The food, location, staff, service and every aspect of our stay was amazing. We've stayed at a number of luxury hotels and this one really stood out for us as a perfect location meets amazing food and experience.

This is an exceptional hotel. The location cannot be beaten and the fact that the hotel is inside Tokyo Station is very unique. Our room was in the South Side Dome and looked out into the dome entrance inside Tokyo Station. The building is historic and lovely and the Japanese are quite rightly very proud of this iconic building. The staff were exceptional - nothing is a prblem and they all went out of their way to greet us by name from day 1. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent. Closet space was good and there was plenty of room to pack and unpack large suitcases.

There were no issues at all with our stay. We loved everything

Location - Right on top of Tokyo station - Central to everything yet separated from the busy environment of the station. The room has very high ceilings which can only happen in old buildings. The building itself is like a museum. We explored the corridors and admired a lot of the artwork / photos on display. Breakfast - was exceptional - lots of choices and all presented very nicely. Staff speaks very good English and are helpful. The bed is very comfortable to sleep in. Bath is spacious and has railings to help old people to get in and out.

Nothing.

THIS HOTEL IS AMAZING. The history and the location CANNOT be beat. You would think it's by the train station and will be noisy...you will be hard pressed to hear anything outside your room. If you laid in bed at night and really tried you could barely make out a train sound. The staff were amazing and took care of anything you asked them too. They all have a good grasp of English and was so nice. The rooms are amazing and the building is hands down perfect from stem to stern. The bathroom is one of the most amazing parts of the room and I will be remodeling my bathroom at home to mimic this bathroom. I can't tell you how amazing his place is.

I would have loved to have a complete tour of the entire facility so I could have known my way around better. I didn't ask and I should have. The only downside is the BAR OAK was closed and we didn't get to visit it.

Big seize two floor duplex room, nice and classy design room, very comfortable king size bed. Very elegant colonial type hotel. Even though the hotel builds above major and the biggest and busiest train station in Tokyo but it sounds nothing in the room. Reception staff speaks english fluently, the concierge staff also very helpful and professional. They even offers us to store our luggage while we away to Hakone for 5 days and pick it up later. It is world 5 stars hotel at the Tokyo Train station.

None.

The first floor rooms have a high ceiling and makes the rooms look more spacious. Jr Suite room has the view of the front of the hotel where tourists take pics. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

Sound insulation is poor. You can clearly hear noises coming from inside the rooms if you are outside the door. You don't hear noises from outside however. Slow elevators, particularly the one that goes down to the basement car park because it's also used by non-hotel guests. The corridor is also long... our room was right in the middle, so it wasn't that bad compared to the room on the opposite end of the building.

The hotel was connected to the Tokyo station, so it was very easy to go anywhere, including catching Shinkansen. The rooms were very spacious and clean with high ceilings with very spacious bathrooms. The buffet breakfast was beyond delicious with a lot of selections (both Western and Japanese meals). Most of all, all of the staff were very professional and polite, and made us feel at home staying there. Since we had a lot of luggage, they have arranged the jumbo taxi (for a fee -- pretty reasonable) to pick us up at Haneda, and when we arrived, the driver was there waiting for us so that everything went very smoothly going to the hotel (I highly recommend this service, especially if you are traveling with your family).

The hotel is beautiful and obviously extremely well located. We only had an overnight stay, so didn't have an opportunity to explore the hotel fully.

We had requested a triple room with three beds, but upon arrival the room was not set up and so had to endure painful conversation and a wait before it was rectified (albeit beautifully). Despite emails regarding the hotel's restaurants and where we should dine upon arrival (after long day of travel), upon arrival we were told that only two restaurants might be open (one of which was in fact closed and the other, a bar, was full). We ended up having a wonderful meal at a restaurant nearby the hotel, but should have been told this first as it was late, and didn't appreciate the additional delay.

The Hotel's location is right above Tokyo Station itself so we were at the front entrance in less than 10 minutes after disembarking our Shinkansen - simply exit the Station but ask Information which exit as there are many. The rooms were beautiful with views of Marunouchi business area and The Imperial Palace which is located in front of the Tokyo Station Hotel and within easy walking distance. Marunouchi area itself is beautiful as you would expect from a wealthy business district and there is ample shopping, cafes and restaurants. The service provided by the Hotel staff was impeccable. At check-in we were asked if we'd like a taxi to the airport the following day, which they then organised, and we were also allowed to leave our luggage at reception for the couple of hours between actual check-out time and taxi arrival time. Breakfast in the Atrium was lovely with a large choice of different food - something to satisfy all palates. There were other families like us staying there so we didn't feel like we were imposters in a 5 star hotel! A delightful, restful last night in Tokyo after the stresses of catching many trains and coaches. A real treat.

Everything was perfect.

We've stayed at the Tokyo Station Hotel several times and love it. It's such a luxurious place in a traditional way....a beautiful room with high ceilings and a great view, and the most wonderful breakfasts! Most Tokyo 4/5 star hotels are too large and impersonal for me, generally high rises, but Tokyo Station is old fashioned and comforting and I like the smaller scale. Not to mention the central location...so easy to get to any part of Tokyo from there with direct access to the JR Yamanote line. The open space of the huge plaza in front is lovely, giving open and distant views. Despite the nearby trains and the people gathering for photos in the plaza, the rooms are silent inside with the double glazed windows.

Really can't think of anything to improve!
