Second stay this year and we absolutely love this hotel! Staff is always helpful and polite. Room is always clean and neat. The location is just excellent - around 5 minutes walk to Tokyo station. The property is closest to Yaesu North exit (next to Daimaru department store) with a Shinkansen ticket office in front of it. There is also a good size JR East ticket office near this exit. Super convenient to catch the Shinkansen first thing in the morning! We will be back again!

Lack of breakfast options but we are close to many restaurants so this is not a problem.

My wife and I stayed one night at this hotel in late March 2023 for vacation in Japan. The hotel’s location is very convenient to access Tokyo JR train station within 5 minutes walk. There’re plenty of Izakaya places and restaurants in the neighborhood. Very quick check-in and -out, our room is very clean, functioning and have a good size with separate in-room shower and toilet. Staff are very attentive and professional. Unfortunately, I lost my iPhone along the way and realized more than an hour after checked-in. After informed the hotel staff, they checked the hotel’s cctv immediately and found that I didn’t have a phone in my hand while I checked-in and after. I probably lost it on taxi on the way to hotel. Fortunately, I still kept receipt with taxi company’s phone number printed on it. The hotel staff kindly called taxi company for me. My phone was found in the taxi and returned to the taxi company headquarter, somewhere in Shinjuku. They told me that they could not deliver my phone to the hotel but I needed to pick-up the phone at taxi center which is quite far from hotel, by myself. I can’t speak and understand Japanese language. One of the hotel staff who is fluent in English, Mr Hirono, stepped-in , called round-trip taxi for me. He kindly explained the situation and asked the taxi driver to accompany me (as a translator) to pick the phone at Taxi company office where they speak only Japanese. Thanks to Hirono San and the taxi driver, I got my phone back. Without their help beyond their normal duties, I would not get my iPhone back. Thankssss a lottt !! I was very fortunate that it happened in Japan where people are very honest and helpful. If I lost my phone somewhere else, we would lose it forever.

Excellent hotel as we need adjoining rooms. Right next to Tokyo station and walking distant to Ginza. Staff was excellent and helpful. I would stay there again. But no views from the rooms.

The breakfast wasn't that great, pretty basic offerings. Better to skip their breakfast as plenty to find nearby.

Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Excellent location making it easy to catch the train first thing in the morning. Fabulous location, very helpful and polite staff, superb facilities, crisp sheets, comfortable beds, even pyjamas and slippers supplied and free drinks in reception! Couldn’t ask for more. Excellent all round, thank-you.

The room are considerably big for Tokyo. We have 2 single beds and the size is equivalent to super single size. Enough space to roll in 3 mid size luggages. They provide pyjames, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, tooth brushes. You can also get disposable shaver, shower cap, cotton pads and ear buds, rubber bands from reception area. Location is fantastic! 5 min from Tokyo station and Ginza line. Lots of food variety around. Great morning coffee places around as well. Surrounded by family marts and 7-11. Hotel offers complementary hot and cold drinks until 2200 daily! Small snacks provided as well. There was a rainy day when we were there and the hotel offers complementary umbrellas for day use!! Best of all, the staff are all so friendly and approachable!

Only thing lacking was there isn’t a luggage stand or an area for us to leave a luggage open. We have to use part of the table top as luggage space.

1. Location is superb. 350m to Tokyo Station with JR access to Disyneyland, airport. 450m to Nihombashi subway access to get you easily to Ginza, Shibuya, Shinjuku. Great access for bus stop : airport limousine both from Haneda / Narita, Mt Fuji, Japan historical museum. 2. Close proximity to shopping places e.g Daimaru and Takashimaya for last minute shopping. 3. Surrounded by many options of F&B. In front of it there is cozy breakfast place if you choose outside hotel. 4. It accomodates 5 people in one room. Very suitable for family with young children. 5. There is service of free drink everyday 10am-pm + microwave. Very convenient to warm your rice bowl if you get it from Lawson etc. 6. Easy check in and check out via machine. Make it no hassle.

1. There is limited capacity for breakfast from hotel. But you can easily get it from anywhere else conveniently. 2. Check out time at 11 AM.

Stayed in a twin bed room. Super single beds were very comfortable and a good size. Had enough space to even lay a yoga mat for morning stretches. Overall layout & size of room is good. Toiletries like toothbrush, comb, hair rubber band and small disposable face towel are offered at the lobby counter should you need them. Free refreshments between 10am to 10pm and there’s a small cafe setup for guests to warmup takeaway foods & drinks and sit down for a meal! Umbrellas were readily available at the front door if needed. Less than 5min walk 2 different train stations- Tokyo Station & Nihombashi. Great & friendly staff.

It’s a very popular hotel and the lobby can get crowded.

The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. They provided guidance for local travel, helped despatch our luggage and gave excellent support when our Japanese Professor visited us. The room is well designed and even three people found the place comfortable. The rooms and beds were very clean and comfortable. The facilities in the room were good. Additionally, there was microwave in the reception cafe area. The location of the hotel was excellent. Just 7 minutes walk from Tokyo station. There were many convenience stores nearby with in 5 minutes walk. There are also very good places for eating out close by and in Tokyo station. Over all a very good hotel. We enjoyed the stay and would come again! Recommend strongly to others!

Some more facilities to hang clothes and space to keep our luggage in the room. A small folding table to write / eat could be very useful
