the location of the hotel, and the decoration, the colors are percfect to rest.

the rooms are a bit small, we asked for a double and it's like a personal one. the laundry, only two washing machines is not enough. you have to wait and sometimes stay up all night to be able to take a turn to wash.

Great hotel, in a great location. Staff are super friendly and the rooms are well kitted out.

If the breakfast could be included as a standard that would be even better!

The staff was very kind and we got into our room early. We stayed in two different rooms (with one night elsewhere in between) and both of them were very clean and nice looking. The breakfast was tasty but the selection could be better. Free coffee and drinks in the lobby were a nice plus and we also had the option to store our luggage at the hotel for the one night between the two stays which was nice.

No major complaints. The views from the rooms weren’t anything special but with this location that was expected. The smallest rooms in this hotel aren’t smallest we had during our trip but I still recommend taking a bigger one if available and the small price increase isn’t an issue.

Clean and well thought out design. Shower was fantastic, heaps of amenities and staff were really friendly. Location was also great!

The location is very good. I always stay in Ginza when in Tokyo. The hotel is walking distance from Shimbashi Station. You can take JR lines and private metro lines from Shimbashi. It is walking distance from Hibiya Park and Imperial Gardens. Also, you can easily take the Yurikamome line to Odaiba. The staff is friendly and the hotel is environmentally conscious. The hotel is in a quite street in Ginza, which is great, because you are in the middle of a bustling district, but can sleep quietly at night. Finally, it just a few minutes walk from the Hama Rikyu garden. Do not miss it.

Great location. Two familymarts and a seven eleven within a few minutes walk. Very close to Shimbashi Station, less than 10 minute walk. Took about 20 odd minutes to get here from haneda airport. Staff were very helpful booking a taxi for us to get back to Haneda airport. Great amenities provided, clean room, lovely breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a size you would expect in the middle of Tokyo and its all we needed. Even for the size the bed was a great size and so was the shower. Smart TV provided was very nice. Laundry room was handy and easy to use. Great stores nearby too and plenty of places to eat. Really happy with our stay here and would recommend it to anyone. I would say that the beds are very firm but after staying in another hotel in Osaka and finding the same thing, I believe this is just a difference between the UK and Japan. Even though it was firm, after a couple of nights I honestly didn't notice anymore.

Perfect location. Very close to the train station. Family Mart on both ends of the street. They had free coffee and tea, beers, juice, water. Hotel is clean and not too big. So many restaurants to choose from. So happy we chose to stay here.

Staff can be friendlier … front desk

I had an issue with my traveling to Tokyo and so it set off my check in date but the staff were so helpful and kind and quick in helping me resolve my concern with my check in! They were very kind and welcoming, I absolutely enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it for anyone! Also the free stuff they give you just makes it that much more comforting and welcoming. Definitely will stay here again!! :)

I guess the only thing is that it is a little ways from the closest station but it’s still doable!! Nothing really off setting from the place, the comfort was honestly worth it and I don’t have any other suggestions to give.

Good location, very modern interiors, free coffees and drinks

the staffs were ok but could have been more polite. it was a little disappointing not be able to leave my suitcase after checking out till end of the day.
