when I live in Japan and I had to re-start the check in process after getting help from the staff. Would have been much smoother to check in with a person and not a machine. Better soundproofing would also be nice. I was unlucky to hear another guest playing loud music for long periods of time.

Very good. New facilities are on top of a 7-Eleven and close walk to train station and restaurants. Rooms were clean.

Showers and rooms were small and cramped. There was not much space to open luggage. However, this was expected.

Breakfast was very good. Japanese/Western possibilities. Restaurant staff always serviceable and very handy. I have to emphasize the overall cleanliness of the hotel, rooms, foyer, restaurant - impeccable.

Quite expensive to do an early check-in. We had to do it because we were very tired from the travelling and it cost quite a bit. So avoid early check-in, if possible or, if really early, maybe better to book one day extra before the one you're arriving.

Great location for using the metro. Close to 3 metro stations, easy access from the airport and other neighbourhoods in Tokyo. The hotel is very clean and the public bath is great. Many restaurants and conbinis in the vicinity. There is also a laundry room with many machines available.

The hotel is in a business district so there is not much to do in the area apart from going to restaurants. I received a much smaller room than what was pictured on Booking.

A brand new hotel in a great location with rooms equipped with everything a traveler might need. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. We also appreciated the convenience store on the ground floor.

There's truly nothing we "didn't like". What came to be a disappointment tho was the hotel onsen not providing its services for tattooed people. This is pretty common in Japan, so wasn't that big of a surprise to us. We simply hoped for a hotel one to be more "open".

Nice clean hotel with a modern feel and new facilities; Great location if you like being in Akasaka in general; Close to 2 major subway stations; Convenience store located on the first floor; Rooms may not be giant but pretty decent for Tokyo for that budget; The public onsen was really nice; Laundry facilities available; All staff were cordial and helpful, especially in the breakfast room.

Nitpicking but the TV is kind of in a weird position in the room if you like being on the bed while watching; The elevator always stopped on the 2nd floor (reception) regardless of whether anyone pressed it or not, so it got a little annoying; the breakfast buffet was decent but no change in variety from day to day; Not the hotel's fault but the Go Taxi app thinks the entrance is on the next street over.

Super friendly and helpful hotel staff. We had 2 reservations at this hotel because we were going to be out of Tokyo for a few days. They were very accommodating and held onto our luggage while we were out. It helped us travel light to our secondary destinations. We also had a couple suitcases delivered a couple days before our stay.

One super minor issue I encountered was that the public bath's occupancy status wasn't accurate. You can check how busy the public bath is on the TV, and it always said "very few people." Despite that, there was a case where all the showers were used.

The location is great. Akasaka is one of my favourite areas of Tokyo to stay. There's a 7 Eleven on the ground floor, a nice public bath on the 3rd floor, and affordable, clean laundry room. The room is nice with everything you need, and kept clean every day by the staff.

The room is really really tiny. There is no closet, and the entire floor space is about the size of a large open suitcase, so you have to juggle all the room you have to live out of a suitcase. Probably more suitable for someone with a small case or backpack. The bathroom is equally tiny, with no shelves or space to put a cosmetics bag except on the floor.

The hotel was modern, well located and with nice facilities such as laundry, lounge and the onsen (please note people with tattoos are not allowed to enter). The breakfast was very tasty, and direct access to a 7 eleventh was a nice bonus. Event the smaller rooms were well designed to maximise the space, which was impressive! We will definitely stay again!

The hotel has highly automated check-in/ check-out and registry services. While this generally made everything quicker, we needed additional help a few times but we had to wait for a while for the staff. Not really a problem unless you are in a hurry.

Great location! This was our first trip to Japan and I did extensive research on the best place to stay! Akasaka is close to so many sights and the stations are easy to navigate making it perfect for a first-timer to Japan. There are multiple stations nearby the hotel making it easy to get around! We also walked to some attractions. Lots of great restaurants nearby! The area is lively without being overwhelming. The 7-11 on the first floor was so great to pick up food to eat and get cash from the ATM! Amazing views from the hotel! Staff was friendly and check in/check out was a breeze. As is true for most Tokyo hotels, the rooms are small but we found it was enough space for two of us with carry on luggage.
