Our family (2 adults + 1 8-year old child) stayed one night here on our way home (coming from out of Tokyo, then departing from Narita early the next morning)- it suited our needs. We had the bunk bed option which was fine (my 8 year old loved the novelty of the bunk bed!). The room was quite small- but probably normal for being so central (the room at our first hotel near Tsukiji was bigger- but it is a little further away from central Tokyo). We had 3 medium-size suitcases but managed ok. I probably wouldn't want to stay here more than a night or two. The bed and choice of pillows actually meant I probably had the best night's sleep of our 2 week trip to Japan. The location was great- easy access to central Tokyo, and then the train station for getting out of Tokyo- especially as we had to catch an early flight. The room was very clean and tidy. We'd stay here again if visiting in the same circumstances- ie staying just a night.
The room was a little on the small size (even for Tokyo)- but see comments above.

The hotel's location is terrific, a few minutes from Tokyo station (many JR lines, Shinkasen, buses and plenty of good restaurants). Just ignore the instructions of google map, and on the hotel entrance, turn left and immediately another left and walk through the passage of the Yaesu complex (see the added pictures). This will lead you right across the street from Tokyo station. The room is rather small, but functional. Having an Onsen (traditional Japanese bath) on the premises is fantastic for relaxing in the hot water after a long day. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, shaving cream and razor are provided there. This made the room's shower almost redundant, as I only used it when I was in hurry. There's a laundromat room on floor 7, where the laundry detergent is provided for free. Laundry costs 200 JPY, and 30 minutes of dryer costs 100 JPY. Therefore, depending on the amount of laundry you have, you can have your clothes nice and clean after 60-90 minutes and 300-400 JPY. On each floor there is a water cooler. In some floors there is also free coffee machine.
The was not enough storage in the room. Only one regular drawer, another narrow drawer, a clothes hanger on the wall and a cabinet with a flip down door (where an electric kettle and two cups were stored).

I like the location of the hotel being close to my workplace at Marunouchi. Room is neat, quiet and comfortable.
I was surprised to be told during check-in that the restaurant is closed for renovation and no breakfast would be provided. Such vital information should have been shared during the booking.

The location was the reason why I booked this hotel . It was linked by underground walkway via Midtown Plaza which was just behind the hotel.
The rooms were a tad too small for two people with luggages. Had to climb over to reach the toilet from the bed when one person is packing with the luggage opened. It would also be nicer if guests were given yukatas to wear to the public bath instead of the shirt & pants set. And also please provide 2 pillows instead of just one long one for a double sharing room.. we ended our stay with a stiff neck.

This property was such a surprise, we were looking for something close to Tokyo station, and it is very close, walking distance even with lots of bags and children! The staff were so lovely, we got a kick out of choosing our pillows from the pillow and the adults really appreciated the free happy hour. Breakfast was a great selection of western & Japanese, something for everyone.
The rooms are small but so well appointed, we had all the room we needed for 1 night and to be honest could have stayed a few more. This wasn’t really a con, just noting the rooms were smaller than other places we looked at.

Situated a block from Tokyo Station, this hotel is a great spot if you’re in need of a short stay. The rooms are comfortably serviceable. They’re atypical of Japanese hotel rooms, delivering a bed, ensuite bathroom and long writing desk that houses a mini fridge with chair. Don’t expect a lot of room for luggage. Rooms are compact and are accurately advertised as such. The facilities are wonderful. The option to select your own pillow is terrific, though if you’re checking in late, not all selections may be available. The toiletries for both men and women are beyond the normal and are luxurious. I especially loved provision of vitamin C serum! The yukata are very comfortable. Tourists are provided instructions of how to correctly wear these garments. On-site onsen places this hotel above the ordinary. The staff were incredible.
Unfortunately, the onsen were very crowded.

Far exceeds expectations for the price we paid, as it was the cheapest compared to the other hotels we stayed at during our trip. Free flow welcome drinks, including alcohol. Only a few minutes walk to Tokyo Station, which is very convenient for catching the Shinkansen. Clever design of sink, tap, and shower head to conserve space. Good range of pillows to choose from if you get there early.
The area to pick up the pillows was closed before my sons had a chance to choose theirs. So they had to sleep with the existing long pillow provided in the room, which was hard and too high for comfort.

I enjoyed very much the onsen. It is not a big one (normal for Tokyo), but it is great to have it. The location is very convenient: 5 minutes from the main station, and also two other metro lines nearby. Bonus: I let my luggage earlier in the day (before check-in). When I went back for check in, the statff already moved my luggage in my room.
I have nothing to complain about.
