Hotel at a good location, just opposite Tokyo Station and Yaseu unground shopping mall entrance is nearby. Almost hourly . Narita Airport limousine bus pick up and drop off at Tekko Building just opposite the Hotel. Stayed in a Standard 18sqm double Room for 4 nights. The room is small but expected in this area and price point. The bed is comfortable with daily housekeeping, Staff communicated in English, were courteous and helpful. Many food options are nearby.

The room is small, so multiple luggages will be a challenge. Ground floor lift entrance to 15th Floor main lobby is stuffy with burining of incense.

Hotel size was great considering that hotels in Tokyo are usually small, and the whole hotel (including the room) is very clean. Bathroom is clean and spacious. Beds and robes were really comfy. The lobby (reception is at the top floor) always smells very nice and is very welcoming after a long day of travelling. The location is awesome, as it's just a short walk from Tokyo station. A lot of combinis and great restaurants around, so you won't go hungry. Pretty quiet although there is construction in the adjacent building. Nice bed, good charging ports. The room amenities are more than we can ask for. TV even comes with a chromecast which we used almost every day. Staff is helpful, polite, accommodating and will go an extra mile for any requests. Irons are upon request. There are also laundry and dryers on the 10 and 12 floor, but pretty competitive so pick your timings wisely :P We enjoyed our wedding trip to Tokyo and the hotel definitely played a huge part in it. So glad we found this gem. Huge shoutout to the great team for making our stay great!

Comfortable, stylish room with personality. They really put effort into the little touches from the little kendama games on the shelves, to all the specialized hooks on the wall. The little details were really appreciated, and really started our trip right. They had the standard provided robe (and yukatas too!), extra toothbrushes each differently coloured so you don’t mix them up, hairbrush, washcloth, some of the better quality provided razors and custom shave gel in little bottles you can take, hair smoothing oil, also some really fantastic matcha moisturizer lotion you can also take. Everything was replenished each morning. On the wall there were packages slippers for each guest, a shoe horn and other useful travel supplies. We never could figure out what the round things were for. The shower and the Toto washlet toilet were the best we’ve seen all trip. No English on the buttons but lots of options that you can run through google translate on your phone. The shower had an overhead rain shower, handheld shower, but also three adjustable horizontal spray nozzles! All the extra amenities were fantastic! The staff were super professional and nice, the first impression you get in the elevator lobby was the smell of incense (I loved the nostalgic feeling of the scent but my partner didn’t as much since she is sensitive to smells). The elevator has a good view from its glass window as you’re whisked up to the lobby on the 15th floor, and everything feels premium in the lobby. The breakfast was not to be missed. Some of the best selection of buffet items I’ve seen, plus they even had nabe hot pot service that day. I particularly loved the combination of Western and Eastern options as in these multi sectioned trays suited for sampling a variety of items. Everything from creamed eggs to bacon and sausage, soup with ham, slightly spicy noodles, to sashimi and so much more. We made sure to try it on our last morning and we were so stuffed!

One thing I did miss was a chair with a backrest, but we made it work and were very comfortable!

The hotel was very clean and modern. Our rooms were on the small side, but certainly enough for our stay and met our expectations for Tokyo. The location was great; within walking distance of the Tokyo train station and many restaurants and stores. This is located in the financial district, so there were lots of business people around. Because of this, many of the restaurants were super busy at night and we could not find a table anywhere in the area. Breakfast and lunch were not a problem, but it seems as though many of the office workers stay in the area well into the night for dinner and drinks. The hotel setup was a bit unconventional, with the reception being on the top floor (15) and rooms were on the lower floors (I believe 7-14 or something similar). All staff were very friendly and accommodating; they even remembered our conversation from when were checking in 4 days later when we were checking out - not sure if they keep notes, etc., but I thought this was a very nice touch which you don't really experience in any other hotel nowadays. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a reasonably-priced, clean, and modern hotel near the Tokyo train station!

