It is a very very good value for money. The price we paid was about half of what we would get for the same size in Tokyo. Location is absolutely amazing, about 15-30 min away from anything in Tokyo and close to many Izakayas. Metro in literally in front. I highly recommend it if your budget isn’t 300eur a night cause less than this that’s pretty much the type of room you can get.

The room is very small and you can’t open the window. The bathroom is even smaller but I guess this is standard in Tokyo so just bear that in mind

Staff didn't speak much English, but with translation apps they made all the effort to accommodate my questions and requests. Between my broken Japanese and their broken English, their attitude was great so we worked it out. Room was small, but spacious enough to move around, fully open suitcase on the floor, get ready and outfit check. Bathtub was amazing! Deep and filled up very fast, great water pressure. I liked how the wall indent/shelf area by the bed had a boat load of plug options. So I was able to charge everything during the night, while keeping my phone close by. A/C easy to control Elevator was fast and convenient. Location was close enough to stations, but still had to walk a bit more. The hotel is on a busy street so loads of taxis going by. Surrounded by variety stores so eventhough there was no breakfast at the hotel it was easy to get food early in the morning. Doutor is right across from the hotel. They have lots of well priced breakfast options and great coffee.

The window doesn't open. If it's something you deem necessary this hotel can't provide. There are many hotels in Japan that don't open the window so check before booking. Wasn't a fan of the pillows. They were too small and not sure what was in them, felt like beads or something, but it would scrunch up fast. Beds are on the harder side. Definitely straightened my back 😂

The hotel was easy to get to with a subway station nearby. Found the staff to be very friendly and have decent English skills to help us. They were able to store our bags for us on our last day. It was nice to have some common space to sit down and enjoy time with friends.

Rooms were small, same with the washroom but this is typical for Tokyo. There was nearby construction going on that was making noise during the day, so one of my colleagues who was feeling unwell couldn't sleep that great but that isn't a problem unique to the hotel.

The location of this hotel could not have been better. We flew to Narita airport which we thought would have been a pain but we booked the Skyliner train on Klook to Ueno station and from there we used the Ginza line which literally takes you directly outside the hotel. Such a great hotel with easy access using the Ginza line to Shibuya, Shinjuku and most places. Hotel looks very fancy when we first arrived and it's great it's not too big like the bigger chains such as APA. Rooms were as to be expected, small like most hotels in Japan but were surprisingly bigger than the APA hotels we also stayed in. Definitely book this hotel if you're coming to Japan and staying in Tokyo as it's a great location with convenience store very close just in station and local food nearby.

The location is very well situated, with access to all areas of Tokyo. Arriving by train from Narita, the staff provided very clear instructions, and it was extremely easy to arrive there. It is quiet, in a less touristy location, which made for solid sleep. Many food options within walking distance. Staff were very kind and accommodating. It was the perfect place for me to be comfortable during my stay. Highly recommend.

The smallish space, but this is to be expected in a city like Tokyo.

Fantastic location for exploring Tokyo! This place is right next to the metro and Ginza line, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. We could reach key areas like Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Asakusa with ease, and the proximity to the metro saved us so much time.

The room was a bit on the small side, but we knew that before booking, so no complaints at all—it’s typical for Tokyo and worked good for us.

It was my first time in Japan and my god i was so impressed by the hospitality. For introvert like me it was perfect. Staff are very kind , polite and helpful and the facilities of hotel is amazing. You can borrow a lot of items for free. The main best thing is the hotel is right opposite of train station which has G line which takes you straight to all the locations like asakusa, ginza, shibuya and Tokyo station etc. overall it is such a value for money . 10/10. I highly recommend this hotel for Tokyo stay.

I was absolutely thrilled to see such great service at such affordable price. The staff was kind and welcoming, the rooms are cleaned daily so everything is squeaky clean, the beds are great, there is AC if you are hot or cold, they even provide free amenities every day if you use some. I arrived sooner than checkin but they allowed me to store my luggage so I could go out exploring. The location is brilliant! Right in the middle of Tokyo right on the station!! What more could you possibly want! Everything within 10-20 min reach. The rooms are small if you are from Europe but for a single traveller it was perfect!

The location was so convenient for accessing the Tokyo tube network as well as only requiring a few changes to get on the monorail to Haneda airport. Check in and check out were incredibly simple meaning no fuss leaving early in the morning for my flight. The room and ensuite were impeccably clean. Despite being fairly small, the bathroom had everything you needed. When I was comparing hotels there were very few in this price range and convenient location which had private bathrooms rather than shared. Very pleased with my choice!

I was pleased with every aspect. Perhaps, if I had been staying longer, I would have preferred a little more storage for luggage, but as I only had my backpack I had plenty of space. I cannot comment on dining in the neighbourhood immediately around the hotel as I had eaten elsewhere, but there seemed to be only a few local places open late into the evening. Maybe this was normal as it was late on a Sunday night...? No complaints!

The location was great for my needs. Very close to Tameike-sanno Metro station and easy to get to Tokyo or Shinagawa Stations. Off the main road so was quiet for a busy location. The room was a very good size for a budget hotel in Tokyo.

Very limited public space. Not a major problem but the lobby and reception are tiny and so is the only public toilet. Would have liked to see a 'cast system' on the TV so I could watch videos or news cast from my phone.
