It's 15 minutes away from Shinjuku area...a short walk. And 10 minutes walk to the colsest Metro station, Shinjuku SanChome. Hotel is quite big and rooms are small but ok comparing to other hotels in Tokyo. Not too old but not even new. Breakfast was good...you can eat from cooked salmon to miso soup, rice, eggs, tempura...and only a few western food items. But I was in Japan so it is the way they eat! Good price for what you get! would go back there!

machine sounds at night (and jetlag too) did not let me sleep at night...I unplugged minibar fridge, but still could hear air conditioning noise or bathroom ventiation.

The Hotel is conveniently located,one can walk to Shinjuku station.The room itself is small which one expects in a city like Tokyo , so that is acceptable.The room was clean though a bit dated , the linen was always crisp and clean.They allow you to drop off your bags if you arrive before your room is ready, that is very helpful. The staff is excellent and ready to help in whatever way they can. They have coin laundry on the premises which is handy.

The soft by reception needs a bit of a clean as the stains on the sofas don’t give a good first impression.

Great housekeeping. Even when we chose not to have our room serviced, we would return to our room to find a bag filled with clean towels and yukatas. This was greatly appreciated. Excellent water pressure in the shower and hot water. Great location in Shinjuku, close to all of the action. An added bonus to have 711 directly across the road! A nice quiet room. I would definitely return.

Nothing, however just to let others know it's a good 15 min walk to the station.

Very quiet! Maybe I got lucky with neighbors, but it’s my first time to have a very decent sleep without any noise from the hall or next door rooms. Breakfast is pretty good too, enough choice for any taste. Spacious enough.

Mandatory cleaning of the room on 3rd day of stay was unpleasant to me, as I prefer not to be bothered when I’m staying for couple days. Making cleaning so important doesn’t make much sense when blanket is so old, with yellow spots, etc. Also, no drinking water is provided, a bit disappointing.

The staff was very friendly. Quiet location. Room was quite clean. Shinjuku center was at walking distance. 7-Eleven just across the street. Comfy bed. Fairly close to Shinjuku station and Metro Station Shinjuku Gyoemmae. Nice Breakfast Buffet.

The pillows were a little too hard. The scrambled eggs were not "well done", rather raw.

Very helpful staff, great breakfasts, very convenient location (walking distance to Metro and train lines)

If you are looking for a fancy big rooms, this hotel isn’t for you, but I knew about it and it wasn’t problem at all

The hotel is a 10/15 mins walk from the metro station was I consider ok to be honest. The bed is hard which gave us amazing sleep. Beds are made and you get fresh towels everyday. The breakfast buffet is small but has all you need. Staff is really polite. The hotel is old but clean. There’s all the amenities you need in the room

Had an excellent stay at this hotel. Great location - only 17 minute walk from Shinjuku station or an 8 minute walk from the nearest station. 7-11 right outside the front entrance. Room was comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a nice, clean and big room. The staff was helpful. We liked the location: close to the station and the main attractions, yet really quite. There are several restaurants and shops close to the hotel.

The staff are so friendly and helpful! The food was very delicious and they clean the rooms every day~ it was so lovely to come back to everything clean and the beds made.

The rooms are quite small so be careful moving around~ especially walking into the bathroom.
