The location is pretty good. It was on pretty quiet street, but very close to the metro and shopping areas. There’s a family mart on the ground floor so that was pretty convenient. The room we got was pretty spacious as far as business hotels go—ample space for 2 luggages, there was a small tulip table, and there was a space by the bed where we could store our hand carry baggages. On the booking it said we got a room with a city view and we certainly did The staff were very helpful and there was no need to pack our toiletries since guests could help themselves to those at the lobby, which is on the 2nd floor. Checkout was a breeze as well, you just need to deposit your key cards at the machine.

Location was primary concern with it near to train stations. Price was secondary, which is still within affordable. Cleanliness and staff friendliness are the final factor that let us decide to stay in this part of the city. Even when we have language barrier, staff at the reception patiently explain to us with a translating device and leave messages outside our door to help us resolve our problems. The warm reception is something that we didn't receive even in some major hotels in Japan these days.

I have doubt over security when the chambermaid was cleaning our room. The cart was not blocking the entrance into the room. I could walk into the room and walk out with anything.....

Overall, we had a lovely stay at Stotetsu Fresa Inn. Great location close to railway/metro station. Our room was clean (except for a stain on our blanket). Bathroom was also clean and included all the essentials. Good breakfast. We really appreciate the possibility to leave our luggage for a couple of hours after check-out. Free amenities were a splendid surprise. I understand that the size of rooms is different in Japan which meant it was slightly uncomfortable to move around and open our bags. Smooth ckeck-in and -out process.

Although our room was clean there was a stain on our blanket. My mother did not like the sheet instead of blanket case. The size of the room did not benefit cousiness.

Location in Ginza is fabulous: steps to Chuo-dori, the central shopping street of Japan; short walk to stations, Shimbashi with convenient express trains to Narita and Haneda airports, and Ginza with lines in all directions in Tokyo. Hotel has helpful staff and is run efficiently. Rooms are well equipped and conveniently arranged. Breakfast, if you opted for it, is well served, assorted and tasty. I recommend this hotel, one of the best in the 3-star category.

We wished for a bit more space in rooms. And for better coffee, but compensated by a variety of tea.

The location was central to Ginza with access to 3 different transit stations within 10 minute walk. The room was tiny but the space was efficiently laid out. Amenities included coin laundry which we were looking for at this last hotel before leaving Japan. Plus, a weigh scale to weigh our checkin luggage. Also there was a Family Mart connected via access door to hotel which made buying water, snacks, etc. so easy. The staff even arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport. The housecleaning staff were so polite and considerate. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

The rooms could have been more spacious.

This our second time staying at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Ginza Nanachome! Always a delight to stay here because the hotel is centrally located in Ginza (parallel to Ginza Six Mall) and has amazing supplies for their guests (tea, face masks, bath essentials, etc). There’s a Family Mart right below the hotel also and Don Quijote is just a 3 min walk away. Definitely staying here again in our next Tokyo trip.

Rooms are comfortable but can get small if you’re 2 people bunking together. But not a dealbreaker.

Excellent location near Shimbashi station and a few blocks from the Tokyo Metro Ginza station. Right next to a Lawson and 7-11. Rooms are tiny but very ergonomic. Included toiletries are high quality and readily accessible. Front desk staff are very professional and helpful. Those that don’t speak English fluently use translators to communicate. And the bathtub is awesome for soaking after a long day of exploring / shopping!

I love the Simmons bed, it was so comfortable to sleep, I requested few things before the checking in, and they delivered it all. The room is enough for one, I did like the bathroom space, bigger than the place I stayed at different hotels. Because I booked earlier, the price was really good. The location was so convenient to step out around Ginza do shopping, eating, transport, everything was convenient for me. Amenities was also great! Free face mask, bath powder, and coffee I did appreciate it. I’d definitely stay here again in the future!

One thing I noticed the noise from next room. I can hear when they are in the room. I wish they have a hot springs or public bath that’ll be even better!

Excellent stay in Sotetsu Fresa Inn Ginza-Nanachome. Good location in Ginza. Family mart just beside the hotel lobby. Nearest Metro Stations are Ginza Station, or Higashi Ginza Station. Supermarket Hanamasa just 190m away from property. Rooms are bigger if you choose the Twin Deluxe Room or Standard Twin. They even have Coin Laundry with Dryer in 2nd Floor. The Receptions are nice. They really tried to arrange our booking so we can get all rooms near by as family. This is one of the point key for us traveling with family with young kids.
