Small room, but it comes with a washing machine with a dryer facility. That's part of the reason we choose to stay here. Couldn't control the ac from the room. You need to call the hotel to set for you. Otherwise, the room is very stuffy even during winter. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Love this area. The hotel allowed leave luggage service, which is a bonus to us as we travelled out Tokyo for a few days, which we do not wish to carry all our luggages with us. Hotel staff generally very friendly and helpful. It's a busy hotel, but they are still serving with a smile.

I had the best nights sleep at this hotel. Very comfy beds and pillows. A great location near the Higashi ginza train station with escalator access at theatre entrance.l which is direct line toboth airports. ( 2 mins walk. ) Lawsons and family mart 2 mins away. Easy walking distance to JR lines at Tokyo station (15 mins) . An easy walk to fish markets for brunch . Great for shopping and people watching in Ginza main shopping streets with all the high end fashion brands. Room was comfortable and quiet even with a busy street in heat of Tokyo. It was great to have a washing machine in room but it would be great if clearer programming options were provided. I ended up having a programme for 4 hours and the washing still wasn’t dry. So I must have pressed the wrong buttons. The washing detergent was provided. we didn’t need much interactions with staff but what we did have was great. we did have a blocked toilet one day but it was fixed immediately. Can highly recommend this hotel for a Tokyo stay.

The was a washer and dryer in the room which we thought would have been great it we had stayed here earlier on our trip. Room layout was pretty efficient. One of the rare few rooms we could open both our luggages fully. Hotel was in a quieter part of Ginza.

Not quite easy to get here from Tokyo station but easy to get to Narita airport.

Staff were great and super helpful. The receptionist went out of his way to help a couple of times. They have everything you need from a washing machine to a body sponge.

Room is small but that's Tokyo I guess and housekeeping only changes towels and removes the trash other than that you have to pay 1000yen+ daily to get the room properly cleaned.

The hotel is only 50m from Higashi Ginza Station and one can travel directly from Haneda Airport in just over 30 min on the Keiku Limited Express. Clean compact room with a combination washing-drying machine.

Excellent location close to metro, shops and restaurants. It is great that the hotel is just a few minutes walk to Higashi Ginza station. There are large department stores like Mitsukoshi and Matsuya as well as a pharmacy, convenient store nearby and Ippudo Ramen is just steps away from the rear exit of the hotel lobby. Although we didn't interact much with the staff except for check in/out and asking directions, the staff we encountered were all very helpful and friendly.

Rooms were a little too small for two people as we kept getting into each other's way but it is acceptable for the great location. There is only one time cleaning offered for a 7 night stay which is too infrequent.

Location is excellent. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping , trains etc. Room has everything you need.

Location was excellent, we loved being able to walk all around the exclusive Ginza area, having the coffee machine in the reception area was excellent. Very close to subway and all other train services plus bus services. The room was very quiet. An internal washing and drying machine was an asset. Close to restaurants. We had to Go to Bills to get a good coffee in Japan. Bills restaurant was close by.

The room was a little small. We had to use kitchen drawers to unpack our 7kg luggage. Could have had more options regarding dishes to self cater. ie bowls would have been good. However we were able to get paper bowls at the 7/11 store.

The room was larger than most in the city and for a fair price, it was also well equipped with everything you might need and beyond. Comfortable bed, great lighting, good size table by the window with excellent usage of space and comfy sofas. To top it off, laundry machine, ironing board, kettle, microwave...really...it's better than a small apartment!

The room was quiet the first night but not so much the second one, so it really depends how lucky you are with neighbours. Besides, mine was right in front of the elevators and next to the ice machine so it's inevitably more busy / noisy. The reception area is spacious and well equipped however there is always a queue or waiting time to factor in. Their English proficiency is good, but could be better. They do try to compensate and really help you however.

The location was perfect for us! Really centralized, lots of little eateries, close to train stations, and some places were within walking distance. If you can afford it, pay for the Superior room to have extra walking space. Can't beat the washer/dryer combination too. I also booked an extra day by accident and had to leave for my next hotel in Osaka. The receptionist was able to help me with a solution and left feeling well taken care of. Very patient and caring staff!

The shower head was hard to keep in place and water was getting all over the bathroom. If the shower head was more stable, this hotel would be a 10/10.
