1) good location in the midst of Ginza area . Good for shopping n using the trains to sightsee all over tokyo. 2) walking distance to the the famous yurakacho area which is chockfull of local japanese eateries. Also can walk to the tsukiji market area 3) little touches provided by the hotel. Gaba chocolates which helps you have a good sleep 👍 plus the probiotic drinks at reception 👍 4) my husband loved the massage chair 5) near to familymart & 7-11

1) rooms rather small & cramped 2) for some strange reason which i dont understand, reception was unable/refuse to call a taxi for us to go to the airport. 3) we had 2 rooms on the 15 th floor. The rooms had a lingering stale smell which could be diminished by setting the aircon temperature really low n cold. Perhaps coming from ventilation vents?

Worth staying. Clean rooms and facilities, kind staff, fast wifi, and a really good location. Good stores, department stores, convenience stores, restaurants, and subway stations are all around you. 7 minutes of walking distance to several subway lines and stations: Shimbashi Station(Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, Toei Subway Asakusa Line, Yurikamome Line, JR Tokaido Line, JR Keihin-Tohoku Line, JR Yamanote Line, and JR Yokosuka Line), Ginza Station(Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line, and Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line), and Higashi-Ginza station(Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line and Toei Subway Asakusa Line). If you take the “Keisei-Narita Sky Access" from the Narita airport directly to downtown Tokyo, you can get there without transferring. It's an express subway skipping some stations. But it can be crowded It's basically the same as the regular subway with no reserved seats. But it will take you from the Narita airport to the subway station(Shimbashi Station) in front of your hotel without a single transfer. (**Don't be confused with any regular subways. It runs every 40 minutes.**)

There was a weird smell when I first entered the room. I think it was coming from the drain in the shower room. It disappeared when I turned on the AC and ventilated it for a while. The room and the shower room were clean. Don't be misunderstood.

Location was great with a familymart just downstairs, and small eateries as well as a don quiote, ginza 9 and a supermarket across thw road. There are 3 stations, ginza, shimbashi and oedo which links to literally every corner of Tokyo including odaiba area. Shimbashi has the earliest airport train available at 5.06am which is a great solution to 8am flights at Narita. The walk isnt that far and there is a route that has escalators thoughout for luggages. Room was a pretty okay size and the shower water pressure was strong and hot. The massagw chair was a great addition as well. Kettle is clean to boil water. Bed and pillows were comfy too.

Be upfront about accomodation taxes in booking description as we were surprised it wasnt already included considering the hotel wasn't that cheap in the first place. Didnt expect a hidden cost too.

- quick walk to shimbashi station (5-10 mins) and just one street off main Ginza Street. - many stores nearby - convenience stores, Don quihote, luxury shops, restaurants - good selection of teas and amenities for our choosing in lobby - quick self check out service

- wasn't happy with house keeping. One night on our return one of our 'new' towels had a large brown mark on it. We realised house keeping had given us a dirty towel for some reason when swapping out towels. - japan rooms are small which I understand, but a massage chair is included in the room which made it even smaller and hard to navigate around the room with 2 suit cases - bathroom not as clean as would have liked - tiles were full of dirty grout build up - lifts were slow

The Hankyu Group has always been amazing about managing their hotels. I really love the concept of the the Remm Hotel series. So very clean and comfortable. Contemporary and modern design. Always a good night sleep. The breakfast at the Remm Plus Ginza is great; besides the choices of delicious and healthy Western and Japanese style food, it also provides Vietnamese Pho soup for a change. The location of Remm Plus is very convenient. You have the easy access to Shimbashi Station or Ginza Station. If you land in Haneda, the train takes you directly to Shimbashi. Station and it only takes 5 minute walk to the hotel. There is a nice coin laundry located in Shiodome which is within walking distance from the hotel. Don Quixote is right next door and the Apple Store is right around the corner. No to mention the endless designer stores and department stores all within walking distance.

The staff service was excellent, and their attitude was very friendly. When I reported an issue with the air conditioning having an unusual odor, they promptly addressed it by quickly moving me to a new room and ensuring in advance whether the air conditioning still had the odor issue. They were very attentive, and the communication in English was also very smooth.

When the air conditioning was turned on, there was a damp and unpleasant odor, which made me quite uncomfortable. It was only when I changed to a new room that the issue improved. However, I still had to set the air conditioning to a very low temperature and increase the fan speed significantly to avoid the odor.

The hotel was very clean and location was great. In the middle of ginza district but still close to JR/Metro Shimbashi St. Convenience store at the corner was a plus. Staff made the bed and cleaned everything daily. Check in/out was super easy. The staff helped us despite our language barrier

You have to stick your key card in a slot to operate the lights and have all the toilet features. I recommend you ask for two keys even if your group dont plan on separating.

I loved the minimalistic look of the building and common areas. It's elegant and simple. The bathroom amenities are amazing, it's an aromatherapy experience itself. You can buy their amenities at their vending machine on their second floor. (Shampoo, soap and body lotion in a set for very affordable price). They also sell umbrellas. I was surprised and amazed of the zero waste policy that encourages no single plastic usage. If you need bathroom toiletries and tea in your room you can take some at the counter floor. They offer a small welcome gift to guests. They encourage re using saving resources and donate money to a green endeavour if you display the no room service card. This definitely saves water and electricity and reduces waste encouraging self cleaning management, which is great. (The clean mandatorily after the third day). The bed was big and very confortable. There is a massage chair in the room and this definitely helps to release the stress of the day. The TV service is great and you can purchase pay per view entertainment. I enjoyed the TV very much! They have great quality teas at the counter. The location is great, near a Vietnamese beautiful restaurant and a great family mart which also has great variety of items and great service. The waterfall shower and massage shower was incredible. I really enjoyed they bathroom facilities. There is a safe in the room, a small desk or dresser, nice mirrors in the room and a simple and nice decoration. The room comes with an iron and other room amenities that will make your travel very comfortable. Nice beddings. Different types of pillows in the room. Variety of towels. Very clean and comfortable. They offered me to change to another room if I wanted to (due to smoking smell in the bathroom). They helped me call the train lost and found office service in Japanese. I felt so happy in this hotel I really didn't want to leave.

This hotel was in a great location in Ginza. Super convienient to explore the area with many good restaurants around. The plus's at this hotel was the free gifts you receive at the trip that you can use when checking in - facial masks, grooming kits etc. The room also has a massage chair which was great way to unwind after a long day exploring! The room and bed were a good size!

The hotel is very new and spotlessly clean (as far as my room goes). The room is good size, and the massage chair helps after a long day walking. Staff is very helpful and speaks good English. The check-in check-out system is also painless. It's near a lot of good food places (do try Uraniwa just across the street), 15 minutes walk to Tsukiji market. Location is also very near the main Ginza shopping street, so if you're into all the high-end stuff, yayy.

It's not near the train station so commuting is not that convenient. 7-8 minutes walk to Shimbashi station and 10 minutes walk to Ginza station.
