The location is unbeatable. Pretty convenient to commute to Haneda and Narida airport. Everyone was friendly to us, great hotel in Ginza.
Nothing truly. We only used the room and didn’t try the breakfast or so, so nothing to complain.

Great location, within walking distance to lots of shops. Subway access right outside the hotel made it easy to get around the city. The room was spacious for 2. The breakfast buffet was awesome! Also the lobby smelled INCREDIBLE. I wish I could bottle up that scent.
The pillows were the worst pillows I’ve ever slept on in my entire life.

We did not have the chance to try the hotel breakfast. Hotel staff were polite and helpful - they were everywhere and always ready to answer/help. The room is ok, a bit small, but decent for Japan' standard hotel room size. Bathroom and Toilet were excellent, spotless and functional. Location is definitely the highlight for this hotel, exceeding our expectation. Will definitely consider staying here again the next time we are in Tokyo.
If any, our only feedback is on the room set-up. A bit awkward to manage our movements as the washbasin and mirror/vanity-set were located outside the bathroom. Nonetheless, it's not a deal-breaker per se. The excellent hair-dryer (a good brand) that was provided in the room had compensated the unconventional setting :-)

Staff always had a smile and greeted us, and housekeeping was top notch (especially during our food poisoning episode). Chose this hotel as its central and near a few train lines. Room is a lot bigger than the typical business hotels, intentionally took the double room (without the view) for extra luggage space. Which turned out to be a wise choice when one of us had food poisoning and had to stay in. Amenities provided in the room that we appreciate and used: iron, ironing board and japan plug adapter
Would be great if they had separate bins for recyclables and USB C ports for easy charging

The staff was always kind and courteous. The rooms were always clean. The location was perfect for us, we have stayed in Ginza many times before but I would say this hotel's location was the best. I always stay at the Mitsui chain hotels and this location cannot be beaten.
I did not realize there was no fitness center. Being on vacation for weeks at a time, it is nice to have one so I can keep up with my routine a little. It was disappointing they did not have one but there are a few gyms around the area. This is not a deal breaker, whether they add one or not, I will still stay here.

The location is very close to Ginza’s main shopping area, the hotel concierge staff are very helpful, and the breakfast buffet has a variety of food selection. The room’s interior design, considering the guests’ comfort, is the best I have ever seen.
Room's cleaning team did not clean the dishes & forks we used & left on the table. Not sure if it is hotel's policy to clean it for every 3 days. But leaving the dirty dishes and forks on our room's table is the only setback and prevents me giving the hotel a perfect score.

Fantastic location - few minutes walk to Ginza 6 and convenience stores. Right next to metro station. The bathroom layout is thoughtfully designed with separate shower & bath and toilet area. The sink is conveniently located in the bedroom. Complete range of amenities including PJs, face wash / skin care etc. Overall stay experience was enjoyable! Friendly and helpful staff who went all the way to find a taxi large enough to carry all our big luggages upon our check out.
The room size is rather small - could hardly have one suitcase open fully in a double room.

Location is very strategic to Ginza area, dept stores and restaurants. Walking distance to Tsukiji fish market. Plenty of eateries, including those open till late night. Bonus is the Higashi Ginza station lift access is right in front of the hotel! Room is small, similar to other Tokyo hotels I previously stayed, need to be very organised esp if you have big suitcases. The upside, room is modern, clean and comfortable. Staff were very polite and nice; they assisted with booking restaurants and taxi. Taxi stand right outside the hotel as well which was very convenient. The bathroom products were excellent.

Superb location. The hotel is right in Ginza, and it is easy to access other places as the metro is just right next to the hotel. The room is decently sized in its price range, but it is a little small for two people and four suitcases. The staff is attentive and friendly, and I will stay at this hotel again next time I am in the Tokyo Ginza area.
