Nice hotel very well located. The reception remains to be reviewed! 5 people behind a counter, and one of them comes up to you and shows you how to check-in on a computer. I find it not very welcoming, and I fear for the workplaces, if everything will be done this way in the future. The room is very small, no way to open 2 suitcases at the same time. But everything is very clean.

Very clean, good quality furnishings. Nice to have pyjamas provided. Nice bathroom with a good shower and bath. Laundry facilities are great, as well as free amenities in reception. Access to the ice machine and microwave. The staff are really polite and friendly and very helpful. Really good location to get anywhere and shops really close by. A very nice area to stay in. Would highly recommend. Stayed 7 days and would stay again.

Sometimes there's a queue for the laundry room, but you just go back. Got a bit confused about the cleaning schedule but it wasn't an issue. The quilt cover was a bit bobbly. Overall nothing I really didn't like.

This hotel is located in the heart of Ginza ! The room was comfortable and the amenities such as the toothbrush, face masks, good quality shampoo and conditioner were really appreciated ! For the breakfast, it was really good but we recommend to only try it once or twice if you plan on staying more than 3 days because you can only choose between the Shabu shabu breakfast or the western option and although it’s really good, we got tired of it quickly !

Small rooms in Tokyo are pretty obvious so we didn’t mind at all ! However, our room didn’t had any storage space to put our clothes which wasn’t so practical but we managed to make it work

- cannot says didn’t like, but the hotel is not close too much to the subway that has elevator. if u carry more than 2 luggages / person, there will be a bit tired.

Good location close to Tokyo station, accessible by metro, or by bus from airport to Ginza station. Has all what is needed for a short stay, very good Japanese breakfast in the morning, several restaurants around for dinner

Great location near the center of Ginza area. Walking is possible to all the major shopping areas. It could take you a week to look around Ginza alone, never mind surrounding parts of tourist Tokyo. Staff were helpful and attentive. Room had a refrigerator for food and snacks, as well as a kettle for boiling water. AC worked well, and bed was comfortable. Hotel was nearest to Higashi Ginza metro station. Very walkable even with luggage.

Although very adequate the room was quite small. Like a "box room" in most Western homes. Bed took up most of the space, but you could sit on the end of the bed to drink coffee or work on your laptop. View was limited, but the hotel was very affordable for its location.

It was in a really good location. Very close to Ginza station, made it really easy to travel in and out. Ginza is also beautiful, very upper class and clean (Japan is clean in general, though.) The staff was very kind, greeted us every time we stopped by. They replenished towels every 2 or 3 days, which was surprising (we opted out of having our room cleaned as we usually do). A lot of free amenities like toothbrushes, razors, even niche things like hair ties and q-tips. Very clean hotel, comfortable bed. We booked about a year in advance and got a really good deal.

It’s shockingly small but you just need to sleep and shower, so we didn’t mind.

The staff were very helpful. As we need to leave very early in the morning, the staff helped us in the middle of the night to arrange for delivery of our suitcases to our next hotels. Thank you! The hotel allows early check-in at reasonable charges per hour. The hotel provides useful amenities, including facial masks, which you can collect from the lobby. The location is near to two convenient stores, but not very near to the JR train station. However, there are a few options of trains stations if you are willing to walk for a longer duration. The room we stayed in is not really suitable for those with large suitcases. We can only open one at a time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

Its conveniently placed between 2 metro stops 5-8mins of walk. Konbinis close by. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Tea, coffee, personal care items available without charge at the reception for guests to use in their rooms. A quiet neighborhood, without much chaos. The cleanliness is absolutely perfect.

The room is a bit too tight, which is not something unexpected in a city like Tokyo. Its value for your price, but something to bear in mind, so that you are not surprised. Not the end of the world though.

Perfect room for a girl travelling alone to Tokyo! The hotel is in a safe great area, close to several subway lines, big department stores, luxury shopping, Mcdonalds and Starbucks 1 minut away. Great service, when my stomage was bad, the very kind staff girl Banda sent up a blanket to my room and helped prio the cleaning that day so that i could rest during the day. The staff was so helpful and kind! Room was super clean. They even had hair ironers to borrow, great bath powders and more! And after check out they storaged my luggage from 11-18 when I got my flight taxi. I never been so happy with a hotel, I would for sure choose this one again! Thank you!