This is certainly not a deal breaker, but I would have preferred an iron and ironing board in the room. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Beautiful hotel that has a combination of western and Japanese flair. Western style sleeping area with raised bed, but lounge area is Japanese style with tatami and cushions. About 3 minutes away from Tokyo station, 1 minute away from Nihombashi subway station. Quiet and restful hotel even in the middle of the city. Room is spacious relative to Japanese standards. Generous amenities in the room including Sekkisei cleaner/moisturiser samples, toe separators for nail polish, cuticle cream, small snacks, Nespresso machine and pods. 2 sets of pyjamas in the room, yukata and long robe style. Elevator was quick. Staff was friendly and provided warm towels to wash hands when checking-in. One washer and dryer per floor. If you go during Sakura season, the street in front of the hotel is lined with them. Close to the Nihombashi Sakura Fes street, so you can go by foot.

We stayed for one night before returning home, and it's location was perfect to be right near Tokyo station. The rooms were cute, with a nice big bathroom. They also had a little seating area, TV, mini fridge to keep drinks cold as well as some complimentary snacks and bottles of water which was nice. Staff were lovely and looked after our bags after check out so we could explore tokyo a little bit more before heading to the airport.

The bed was very hard, which seems to be the norm for Japan but I had a lot of trouble getting comfortable enough to sleep. So if you're not used to hard mattresses, this may not be for you.

Customer service was excellent! They initially stored our luggage before our check in time and when we did check in, they told us that our luggage was already in the room. A full size umbrella was provided to help fend off the rain. When we checked out, she helped us bring our luggage down from our room to the lobby and then went outside to call a taxi and tell them in Japanese that we needed to go to Haneda Airport. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly. The room was nicely appointed with also a Japanese style sitting area and table/cushions and the room was rather small as expected for Japan. The bathroom had an ample supply of cosmetic items and had a very fancy electronic Bidet. Enjoyed the bathroom shower with jets and powerful hand sprayer in the spacious glass shower. Bottled water was provided with tea and coffee options and a small refrigerator. There were Kimono robes provided for each of us to wear and complimentary nice slippers (if you had small feet). The Hotel is located very close around the corner to the Nihombashi Station where you can get virtually anywhere in Tokyo if you can figure out the different color lines and make sure the train you take has the farthest stop on your journey to avoid going in the wrong direction. There are primarily a plethora of tall skyscraper buildings in this commercial area. Ginza is just a bit south of Nihombashi and Ueno Part is only four stops north.

Nothing.

The location is unbeatable! The proximity to Tokyo Station and the Nihonbashi station makes for very convenient travels to main attractions across the city. The room itself was very nice, with lots of free complimentary items and a great layout. The blackout curtains were wonderful! The restaurant also had very tasty food.

The bed was pretty hard by my standards, and one of the pillows had hard weights inside of them - it made for a suboptimal first night as I didn’t realize there was a softer, squishier pillow. The AC system was also not so user friendly, even with the provided translations - I could not make it work on my first night.

Very large spacious triple room - for Tokyo standards Fantastic water pressure and hot water volume Great bathroom layout with basin outside Heated toilet bowl Decent hair dryer A lot of amenities and free items including teas and snacks and water They store your luggage for you for a few hours Air purifier provided in room Aircon can be controlled in-room Many electrical sockets All lights controlled from bedside

Staff are perfunctory - polite and efficient but not warm - no extension of checkout time is permitted Renovations in building next door from 8am-6pm means you can’t take afternoon naps No covered entry to subway Tokyo station is 5 mins away - it is not the station across the street from the hotel Note: Mattress is very hard and they provide 2 very odd pillows - one v hard and one v flat and soft

Location is amazing: only few mins away from different metro lines and Tokyo main station, walking distance from Ginza district! Rooms are clean, have different amentities for your comfort (even kimonos!), and sizes are bigger than Japanese standards. Nespresso coffee machine in the room is an added value! Staff speaks english: very corteous and great attention to details! I will definitely choose it again for my next trip to Tokyo!

The view from the room was on another building's wall, so not much natural light, but everything else was great!
