Room was perfect size for solo travel. Brilliant location 2 mins away from main Tokyo JR station. Nice bathroom/bath tub. Clean. Friendly staff

Breakfast was very basic and poor, not much available.

They have the best breakfast I’ve ever had and I stayed at more than 60+ hotels. Buffet style which they alternate everyday. 4 Washer and dryer combo on the 6th and 10th floor which helped me pack less and bring back more things from Japan. Staff is very friendly, air is very dry in Japan so having a humidifier in each room was very helpful.

Maids do not clean the rooms or make the bed. All they do is change the towels and bathroom mat. After finding that out I ended up leaving the do not disturb sign on the door my entire stay. Rooms get really dusty everyday. Rooms is really tiny. The smallest room I’ve ever stayed at, even smaller than the APA hotels. I only came back to the hotel to shower and sleep, most of the day I’ve been out and about.

It is a great location with being so close to both Tokyo station and Kyobashi station on the Ginza line, the room maximised the space it had and the staff could not have been more welcoming!

The cleaning charge should have been included in the base cost rather than an additional fee to be paid at check in.

Very good location, just a few minutes walk from the main Tokyo station. Easy access to the Shinkansen trains if you plan to go out of Tokyo. Area is like a financial district, but there are many small restaurants around, for dinner. Rooms are on the smaller side, but this is expected in Tokyo. Breakfast options surprising for this rate, good introduction to japanese culture your first night in Japan.

Cannot think of anything in particular. Sure it is not a top-class hotel, but very decent for the money you pay.

Really good hotel for travellers who want to discover the city. Really close to Tokyo Station, and the Yeasu underground mall. This is the main reason i booked, being walking distance after finishing the marathon. Even going to the start by train took max 20 minutes Rooms are compact but certainly for solo travellers perfect. Hygiene and cleaning was always very well done.

In my opinion nothing

. Incredibly Friendly and Attentive Staff . Lovely Breakfast . Plenty of Amenities (lovely coffee sachets) . Very well located (practically a stones throw from Tokyo Station) . Frequent fresh towels provided

. Cushions were very hard . Slightly more storage space could be added (pull-out drawers underneath the bed, shelves near the bottom of the wardrobe hanging rack perhaps?...) . Those who are partially-Severly physically disabled would struggle to get into the shower

I'm glad I took a taxi from Haneda to the hotel. Although the hotel is located close to the train station, I would've had a difficult time finding it as I arrived late at night and was not familiar with the monorail system from Haneda airport and having to transfer to get to Tokyo station, which is huge. Having said that, when I left the next morning it was easy to walk across to the station to catch my shinkansen so location was great. I did like the comforter and that they provided 2 pillows. There were also reading lights above the bed and room lighting switches near the bedside which was very convenient. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. I thought having disposable gloves for guests to use before serving themselves from the buffet was a pleasant surprise - I had not seen that before but it meant that no one was touching the serving utensils and other items.

I was very disappointed with the breakfast. It was lackluster with limited options and for me, it was off putting to get miso soup from a machine dispenser (come on, this is Japan). I've been to other hotels where breakfast offerings were varied and pleasantly presented (typical of Japan).

- Unbeatable location just a few minutes' walk from Tokyo Station. Great place to act as base for lots of day trips out of Tokyo. - Clean and modern room with comfortable bed, bathroom and desk. - Breakfast included. - Price per night was reasonable compared to a lot of hotels in the same area.

- Room was a little small for a couple with 3 medium and 1 small suitcase. We hardly had enough floor space to open all our luggages at the same time.

The hotel location is superb since its very near the Kiyobashi Metro Station of Ginza Line, and Tokyo Station (Bus, JR and Metro) is only a few more minutes away. Many of the city tourist spots is within the walking distance or a train ride away. The neighborhood is quite peaceful and it is easy to walk around.

The room was a little bit small but is to be expected at Central Tokyo.
