The amenities of the hotel was pretty good, if it wasn’t for the terrible customer service experience we had, we would’ve loved this hotel.

When we checked in, the front desk man that spoke Chinese and wore glasses was extremely unfriendly. There was an extra charge with the room that we paid but in the process the guy spoke to us so rudely and said well we could just cancel the hotel if we are not happy in an almost threatening tone. I’ve never experienced such terrible attitudes in all of the Japanese hotels I’ve stayed in. Of course I was not going to cancel my booking at 7pm during typhoon season, it was a terrible thing for him to say to us.

location was great. staff was very friendly. rooms were clean and had lovely showers. the breakfast was amazing!

On the bright side, its location was exceptional, nestled within walking distance of the bustling Ginza shopping area and conveniently close to both JR and metro train stations. The daily supply of complimentary snacks and beverages in the lounge added a delightful touch to my stay. The room, although small, was clean and equipped with quality appliances like a coffee machine, a variety of coffee and tea pods, and a luxurious Dyson hair dryer.

The limited space in the room presented some difficulties. The area felt cramped, particularly when trying to manage large and extra-large suitcases. I often found myself having to open one piece of luggage at a time and rearrange the furniture to make enough space. This inconvenience was significant enough that, should I need more room on future trips, I would consider staying elsewhere. While the hotel shines in its location and amenities, the challenge of limited space is a noteworthy drawback for those traveling with more or larger luggage.

Large rooms, easy check in and check out. Obviously very clean. Really felt like an upscale place. Check in is on second floor, so you don't have to deal with anyone after initial check in and can go straight to your room. Love that for privacy, but hotels that do this are usually not as nice as karaksa. It exceeded my expectations for comfort along with privacy.

Location a little far from public transport and hidden away. This makes it quiet, but also hard to find if you're unfamiliar with the city and carrying tons of luggage. Suggest to take taxi instead to avoid frustrations.

A hidden gem! Directly around the corner from shopping in Ginza, and a 15 min walk to the fish market, the location is great for accessing major points of interest. The room was big and very nice! Free snacks downstairs and free sake and wine in the evenings!

Our window was directly situated next to the freeway, which I think would bother most people. It being from NYC wasn’t a problem for us. You also couldn’t hear the traffic. The location is a little odd as it is tucked into an alley, but the interior and overall location makes up for it!

+ Location, location, location: conveniently located within accessible distance to the iconic Ginza shopping belt and well-connected train and subway stations (Shimbashi, Ginza) + Icing on the cake: mini lobby lounge well stocked with light pastries, tidbits, ice cream, beverages and even select alcohol serving (between 17:00 and 22:00) + Very helpful front desk staff, particularly Ms Hariyama who went the extra mile in helping us with table booking by personally calling through a list of sushi restaurants (much appreciated!)

Great location. Hidden at a quiet corner in Ginza area, easy to get around while enjoying privacy and comfort. Staff are very friendly. We travelled with our kid, so we were a little worried that the room might be too small, but apparently they gave us one of the biggest premier rooms and it was absolutely amazing. Spacious, well equipped, and there is one jumbo bed so that we could sleep with our kid without having to cuddle up. Their complimentary lounge bar is a great place for relax and a quick bite in the morning. Also, you don’t want to miss their perfect breakfast box delivered to your room door every morning. Anyway we really enjoyed our stay here and I would definitely love to come back.

I prefer everyday housekeeping , which they have but have to be requested daily.

Room was very spacious! The bed was huge and we liked the fact we could request memory foam pillows. The power shower was amazing. The free beverages on the second floor and floor 10 were also very nice extra included in our stay. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to the metro / JR line station.

The breakfast was only OK, we got fed up by day 5 with the same thing each day. We did enjoy the miso soup , but they rest of the breakfast was just average. The snacks on floor 2 were always the same thing each day too, with no variation. The other only other thing that was a negative, was there were not English instructions for the TV remote. Usually bbc World news is widely available in foreign hotels , but we where unable to work out how to access it so we didn't turn the TV on the whole stay!
