The location is perfect with many restaurants around the area. Metro station is very near, so very accessible to where we plan to go. The bed is comfortable and rooms are clean. There is an area in the lobby where you can rest and stay while waiting to check in. Room is bigger than most hotels in Ginza. Friendly and helpful staff.

We can hear the noise outside even if we are on the 9th floor.

The position is really convenient in the heart of Gina. Modern design with new furniture.

I requested for high floor when I booked 3 months ago but Staff said hotel was fully booked when I checked in and put me on 3/F. All staff generally do not speak good English except those at front desk, there is no or very limited concierge help. I asked for help to book taxi to airport given I had an early flight, hotel staff Keisure-san said he can book but the fee is not by meter and he quoted a fee that is double the usual taxi fee to airport. I ended up booked via booking.com for car to airport. Finally, one of the channels which offered English audio was not working, but when I called hotel staff to tell them, they offered no help or their English seemed unable to explain how they can help.

Hotel seems to be new as everything is in top notch condition. Room design is very modern and very spacious. All amenities were provided and the best thing the complimentary umbrellas which were very high quality that helped during the rain. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating specially that we had our 3yrs old toddler. location is absolutely great as its in the heart of Ginza street and nearby 2 train stations within 3-5min walking distance. There is a small convenience store next by called Lawson that has ready meals, snacks, drinks and other self care stuff. Its great to return to this beautiful room every night after a long day of sightseeing.

The breakfast was horrible with limited options to choose from. I do not advise to book rooms with breakfast and just opt to explore what Ginza street has to offer. Overall rating is dropped due to the breakfast which is not what you would expect from a five star hotel at that high price point.

Beautifully located in the Ginza district (without the traffic sounds), short walk to the Tsukiji fish market. Lovely staff

I am sensitive to smell and when entering the room there was instantly a curry smell in the air. I notified the front desk and asked for a air purifier or humidifier, which they easily provided. This only slightly helped the smell and had to be left on consistently other the smell would come back. I think it would have been better if the hotel staff had just offered me another room as it did put a dampener on the stay.

Staff were really nice and helpful. Always answered my many questions and assisted me in my luggage forwarding when I left for Kyoto. Breakfast was okay. Had a big selection of foods.

The bed was not the most comfortable to be honest. It was slightly curved from, I guess, the many heavy people who stayed there before me. I had to eventually sleep without a pillow to better the curve of my back.

Conveniently located in Ginza with food and many covenient shops around eg lawson, 7-11 and family mart less than 5mins away. Station was 5-10mins walk away. Room was a great size with a table and sofa. Room service was thorough and replaced used items daily. Definitely deserving of a 5 star hotel rating.

We stayed for 5 nights but were given a level 3 room that faced the road. We could hear the vehicles and ambulances that passed by very clearly.

The staff was not so helpful, when we checking in the men served with some attitude which made a not pleasant hospitality. We were all very tired after all day traveling so didn't say much back.... It's not a four star hotel should make people feel...Apart from this, we received two very nice sunny rooms with city view, which allows morning sunshine coming through to the room, we enjoy it very much!

It's own smoking area providing will be helpful.

A decent sized room for Japan, fantastic location (just around the corner from the subway line and a couple minutes walk to the core of Ginza shopping, etc.,) and impeccably clean. Beds were really comfortable and the in-room amenities were top notch. Staff was friendly and efficient and very helpful.
